The customer spoke with Revdex.com and confirmed the actions taken by the business and stated the issue was resolved

Greetings ***, attached is pictures and information to support my case against Car LineAs you can see the Vin numbers do not matchThe paperwork they sent you and the vehicle that we physically had does not matchAlso, the finance company "United Auto Credit Corporation" explained to me that the deal was never processed through their companyUnited Auto Credit received the request but Car Line never submitted conformation as to whether or not the deal was acceptedMy question is how can the dealership void a deal that was never processed? United Auto Credit's contact number is ***I contacted Car Line to get information so that I could place insurance on the vehicle that I was driving and they refused to send me the information, forcing me to drive a vehicle with no insurance and a incorrect registrationI called my insurance to notify themThe number for my insurance is ***Car Line has changed their story multiple times to support their best interestCar Line called me and stated that I needed to return the vehicle because we needed to sign a new contract at a higher price because they incorrectly entered the information or the vehicle that we physically had would be considered stolen and they would start their repossession processAt that point I took off from work and drove hours from *** to *** and returned the vehicleWhen I arrived, the dealership blocked the truck in with two vehicles and ripped the thirty day tags off of the ToyotaWhen I got inside Joey (employee) was saying how I could take the the runner that they had put in paperworkhomeI told joey that that was only a $*** vehicle but he had financed me at the $*** vehicleHe proceed to tell me I was wrongI again asked for copy of my contract and they refusedAt that point I explained I was done and just wanted my down payment back as they had said they would give it back because this was not my fault.Joey then called the general manager on *** for all of us to hear what was going on and told him exactly what I has said about being stressed and not wanting to do business with themI then heard the manager say "I will make sure she don't see one *** penny of that money"At that point I knew things were going to be ugly so I asked my friend to call the policeUpon arrival of the officer, we waited patiently outsideWhen the officer arrived Joey again called general managerWith the cop standing with us, the General Manager was screaming threw the cell phone on speaker how he was not giving us our money back because we called the policeJoey "Car Line employee" then lied to the cop saying that the truck we had was a loaner while other truck was being fixedThe truck we had physically had a broken hoodlatch and foglights were blownThe cop told him he better get that manager there right away because he was about to get the commonwealth attorney involved and that what they were doing was illegalManager shows up about min later and changed story again saying he was going to give refund after refund process and that this was not a loaner vehicleI asked again for copy of my contract he said noThe cop told him to give me a copyWhen returning with about 5 pieces of paper I told him this was not the whole contractHe told me to take him to court for itThen told me I was trespassing to get off his propertyThe officer told me he would gladly come to court if he did not return our deposit that this was not the first time this has happened with this businessIf possible I would to arrange a meeting with you to clarify the incident, if needed

That was not a deposit, it was a down payment because they told me that I had the car and was suppose to pick it up the following day. I signed a contact with [redacted]  financial saying that I was approved. Once I came to get the car, it was not there. They took my money and I never received a vehical. I'm in titled to all of my down payment back. There is a different between down payment and deposit.
And there sign did not say what they are saying. They are lying and this complaint was not resolved
