confirmed that they contacted us in February to update theirpayment information for automatic deductions. While this should have resultedin their April payment being drafted from the correct account, we regret thatthis did not occur. We have confirmed with the customer that on April 20, 2015,they received the refund that we sent, along with the $35 bank feereimbursement, and that their bank waived the remaining fees.We thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Tell us why here... We maintain our repair estimate would allow for workmanlike repairs to restore Mr. [redacted]’ vehicle to pre-loss condition.  We also maintain Mr. [redacted] has failed to prove his vehicle has sustained a diminution of value.  We regret we do not have a more favorable outcome for Mr. [redacted]; however, we believe we have fully supported our position.  If he has further questions regarding this matter, we encourage him to contact Claims Supervisor [redacted] or Claims Manager [redacted]

themselves.  They insisted that I had to obtain these numbers.  And after trying many times to contact the insurance company for this information, I decided to file this complaint with Revdex.com.  Can the adjuster please contact the insurance company?

Mr. [redacted]’s claim was reported on April 3, 2017, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident with our insured.  Our investigation revealed our insured was responsible for the accident.  Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle was determined to be a total loss as described in his inquiry.  Mr....

[redacted] accepted our offer to settle is claim on April 13, 2017, and we sent him the necessary paperwork to process his claim.  He later sent us his title, but did not sign it.  We apologize if there was any confusion regarding this issue.  We eventually obtained the properly executed paperwork on April 24, 2017, and payment of $4,112.75 was issued to him that same day.  Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle claim is now closed.  Our file reflects we responded to his contacts with us, but we apologize if any calls went unreturned.

Our
claims department determined our policyholder [redacted] was at fault in the
November 5, 2015, accident.  [redacted]’s 1997 Toyota Tacoma was inspected and determined to be a total loss.  Our
claims department determined the actual cash value of Mr. [redacted]’s truck...

$2,079.00.  They reviewed comparable
vehicles in the local market, taking into consideration mileage, options and
conditions.  Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle had
high mileage (224,210) for the model year of his vehicle and was considered
below average in the body, glass, paint and interior categories. After
adding $145.53 for sales tax and subtracting the salvage value of $700.00 when
Mr. [redacted] expressed interest in keeping his vehicle, our claims department
offered $1,524.53 to settle his property damage claim. While we
regret the frustration Mr. [redacted] has experienced during our handling of his
claim, we maintain our settlement offer is fair and reflective of his vehicle’s

I do not accept the response from 21st Century Insurance. I've been ignored by their claims department even though I've sent several emails asking for assistance in resolving this matter. My wife has been subpoenaed by the district court of Montgomery County Maryland because the state of Maryland does (unlike 21st Century Insurance) consider this a MAJOR OFFENSIVE and [redacted] is going to be brought to justice for her actions. 21st Century Insurance doesn't care about my wife of myself in fact all they do care about is MONEY MONEY MONEY! I'm sorry I didn't choose a reputable insurance company. I'll continue to plead my case to anyone who'll listen about just how insane [redacted] and (his blood money supporter) [redacted] are. Uninsured motorists should be thrilled by [redacted] considering they'll not be pursued in a court of law by his fabulous employer 21st Century Insurance. Just stick it to the insured and call it a day right [redacted]? My wife needs her car back and any reputable Insurance Company would realize this and do their job and go after [redacted] for money instead of me.  I would like 21st Century Insurance to allow us to pick up my wife's 2012 Nissan Rogue without having to pay $250. [redacted] broke the law by driving without insurance and [redacted] should get [redacted] to pay for everything since [redacted] is the one who plowed into my wife causing the accident in the first place!
