Just spoke with a customer service rep to let them know I was working with a debt consolidation company, he couldn’t understand why I couldnt Come up with $470 in a week to just settle with them direct . Don’t you think if I could I would??? Then asked for the number of the company I am working with and I said It’s a well known company it could be googled (which other companies I have spoke with had no problem with that) he said well don’t you know the number with the company your working with ? ( no I dont have that number memorized) everyone has stress going on in their life’s and people DO NOT need to be rude when we are at least calling and communicating on things that are trying to be taken care of

On several dates including today 02/05/2018 unauthorized call phone calls with falsely indicated caller IDs (*** and previously ***) were placed to me, both my elderly parents, 3 brothers, and a sister-in-law. Recorded voicemail messages were left on several of these unauthorized cell phone numbers by a caller 'Chrystal' indicating my full name, pending case 'against' me, 'case numbers', and wishing me 'luck'. All of these recordings have been saved. My employer was also contacted and several co-workers were given the same information trying to track me down. I have been out of work on a medical leave for a radical surgery for a month. Several months ago when she did the same thing I advised her to cease and desist contact to all numbers including mine, family, employer, and any found through skip trace. I also asked who she was collecting a debt for and she answered. I then advised that a company who misleads or falsely ID's themselves, contacts third party releasing any information true or false to them, is in violation of Federal law. She hung up on me. My elderly parents were scared for me. The other contactees understand this kind of act but it makes the illegal means no less embarrassing, humiliating, or intimidating. These calls put my employment at risk.

I called the company to ask if they were licensed in the state of georgia to collect payments from people. They never have me an answered. They said. I needed to have a reference number but I was only asking a general question. So response was never given.

We have received communication from this company regarding a debt we do not owe. We filed an identity theft report with the Federal Trade Commission because the previous creditor informed us of this debt and we disputed it with them.

It took them over 2 months to issue a refund check to me after my car was already paid off. Once I finally got the check and the title, I still receive calls about a missed payment and my account going to a debt collector.

I received a letter from Capital Management Services LP about attempting to collect a debt. I send back a Cease and desist letter along with a copy of the their bill to submit payment. Later I get a letter in the mail saying they have receive my correspondent about the debt and they would have my creditor contact me with documents. Today Sept 13 I received a package in the mail from Capital Management Services LP with credit statements and asking me to contact them. Now I thought a cease and desist letter was to prevent them from future contact from this company.

I received a letter for this organization demanding that I pay them for a debt, that they are purchasing a second time. This debt was being collected illegally by another debt collection agency who was eventually sued by an attorney on my behalf for breaking the fair debt collection act. This company-Capital Management Services, LP re-purchased the debt and again is attempting to collect even with a wrong name. I thought this was illegal. Please help to get this resolved permanently.

This company called me last night from a *** exchange. Stated that they were investigating a debt I owed. I said I did not recognize them and asked for more specific information. They said the original debt was sold a couple of times but they were hired to collect on it. They said I had received collection notices in the mail from the other companies. I stated I had never received any notices. She then said I had received emails, which I had not. She said her company was trying to resolve it without have to turn it over to "*** jurisdiction" and have charges pressed against me for fraud. I asked her to mail me documentation of this debt and she would not do so. She again said I owed this and if I did not take care of it then she would send it to the local "Bartholomew jurisdiction". I again asked for documentation and she said good-bye and abruptly hung up.

I have been paying this company for a debt to ***, the last payment that I made on 7/19/17 for 262.00 was not processed and I have tried to reach someone at this company for a week now, I cannot get through to anyone. I have also emailed them through their website without response. I have paid this company money that they are supposed to settle this debt with *** and I'm worried that they are out of business or something!
