On 05/04/Mrs [redacted] had her Chrysler Sebring towed in to our location at [redacted] with a no start issue? We performed a Starting and Charging test on the Sebring? While performing the test Mrs [redacted] s car had a radiator hose that was leaking, rupture ? At "No Charge" we repaired Mrs [redacted] s hose with extra clamps we had at the shop? After repairing the hose and finishing the test we went over our recommendations with Mrs [redacted] ? She declined to have any additional work done at that time? The customer called back in still having problems with the hose she declined to have replaced? The District manager contacted and informed Mrs [redacted] that we would be more than happy to help repair the vehicle correctly at the best price available? The customer declined bringing the vehicle back in? Car-X feels there is no basis for any further actions? ?

Mr [redacted] came in off of our Best Value Advertisement that states, "Best Value! Save $when you buy our pack"! When he came in the manager explained the program to Mr [redacted] We do not offer an oil change at $individually A family pack must be purchased to get that price Once I received the complaint, I personally reached out to Mr [redacted] to address his concerns He did not answer the call, so I left a message Car-X would be more than happy to refund him the difference of a regular priced oil change if he did not want to take advantage of the special pricing At the time of purchase Mr [redacted] agreed and authorized the package and amount with a signature Outside of the stated settlement listed, Car-X feels there is no basis for any further actions.

I am very perturb that someone would make an untruthful accusation like that about me. This is not a true statement of the phone conversation. My district manager was also present during the entire phone conversation. We also monitor most customer interactions. So I will have no issue discrediting his accusation. The customer came into our location and fully reviewed our estimate and signed This signature not only authorizes the work to be done, but also the price When he came into pick up the vehicle, he stated that the price was not what he agreed on The manager showed him the signed
estimate, but the customer was still not convinced He then went to the vehicle with a second set of keys and removed it from the property without approval The local authorities were contacted They concluded it was theft of services We still have not received any funds for the repair Once the repairs are paid for they will all be under a month, and 12,mile warranty Car-X feels there is no basis for adjusting the price moving forward

Ms*** came into the Car-X location to have her A/C system checked. The initial system check determined that the system was 3lbs low on freon. At this point the only way to further diagnose any other issue would be to bring the system to the correct capacity, including dye.
The system passed the vacuum test for leaks, while having the correct amount of Freon and dye in the system. The customer was informed to drive the vehicle and return in a week for inspection, or if the vehicle presented any other problems. During the car inspection, we found that the right rear strut spring was broken as well as the left rear strut was leaking. We recommended the strut assemblies replacement for safety and drivability The customer authorized the repairs and agreed on the pricing. At Car-X we do use a quality part to ensure a respectable repair. It is important for us to stand behind our repairs. All repairs performed carried a minimum of month/ 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty. We also shop the local competition multiple times a year to ensure fair pricing. Ms*** can call me personally at 636-887-to discuss further. I would have no problem meeting Ms*** at any of our locations to inspect the repairs and see what we could do moving forward

All work done on the customers car carried a month 12,mile warranty. Within this time the customer never returned or reported any issues with the repair. It is now months later and Car-X feels there is no basis for a refund

The customer was informed at the time of the decision that there is always a possibility of issues or more time needed when dealing with a used item. At this point the cost was most important to the customer, so he opted to go with the used unit. After installing the unit issues
were found and corrected. The vehicle has since been delivered and all of the customer's concerns have be addressed and handled

When the vehicle returned two months after the original repair the vehicle was monitored for multiple hours while never acting up. At this point we informed the customer if the vehicle began to act up again to please bring it back for further inspection. If the customer is still
experiencing any issues we would be more than happy to check the vehicle out at no charge. If the issue pertains to anything we have repaired it is still within our month 12,mile warranty and would be covered parts and labor. Car X feels there is no need for a refund on this matter

Ms *** brought her car in on 9/17/for a noise complaint, and a non starting issueMs *** authorized all repair work to be done, correcting the "no start" issue and front end suspension issues
All of the work performed includes a month, 12,mile warrantyOn 11/Ms ***
returned having the same type of no start issue, The repairs needed were covered at no charge under the 12mth 12k mileage warranty At this time, all of the repairs including the suspension work was inspected and working properly

I believe there was a misunderstanding at the store level with this issue. I personally spoke to the customer and all issues have been resolved.

We have no records of *** *** having a vehicle serviced in any of our facilities this year After calling Ms***, she gave me a number for a friend that currently has the car I called the "friend" and he informed me that he is selling the Ford Taurus with miles on the
odometer He knows that there are multiple issues with the vehicle, and isn't interested in fixing them I informed him that all of our repairs are covered under a month/12,miles parts and labor warranty If he wanted to bring the vehicle back in we would gladly review the repairs and go from there Car-X feels there is no basis for any future actions

timeOn 11/Mrs *** called the store stating her car would not start Car X offered to pay for the tow if the repair was a related to the repair visit on 11/28, she agreed Car X dispatched a tow service to Mrs *** location to determine it only needed a jump start to tho the battery we had told her previously was needing replacement and declined to have us repairMrs *** refused to pay the tow service and Car-X resulted in having to pay for the jump start which was not our liabilityI have reviewed our security video footage and there was never any "angry" conversation with our employees and Mrs***
