Ordered cover for my 2014 Ford Explorer on 1/10/20. One item was missing that they replaced but the cover hung like a bag on car. Their photo showed a snug fit. They asked for photos which I sent to them showing the cover was an absolute miss fit too long front and back. They said my Ford Explorer was an exceptional shape and probably I could not find a snug fit anywhere. "Exceptional Shape"? There are probably millions of these SUV's on the road. After many back and forth calls and emails they decided to honor there "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Full Refund " Now they will not send me the info I need to send the cover back. Each day I talk to the same agent who promises I will get the shipping approval by the end of the day. Nothing ever happens. DON"T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TOTALING UNRELIABLE AND THEY DO NOT STAND UP TO THEIR PROMISES

I have been looking for a good place to get car covers for a while alreadyA friend referred me to CarAutoCovers.com, saying that they had bought from them previously, and were satisfied with the product and the serviceSo I bought mine there too, and have also had a good experienceShipped in good shape, arrived in timely fashion, and fits my car wellFeels like durable material, so should last me awhile

[redacted] ***I sent a rejection of the offer from Carautocovers.com based upon the fact that they contacted me directly from their warranty department and stated in an email that they were sending me the correct coverIn their response to the Revdex.com they stated that I should call and tell them that a person by the name of [redacted] authorized a full refund.I do not want a refundI want them to send me the correct car cover for my vehicle as stated in their direct email to me.It is obvious that the employees of this company do not talk to each otherWould you communicate to the company that I want them to send me the correct coverIf they send me the correct cover I will be satisfied in full.Thank you for any addition help you can provide in this matterHave a great holiday weekend.Respectfully, [redacted]

we did go ahead and ship the correct car cover for the feet bed to the customertracking number is [redacted] with ups.com We are sorry for the first mistake but the first cover was ship after the order correction was made Let us know if theres anything else we can do! Thank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved[redacted] ** As I previously informed you, I contacted the cognizant deptof the office of The Attorney General, and sent them all the documentation, which included some of the conversation I had with you of the Revdex.comThey recently sent me a physical letter, notifying me that they did locate the subject company and requested that they (carautocovers.com) contact me regarding my complaint against themI was contacted a couple of days ago via my cell phone To make a longer story short, the person I was conversing with did admit that the material used (which is 90% + of the product of concern) was imported material The only other item left was the thread required to sew and assemble the car cover, and this more than likely was also imported But, according to this person, the cover is assembled in the USA, which is then legal to use the term "Made in the USA" I absolutely do not agree with this In their online advertisement they should say....Assembled in the USA with imported materialsThey offered a full refund on the purchase price, and that I could keep the product I did not request this, but they made the offer, and I accepted, mainly because of the time and trouble it has taken me to follow through on this caseI appreciate your time and assistance concerning this complaint Sincerely, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I have purchased covers from this companyof the transactions were flawlessOn one they shipped the wrong cover and immediately re shipped the correct one
