Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] Car source made zero admits to solve my issuesThe response given has very little truth to it and is pourly wroteTheir was never any work done to my car or its radio by anyone except their mechanicsThey never reported that the doors fail to lock and when contacting the business there was no effort in solving my problemIf they do not note in the Wisconsin buyers log any issues that would be found in a routine check up before selling it is illegalI believe the locks would be part of they routine check and they are responsible for fixing themI found it extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional of Car source to make up stories about myself and wish Revdex.com to rate them with an F

[redacted] is one of the sales representatives for Car SourceHe sold Dodge Durango to our valuable customer [redacted] The vehicle was sold on 08/04/at 5:pmOne 08/01/ [redacted] took the vehicle for a test driveHe came back approximately minutes after showing it to his mechanicWhen he came back to the dealership asked our sales representative regarding what says on the Wisconsin Buyers GuideThe Wisconsin Buyers Guide specifically stated that, “Heating and Cooling system, Drive Train, Engine, and Electrical Needs Service.” [redacted] said his mechanic found nothing wrong with the vehicleHowever, we specifically told [redacted] that there is a reason we have certified technicians working for our company so that we can inform the customer what is the mechanical condition of a car [redacted] told our sales representative that he will think about it and will have his other technicians look it over before making the purchase. On 08/03/2015, [redacted] called around afternoon that he will be taking the vehicle to his another trusted mechanicOur sales representative gave him the permission to do soWell, this time when [redacted] came back he said he took it two other mechanics to look over the whole carOur sales repclearly stated that our Wisconsin Buyers Guide clearly states that this vehicle needs mechanical workAfter a while, [redacted] said that he will think about it and will let us know if he wants to make a purchase or not.On 08/04/2015, [redacted] came back and asked if there is any warranty on this vehicleOur sales representative informed [redacted] that there is no warranty on this vehicleIt is As Shown No Warranty saleHowever, [redacted] made a purchase and was very comfortable with it.However, our inspections are clearly stated that vehicle has mechanical issues such as, “Heating and Cooling system, Drive Train, Engine, Electrical Needs Service.” However, [redacted] wanted to have transmission flush done on the vehicleWe sold the vehicle, As Shown No Warranty Whatsoever, however, we did not have to pay for the transmission flush but we did just as a compromise with our customerWe have proof for all the documents.Prior to the sale and at the time of sale everything that was mechanically wrong with the vehicle was clearly stated on the Wisconsin Buyers GuideWe did everything possible to inform our customer the current condition of the carAll of our sales are final, “As Shown No Warranty Whatsoever.”

We went to to test drive a Volvo XC It had a great asking price and the biggest thing it was AWD which, after living for years in WI I knew I wanted My first indication there would be issues was that the main key attached to the automatic controls would not stay open When we got in the car it started right up The heat took a while to kick in and the driver side seat heater did not work Okay, things I could deal with So, we decided to take it out on the road There was very little gas in it - the fuel light was even onThe sales person said we would be fine for a 3-mile test drive So, on the road we went We took it around the downtown area and decided we wanted to take it for a longer test drive - get it up to HWY speed We took it back to the dealership They did put a few more gallons in so we could take it a little farther Once we got the car up to 40MPH there was a whooshing sound coming from below We met MY mechanic to take a look at it Just from visual inspection all the rotors needed to be resurfaced, hence the whoosing sound He also said that the front tires were already at the tread warning and needed replacing ASAP OH, and prior to him we found out that they did not even check the windshield wipers - they had no less than TEARS on the front I did not even inspect the back one And here we were testing in the rain/sleet/snow When my mechanic took it on the road he fond a bad wheel bearing and the worst part the AWD DID NOT WORK!!!!! Okay, fine, we can work with all of this in the price - IF the AWD is operational However, when we went back to the dealership I told the sales man what hte mechanic found and received a "I doubt all of that" look Mind you, my mechanic has been working on my personal vehicles and owns his own repair business for no less than years I told him that it was more repair than we wanted to get into for the price of the vehicle (hint, hint, we would work on price) He took the keys when I handed them to him, he shurged his shoulders and said "okay, oh well." and walked away Now, maybe it was because he was CLEARLY overworked - he had two desks with people at that he was assisting, another family who had just arrived to do a test drive and myself However, there is NO EXCUSE for poor customer service like that I don't think I could ever trust a vehicle from them - and there were a couple more we were willing to give a try But, after that kind of customer service there was no way I will take my business elsewhere and recommend to anyone who asks to do the same

Like they say, dont spend your money at one placeWell, we didWe bought two cars from this place and my grandsons love themSales people were very knowledgeable and politeWill be doing business with them againDefinitely recommend this placeThanks again!

