Calways tries to go above and beyond for our clients. Even though Mr*** continues to unfairly attach and disparage us, we are currently working and have been working with the carrier on behalf of the customer trying to get the damage claim paid out. Unfortunately,
we are a great disadvantage in pursing this claim because Mr*** signed off releasing the driver of any liability on the BOL/Inspection sheet, which is a legal and binding contract, despite having accepted the car during the night on the day before the delivery was set so he could receive it during daylight hours

As seen by Mr. [redacted]’s statement, he sign the BOL at delivery, which I have provided you, that stated in bold letters above the vehicle inspection area, “ Absolutely no damage claims allowed unless noted immediately upon delivery.”  Mr. [redacted] choose to have his vehicle delivered Mar 1, 2015 after he arrived to ** around 8PM so he would not have to miss any work, even though Car-Go had set it up not to delver before Mar 2, 2015 so it could be delivered in the daylight hours.  On Car-Go’s contract, which I have already provide you and Mr. [redacted] agreed to when he placed his order #11 states:“The shipper agrees to properly note any damage claimed while the driver is making the delivery, and to pay the balance of the delivery charges in cash or certified funds. Damages not noted on the Bill of Lading will not be honored (no exceptions). Any claim of damage caused by the Carrier’s agent must be made within 15 days of delivery in writing, specifying the damage claimed, the Carrier’s agent actually transporting the vehicle shall be liable for any and all damage claims arising from the transport. The Shipper agrees to file all claims with such Carrier’s agent as identified on the bill of lading/delivery receipt, and to bring any legal action for damages against such Carrier’s agent only. The Shipper agrees to release and hold harmless The Carrier of any such claims.”Per our contract and [redacted] regulations Car-Go, as the broker and not physically transporting the vehicle is not responsible for any damage caused by the driver. Mr. [redacted] should be taking his action against DA Multiservice and not Car-Go. Even with the unwarranted complaints against Car-Go in every possible place Mr. [redacted] can find, Car-Go is still doing what we can to assist him in getting this situation handled, including helping he place a claim with the carriers insurance company yesterday. Unfortunately since Mr. [redacted] signed the BOL without noting any damage it is up to the insurance company to decide whether the damage is the drivers or not. Car-Go will continue to help our customer in anyway possible, however we are limited to the legal binding BOL signed by the customer.

I was extremely pleased with Car-Go Automotive Group's auto transport process from start to finish. Tyler, the representative who provided the quote and helped me place the shipping order, Pam, the dispatcher, and Jim, the driver (MDZ Trucking, LLC), were all very courteous and professional. Our vehicle was scheduled for pick up on the date that I entered as first available. The door to door service was very convenient, I was kept up to date regarding pick up and delivery, and the vehicle was delivered in great condition the morning of the estimated delivery date.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have all the proof that my car was damaged by the carrier and Cargo Transporters themselves acknowledge this fact and agrees on this. According to Car-go I had signed the BOL and that is the mistake which I did without inspecting the car. My car was delivered late cold misty/fog night on the road side and it was not possible for me there to inspect the car and I just trusted the Car-go company reviews and signed the BOL on the trust and name of the company , very next day I noticed the dent on roof of car and I immediately contacted Car-go with the pictures on Dent and agreed that no way this dent could be caused on any road accident and it is defiantly done by the carrier while transporting my Car from ** to **. I have Pics of Car being loaded on bottom of truck. I have all the evidence to proof that car was damaged by Carrier. I had signed contract with Car-go and dont have anything to do with Carrier company ([redacted]). Car-Go should expense and pay to repair my car , I have already submitted the estimate with them and I am not concern with carrier company and want Car-go to resolve this and pay for the damage. I hope I will get the justice.

[redacted] placed her order with us on 5/1/2015 and she spoke to our salesperson that same day in regards to her order. The order was **ne over and noted that [redacted] was flying out on 5/19/2015 and that she would also like "proof of the [redacted]riers insurance" once her vehicle was...

