Review: Please dont use this company. I transferred my vehicle from ** to ** in March 2015 and had worst experience with the company. They damaged my car and on top of it delivered it late l dark cold night to me in ** so I was not able to inspect the vehicle and next day I found there was Big Dent on roof on my Car. My car is new Hyundai sonata 2013. I called them next day morning and they refused to file claim as I had signed BOL document. I find this really frustrating and annoying. I had to bear huge loss and this company cheated my so my advise to all please dont use this carrier even they have good ratings in Revdex.com and that was the reason I had selected them for my move. They don't have any business ethical values they just care about money and profit at any human values cost.Desired Settlement: They should have ask there insurance to pay for repair of my damaged car roof.

Car-Go always tries to go above and beyond for our clients. Even though Mr. [redacted] continues to unfairly attach and disparage us, we are currently working and have been working with the carrier on behalf of the customer trying to get the damage claim paid out. Unfortunately, we are a great disadvantage in pursing this claim because Mr. [redacted] signed off releasing the driver of any liability on the BOL/Inspection sheet, which is a legal and binding contract, despite having accepted the car during the night on the day before the delivery was set so he could receive it during daylight hours.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have all the proof that my car was damaged by the carrier and Cargo Transporters themselves acknowledge this fact and agrees on this. According to Car-go I had signed the BOL and that is the mistake which I did without inspecting the car. My car was delivered late cold misty/fog night on the road side and it was not possible for me there to inspect the car and I just trusted the Car-go company reviews and signed the BOL on the trust and name of the company , very next day I noticed the dent on roof of car and I immediately contacted Car-go with the pictures on Dent and agreed that no way this dent could be caused on any road accident and it is defiantly done by the carrier while transporting my Car from ** to **. I have Pics of Car being loaded on bottom of truck. I have all the evidence to proof that car was damaged by Carrier. I had signed contract with Car-go and dont have anything to do with Carrier company ([redacted]). Car-Go should expense and pay to repair my car , I have already submitted the estimate with them and I am not concern with carrier company and want Car-go to resolve this and pay for the damage. I hope I will get the justice.

As seen by Mr. [redacted]’s statement, he sign the BOL at delivery, which I have provided you, that stated in bold letters above the vehicle inspection area, “ Absolutely no damage claims allowed unless noted immediately upon delivery.” Mr. [redacted] choose to have his vehicle delivered Mar 1, 2015 after he arrived to ** around 8PM so he would not have to miss any work, even though Car-Go had set it up not to delver before Mar 2, 2015 so it could be delivered in the daylight hours. On Car-Go’s contract, which I have already provide you and Mr. [redacted] agreed to when he placed his order #11 states:“The shipper agrees to properly note any damage claimed while the driver is making the delivery, and to pay the balance of the delivery charges in cash or certified funds. Damages not noted on the Bill of Lading will not be honored (no exceptions). Any claim of damage caused by the Carrier’s agent must be made within 15 days of delivery in writing, specifying the damage claimed, the Carrier’s agent actually transporting the vehicle shall be liable for any and all damage claims arising from the transport. The Shipper agrees to file all claims with such Carrier’s agent as identified on the bill of lading/delivery receipt, and to bring any legal action for damages against such Carrier’s agent only. The Shipper agrees to release and hold harmless The Carrier of any such claims.”Per our contract and [redacted] regulations Car-Go, as the broker and not physically transporting the vehicle is not responsible for any damage caused by the driver. Mr. [redacted] should be taking his action against DA Multiservice and not Car-Go. Even with the unwarranted complaints against Car-Go in every possible place Mr. [redacted] can find, Car-Go is still doing what we can to assist him in getting this situation handled, including helping he place a claim with the carriers insurance company yesterday. Unfortunately since Mr. [redacted] signed the BOL without noting any damage it is up to the insurance company to decide whether the damage is the drivers or not. Car-Go will continue to help our customer in anyway possible, however we are limited to the legal binding BOL signed by the customer.

We recently moved from Peoria, Arizona to the Tampa, Florida area and needed to have two cars shipped. A national moving company referred me to Car-Go and I could not be happier with the service they provided. We worked with [redacted] and [redacted] and both of them provided exceptional customer service. Pam was super helpful in coordinating the transport for us as well as keeping us informed. Our cars arrived in perfect condition and exactly when promised. We highly recommend using Car-Go if you have the need to ship a car.

[redacted] educated me on the whole process with total honestly and realistic expectations. For someone who never shipped a vehicle cross country and was unease from another company who didn't provide all the pertinent information upfront. I located this company under the [redacted] website. She gave me "peace of mind". The car arrived earlier than the ETA from the driver; which was a welcome surprise for the recipient. Would recommend this company to all and will make it my point to let them know the "Outstanding Service" that was rendered.

Car-Go Auto Transport's service was outstanding, and the price was very competitive. The honesty and integrity of all their people runs very deep. They cared for my car as though it were their own, and made sure every one of my questions was answered completely, and honestly. And, assured my vehicle arrived safely, reporting to me daily on every leg of the journey. My vehicle was a very special delivery. I waited 30 years to own this car, a mint condition late model [redacted] 911, and the folks at Car-Go (namely - [redacted]) and their driver made sure it made the 2000 mile journey from northern California to east Texas in perfect condition

Extremely happy with the service and follow-up. The cargo associate, [redacted] kept in touch from beginning to end. She explained the process thoroughly and gave me clear expectations and followed up as needed and promptly when I had questions. The price quoted was the final price. I was originally worried about getting my car shipped cross country as I had read and heard horrible car shipping experiences. After researching several companies I ended up selecting Cargo due to the reviews, website and how they handled my questions when I first called in to inquire about their services. I am extremely happy I selected them. My car arrived the day they said it would even after the carrier had a delay. It arrived on time with no damage and even accommodated the arrival to work with my working schedule.