I, [redacted] is a sales representative of Car Source of KenoshaWe had sold Dodge Durango to our valued customer [redacted] ***Upon selling the vehicle, customer was notified that the vehicle had some electrical problemsHowever, we had notified on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that climate box control is inoperativeThe vehicle was “As Shown No Warranty.” Few weeks later, [redacted] called at the dealership and asked us for a favor that if we can fix the climate control box for ***However, the [redacted] wanted us to track down the problem and may be fixing itWe bought 3-climate control boxes, which cost us approximately $400.00, plus some other parts that were neededWe did not charge any of that to the customerMoreover, my technician spent over hours on the vehicle to see if we can track down the electrical problemIf you do the math, four hundred dollars plus hours of certified technicians labor charges equals to approximate $The customer was not charged for any of thatIf there are more issues to the vehicle we cannot be held responsibleWe had stated in the buyers guide that this vehicle had some power accessory problemWe did not have to invest in the parts neither pay for the labor which we didAs a used car dealership we spent a lot of money trying to help the customer but unfortunately that was not enoughThe Moreover, my technician spent over hours on the vehicle to see if we can track down the electrical problemIf you do the math, four hundred dollars plus hours of certified technicians labor charges equals to approximate $The customer was not charged for any of thatIf there are more issues to the vehicle we cannot be held responsibleWe had stated in the buyers guide that this vehicle had some power accessory problemWe did not have to invest in the parts neither pay for the labor which we didNow, customer wants to take it in at Dodge dealership and wants us to pay for everything that will take to fix his vehicleAs a used car dealership we already have spent a lot of money trying to help the customer but unfortunately that was not enoughPrior to the sale and at the time of sale everything that was mechanically wrong with the vehicle was clearly stated on the Wisconsin Buyers GuideWe did everything possible to inform our customer the current condition of the carAll of our sales are final, “As Shown No Warranty Whatsoever.”

I spoke with the sales man over the phone about a vehicle and had told him I was interested and would be coming hrs away; including traffic to look at it and potentially take the vehicle off his handsWhen I got there, they had already sold the vehicle about the time I left my town (a call would of been great as he knew I was on my way)The sales man there at the time then proceeded to tell me he thought that the person who just bought the car was me as the other guy did tooHowever, I gave the other guy my name to hold the carThe sales man at the time then said "it's too personal to ask for customers names"Which makes no sense because we exchanged names over the phone and essentially they will have all my information before I can even take the car off the lotSo for it to be "too personal" is not an excuse! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY CAR LOTS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS POOR AS THIS!!!! WHAT ELSE COULD THEY BE LYING ABOUT??!!! They are not professional!! Per txt I received from the sales man "if you can't talk straight up might as well don't talk" Thats professional!! A business is about communication with colleagues and customersDue to lack of communication and unprofessional behavior they have lost me as a customerI would of purchased another car there if they were honest

