Developed a leak in my roof and called Cardinal. Scott xxxxx called and said he would be out Dec.7th at 10:30 A.M.to check it. On the morning of Dec.7 he called and said he was sending someone else that afternoon since he primarily did new roofs. No one ever called or came so I had to get another company to do the repair. I know nothing bout their work since nobody ever bothered to show up.
