On April 26th my Daughter [redacted] and myself as co signer purchased a [redacted] liberty from Car Expo Auto [redacted] They were very specific on the short test drive! Now I know why..We looked the car over and were told "Dont worry my friend we inspect all our cars..its good" I checked the oil and it seemed O.K approximatly days later a check engine light came on Evap code(possible gas cap) still not sure about that one but weeks after purchase transmission goes outSacramento [redacted] inspects and said Tranny fluid was BLACK and the tranny needs replacing $4, I could not have inspected tranny fluid because they dont have dipsticks in theseCar Expo Autos response to me and my daughter was you signed the papers AS-ISNo help whatsoeverHow can they still be in business? My daughters first car financed and this is how they do their customersalso I asked for their smog shop because how could it have passed smog with The error codes found{shift so

The customer did get $off of the sale priceA second key was mailed out to the customerWe were asking $and we sold it to her from $We have called the customer multiple times to try and work this out but the customer did not give us an opportunity to try and make her happyAt this point we are no longer willing to try and find a resolution as there is nothing to resolve here

Bought a car from them in JulyHad it throughly checked outBefore I even made my 3rd payment I have to pay grand to have the clutch and tranny fixedCar Expo's response "out of our hands bro" So buy from them if you want but know that you have a high likelihood of getting screwed

We sell all of our vehicles as isWe offered the customer a chance to take the vehicle to her mechanic and have it inspectedShe declined that optionWe also offered her a warranty at cost which she also declinedWe cannot be held responsible for what happens to the vehicle after the customer takes it off the dealershipWe offered to take the vehicle to one of our mechanics and get the problems she is having taken a look at and even get our discounted rate when it comes to the repairsWe apologize for the inconvenience but when she purchased the vehicle it drove well and she test drove the vehicle and can attest to that

When it comes to purchasing a vehicle we do sell the vehicle as is with all faultsThe customer has the second keyWe had made it clear to the customer they have the option to get the vehicle inspected and well as purchase a service contract that would cover what goes wrong with the vehicle, She
declined both of those optionsThe $was money owed to the dealership, with an agreement between us and the customerWe had reached out to the customer with no answer after the complaint to try and resolve itBut after this step there is nothing more we can do we do sell the cars as is and nothing was promised to the customer that we did not uphold

When it comes to the sales of all our vehicles they are all as-isThey customer gets a chance to inspect the vehicle at there own mechanic, which they declined to doThey also declined a warranty that we offered them multiple timesThe customer came for this specific vehicle to our location over
timesThey came to the dealership and instead of trying to come up with a resolution they just wanted to yell and get in my employees facesOne of the people that came with them spit on one of our employees we have full video surveillance and have already reported what they have done to the Sacramento Police DepartmentI have attached all of the documents in which the customer declined the option to get the vehicle inspected and all the as is documents stating that they declined the warranty

I am rejecting this response because: This vehicle was NEVER backed into or in an accident after we purchased it from the dealerAs is clearly shown in the pictures above, and I am happy to add additional photos, NO other **rrounding areas are dented, scratched, or otherwise marked as an accident would indicateThe bumper FELL off on the highway because all of the clips were brokenWe (and the third party shop that the dealer referred us to), suspect the dealer used double sided tape to keep the bumper on as long as it wasThere was a verbal promise made by *** and witnessed by their sales person *** that if the serpentine belt continued to make noise and be an is**e, that they would take care of it for us, no problemIn fact, even as recent as Thursday, *** told my husband to purchase a serpentine belt at the auto parts store and the dealer would have it installedNow they deny any of this ever happened*** claims all phone calls are recordedI would like the business to submit these recorded phone calls to the Revdex.com so it is very clear what the phone conversations between myself and *** and **, and between my Husband and *** and ** entailed. Lastly, while extremely shady business practice to sell a vehicle with broken pieces, and a rear bumper that will cost us $to replace, and a front missing inner wheel well that will cost an additional $for us to replace, let's be clear that all we were asking for from the dealership is that they deliver on the PROMISE that was made verbally by their finance manager, *** to take care of the serpentine belt which was a known issue when we purchased the carIn fact, we questioned why it was not on the Due Bill, and *** assured us it was such a small issue, that there would be no problem having us bring the vehicle back to them to repairThe dealership needs to stand by their word

I went into dealership completely calm and explained what happened to the carFirst thing they said was we signed AS-IS, and kept repeating themselves and had a smile on their face when they said they will not help financially with the repair which is $I NOW SEE ON THE PAPERWORK we signed where it says TRANSMISSION NEEDS SERVICE!!!!! WHAT the heckwe signed forms why didnt they mention the transmission problem or point it outThats shady!! As far as spitting there was a sneeze which cant be stopped *** * *** *** is investigating their contract with this shady dealershipI guess we should ALL use YELP more oftenThis place is SHADY

Business owner said they would be taking money off the purchase of the vehicle when I purchase a ***a PilotI was pulling out and noticed my Mother in Law could not buckle her seat belt, I was not provided a second key after being told one would be mailed to me and the check engine light came on my drive home which to later find out the check engine light was the fuel pump will need to be replaced and to clean the fueling systemI advised *** *** the following morning seeing the business was closed after purchasing the car Upon me leaving the employees started drinking when I was still advising him about the vehicle and him telling me he will take money off for the seat beltI spoke with a *** today and was advised they will in fact take nothing off and was hung up on after a very heated conversationI feel this is a very shady business and should receive some type of restriction when selling vehicles that they have no intentions with keeping what was told to the c

I purchased a Tacoma from them months and I have no problem with it, Great customer service and they did all the financing for me they give me the best rate en good payments thank you Car Expo

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and less than days later, the vehicle was broken down on the side of the roadThe fuel pump had gone outIn addition to the fuel pump going out, the serpentine belt needed to be replaced (which the dealership knew about and verbally agreed to replace for us if we brought it back down to them), the front inner wheel well is missing, and the rear bumper broke off on the freeway because all of the clips were broken and it was not bolted on properly

Rude...told me I made a mistake saying I was in the process of looking..he,said, ."Let me TELL you how we work here We help those who are ready to buy when the day they come in." The tone was demeaning and disrespectful I knew what I wantedI said that I also said I would not "know" until I drove the car I left Seems like *** missed the "customer service" part of his training Will never go backWill NEVER recommend As one who has years of sales and marketing experiencerated top in the nation for my sales and my staff in a fortune company, that kind of attitude will result in mediocre production at best

I am rejedcting this response because: I was told 200 would come off but to be fair I agreed to 150 because that is half of what I spent. I would never purchase a vehicle without a working saftey belt. Its not fair that this business is decideding not to honor what the deal was. Matthew on the phone agreed the company owed me money due to ordering a second key and fixing the seatbelt. I was told instead of driving back out to sacramento they would give me money off which didnt happen and it not fair to treat customers that way.

The customer did get $200 off of the sale price. A second key was mailed out to the customer. We were asking $8997 and we sold it to her from $8800. We have called the customer multiple times to try and work this out but the customer did not give us an opportunity to try and make her happy. At this point we are no longer willing to try and find a resolution as there is nothing to resolve here.