*** *** is one of the sales representatives for Car
SourceHe sold Honda Civic Hybrid to our valuable customer *** ***The day he test drove the car, *** was completely satisfied with
the car, otherwise he would have not paid for the car if he was
not satisfied
During the test drive, we had talked about what makes this car very reliable
We talked about great MPG it gives and other sort of comfortsWe came back
from the test drive and *** told the rep(***) to write up the purchase
contract and will come back another day to pay for it*** left a deposit of
$to hold the car*** came back in the morning of July 2, at 9:
am to pay off the balanceHe was in a hurry and signed all the paperwork and
left due to his job timeLater, he called us and asked us certain questions
regarding how the title work is going be heldWe did inform him at the time of
closing but he was in hurry however, we answered all of his questions over the
phoneWe have no problem answering questions because satisfaction is our first
priorityLater, he called and he was concerned that the reviews for this car
are not the bestAlso, there are scratches all over the carHowever, he would
like to know if the dealership could take the car backWe replied, “we are
here to help you in the best way possible but all of the sudden why are you
returning the car.” He replied, “I do not want to have anything to do with this
car that has horrible reviews, scratches all over and car has bad transmission.”
We told him to bring the car over and we will have our technicians look at it
first thing next morning at 9:am*** did not show up the next morning
Furthermore,
on July 7, 2014, car was parked on the street between the side-walk and street
We called *** and asked what is going with the car park outsideHe replied,
“car keys are hidden in the gas tank and the car is unlocked.” He told us to
diagnose the carOur technicians found out that car had bad starter clutchWe
called *** and informed him the situationHe replied, “either take the car
back or I will go to Honda of Kenosha and will make you pay for the repairs.”
*** left his car at the dealership for almost a week thinking that this way
*** will be able to get his money backAt first, *** said that the car has
bad transmission instead it was the bad starter clutch
*** had
the car for four daysHis intentions were to return the car anyway possible
We replied, “we are trying to help you the best way possible but our technicians
will do it for way cheaper than the franchise dealerships can.” Later, ***
sent us a quote for the repairs from Honda of Kenosha and told us that he will
file a complaint to the DMV and Revdex.comIn conclusion, all of
our sales are final; we sell all of our cars “As Shown No Warranty.”

I, Sahil Khindri sold Nissan Altima on 05/15/The customer has been already several times that there will be a regular maintenance that will be required since you purchased a used vehicle that
has way over 100,milesThe customer has been notified already via phone and other partiesWe as a dealership offered free service but customer will have to cover for the partsThe car was sold months agoIf they want to fix their car we will have to schedule her an appointment and she will have to pay this time as wellHowever, the car was sold “As Shown No Warranty.”

While browsing on Craigslist for a different vehicle I happened to come across a Toyota Camry for a pretty good priceEven though Car Source was quite a hike from Cedarburg (miles round trip) I just had to check this Toyota out! My father and I drove down to Kenosha to test drive the carWe were assured by the salesman that the car was thoroughly inspected by a certified mechanic and we have the checklist to prove itI made a choice to put a down payment on this vehicle, feeling very confident in what the salesman shared with usWhen I picked up the car a couple of days later, I was a little shocked that the car was dirty with no windshield wiper fluidThey filled it up for me and I got a car wash down the streetI was just glad to have my new carAfter driving it for a couple days, something just wasn't handling and sounding right and I couldn't put my finger on itWhile on the freeway one day after work, I noticed that when I braked, a red oil light lit up every timeI had my dad check it out and to make sure all of the necessary fluids were topped offHe found that it was TWO QUARTS LOW and the oil was a disgusting black colorFUNNY because the salesman said the oil was changed during the inspection..hmmmmThe very next day a yellow exclamation sign appeared on my dashboard and looked up what it meant on my phone and it said "Check Brake System"I took it into a dealership nearby and was shocked to find out that I was driving in a VERY UNSAFE car with less than 1mm of brake pads left on both of my rear brakesWhy would my oil be black and extremely low and my brakes be completely worn if it was inspected by a certified mechanic? My dad called Car Source to let them know about how unhappy we were because they were very deceptive and THEY were very rudeThey basically told us that it was OUR problem and accused me of driving the car like a race car driver (for the past days) and that could be why the brakes were bad!! Ridiculous!! We will see them in small claims court and will let the Revdex.com know about their business but meanwhile want to warn everyone how DECEPTIVE they are! They truly fit the stereotype of "USED CAR SALESMAN" (just can't trust 'em!!)

I, *** *** is a sales representative of Car Source of KenoshaWe had sold Chevrolet Impala to our valued customer Greg SatherUpon selling the vehicle, customer was notified that the every
used vehicle more than years old on the road needs regular serviceCustomer needs to understand that these are regular services, which come sooner or later when you buy car that has been on the road through harsh weather conditions for more than yearsThe vehicle was “As Shown No Warranty.” We did everything possible to inform our customer the current condition of the carAll of our sales are final, “As Shown No Warranty Whatsoever.”

5-star dealer. I have been their customer since 2014 and bought 3 cars from them. The experience has been great.

These are honest people. Their prices are very competitive in the market. I love their customer service. I test drove the car and it was like new. I loved it and bought it. Never had any problems. I will recommend this dealership to other people. It was a GOOD day, I had fun.