scheduled.Since we typically work on an order about 7-10 days in advance  her order was posted that same day.  On 5/8/2015 there was more correspondence between [redacted] and our salesperson in regards to when she would be contacted about the scheduling of her vehicle.  She was instructed that we were working on getting her vehicle scheduled but I would contact her regardless on 5/12/2015 since that was the day before her 1st available pick up day.On 5/12 I called and spoke with [redacted] and again discussed the fact that she was flying out on 5/19 but that we did have a terminal in [redacted] that she could drop off her vehicle at if we did not have her vehicle picked up by then. She also called in again on 5/15 (I was out sick from 5/14 thru 5/17) and again the terminal was discussed.5/18 I called and spoke with [redacted], advised her that her vehicle had not been scheduled as of yet, that "snow birds" starting **ing home earlier than anticipated and that we were very apologetic about the delays and assured her that I was doing everything possible to get her vehicle scheduled. We also discussed that thiswas her 1st time shipping a vehicle and I went over everything again about what was entailed about shipping. Kept [redacted] updated daily through email which shesaid was best way to reach her.  Poor girl was really having a hard time with everything so I tried to be of as much assistance as possible to her. I even checked on the status of her household **ods delivery and updated her about that through email. On Friday 5/22 I called and spoke with [redacted], again discussing trying to get her vehicle scheduled. It was agreed that she would give me until Tuesday 5/26 to get her vehicle scheduled before she would have to resort to other means. Told her I was taking her home with me so I could work solely on getting her scheduled. Everything appeared to be fine. On Tuesday, 5/26 before I could call [redacted] letting her know that I did indeed have her scheduled it was brought to my attention that a Revdex.com complaint had been filed. [redacted] was in her rights to be upset with [redacted]-**. She had given us the advance notice in which we ask for, plus the 3-business day window for loading and we were not able to meet our time frame that we usually can meet. I apologized numerous times and stayed in contact with her daily until scheduling did happen. I did call her on Tuesday with the schedule and confirmed when her vehicle was loaded and later supplied her with the drivers name and phone number. Hervehicle was delivered before she started her new job, in fact it delivered Friday 5/29.  I later received an email thanking me for working as hard as I did to make sure she received her vehicle before 6/1 which was the date she was to start her new job. I cannot apologize enough for any discomfort [redacted] suffered during the shipping of her vehicle. We strive to make all shipping experiences as stresless as possible

I recently used Cargo Auto transport to ship my son's car from Texas to California. This was my first time using this type of service. I was a bit nervous because I had heard of so many scams in this industry. But I worked closely with [redacted] from Cargo Auto Transport and things went very smoothly! I have already booked the car's return trip through them. Cargo Auto Transport does have its own trucks. But if they are unable to accommodate your needs they find another very reputable service that will. I like having a service that stays on top of your transport and provides you with all the updates you request. Thanks [redacted]!!

After having an absolutely horrible experience moving my household across the country several years ago, I was hesitant to have a car shipped from Florida to Arizona. I did my research on the Revdex.com website and on individual company websites, and had multiple phone calls. I narrowed it down to Car-Go and am absolutely happy with my decision!!

Car-Go answered all of my questions, had an excellent price point, and provided excellent communication. They were very PROFESSIONAL and were there with me throughout the entire move. I was constantly updated on the move and they were very flexible on where the car would be picked up and dropped off. The drivers were just as professional as the office staff!!

If you are looking into transporting your car, I would definitely recommend Car-Go!! You will get the quality service you expect and deserve!!

Wow! What a great experience. I recently shipped my car from Phoenix to Birmingham and to be honest, I was worried about the process. But once I spoke with [redacted], I knew I was in good hands. [redacted] was so professional and her rates were fantastic. She kept me informed about the process every step of the way. Everything ran on time and my car was delivered when it was supposed to be. Also, the driver that delivered my car was so friendly. I have to ship another car later this month and will definitely use [redacted] and Car-Go again!

It was my first experience doin something like this and was very nervous but Autoshippers.com from arizona made it a great one . The salesmen and women were very polite and respectful.... thank u for makin my first experience a great one .

We recently utilized Car-Go to transport a personal vehicle from Florida to Arizona, a very long haul. The car arrived in perfect condition. When the driver dropped off the car, we conversed about the experience and I thought something he said really drove home how great this company is: "When picking up your car, the streets were small and low hanging trees so we arranged for your contact to drive the car out to a larger uninhibited area as not to scratch your car." I thought this was a remarkable testimony to the high level of service I had been experiencing through this whole process. Additionally, [redacted] who coordinated our transport was highly accessible and kept me abreast of the move all along the way; no surprises! I would highly recommend this company for any transport you need and also the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Car-Go! [redacted] in Gilbert, Arizona

They picked up my car on time. Kept in regular touch with me during the process and delivered the car on time and undamaged. I had the drivers cell number so I could check on his progress the whole time. Price was very fair and I could not be happier with their service. Highly recommend.

This was our first experience shipping a vehicle from Las Vegas to Illinois so we were extremely nervous. Our son is a student athlete so we had a strict window for delivery. [redacted] at Cargo assured us that they would take good care of us and make this process as stress free as possible. [redacted] was in contact with the driver and updating us from the time the vehicle was picked up to delivery. Our son was in a football meeting when the driver arrived. He waited until my son was out of his football meeting and drove his truck directly to his location. [redacted] at Cargo went above and beyond our expectation. They definitely will have our business on the return trip and will recommend them to family and friend.

I contacted Car-Go Auto transport to move a car from Rochester, NY to Memphis, TN. They returned my email the same day with a quote. We arranged a pickup time. they picked up the car within the specified time frame and delivered the car to Memphis in two days. They were quick, efficient and courteous. I appreciated doing business with them.

Very fair price for North Carolina to California. Excellent updates and communication. Highly recommend to anyone, especially first time customers. I am comfortable whether they use their own trucks or broker out. They are on top of it!

Why go through potential problems when you can just use CarGoAutoTransport.com?

We wanted our Prius V moved from the Denver-metro area to San Diego County. Using recommendations from the Revdex.com as well as Yelp and Angie’s List, we narrowed our choice down to 2 transporters. The lower of the 2 quotes had an expiration date that we were unaware of; so when we decided to go with them, the quote had increased to more than the 2nd quote, from Car-go. We decided to use Car-go, since their quote remained the same.
We signed a contract about a month before our moving date. As that date approached, we hadn’t heard from the dispatcher, so we called. She said she generally contacted people a day or 2 before the pick-up, but she made it clear that we could call at any time to check on the progress. The timing was a little tricky, because we had a 3-day drive before we would arrive at our new house; the auto-transporter could arrive at the new house as quickly as 2 days after the truck left. We would either need to arrange for someone to receive the car at our new house (which we couldn’t do, since we didn’t know any of the neighbors well enough to ask them to help with this) or find someone in our old location to keep the car until the transporter arrived. Lucky for us, our next-door neighbors at the old house were able to park the car in their driveway for 3 days and be home when the truck arrived. If they had not been willing to do that, I’m not sure what we would have done. Perhaps there were options for parking the vehicle at a terminal either at the beginning or the end (for an extra charge, I imagine). If you have a similar situation, be sure to figure out this pick-up/drop-off issue early on.
The car was picked up 3 days after we left town and arrived at our new home 3 days later (transporter, Zip 2 Zip LLC out of Denver). The driver called us from a wide road about a mile away—probably to avoid problems with needing to turn around in a possibly narrow road (which ours wasn’t—but he didn’t know that). He would have been willing to drive the car to us, but we just drove down to pick it up ourselves. The car was unscathed and we happily signed off on the transaction.

Review: I was told that [redacted]-** would "take [redacted]e of me" I booked my order to ship from [redacted] to [redacted] before May 1st. My scheduled pick up date was May 13th. They did not pick up or call me. I called the 12th and 13th for updates, I called then the 18th as My flight out of ** was on the 19th. They had me drop off at a [redacted]rier to store my [redacted]. I have been calling almost every day since to see if my [redacted] has even been scheduled on a truck. It has not. [redacted] is working hard but I was never told that this could be an option. I decided to fly and ship based on prices and expected delivery date. No where in any contract or information was I told that my [redacted] had a possibility of getting picked up outside of a 5 working day window. The fact it is not scheduled on a truck yet is concerning as I start my new Job June 1st. I have been told that I should offer more money to make it more desirable for [redacted]riers. I was not told when I gave my 300 deposit that they were only brokers and that my [redacted] was not guaranteed to be on a truck. I may have to rent a [redacted] for several weeks which is also several hundred dollars. I was **ing to drive my [redacted], but decided not to due to the reasonable costs/fees I had found. Compared to gas, 4 days in hotels, wear and tear on [redacted] and self, it seemed like a better option. Now it may cost me more than1000 dollars to get my [redacted] here 1 month later. This is frustrating as I am powerless over the situation, I feel I was misinformed as a consumer and mislead as well as now I am financially being responsible for things I should not be.Desired Settlement: I want my [redacted] delivered before June 1st. If not I want reimbursement for rental [redacted] costs that are incurred in order to provide me a vehicle to drive until it is delivered. I also want a paper copy (as I did not receive one) of the full policy and procedure that I esigned and the insurance policy that I was told came with the costs. I signed things online and received no emailed copy. [redacted] emailed me a terms form that had nothing to do with what insurance is covered on my [redacted].
