3k couch is a piece of crap
Not even had it for three months and had service call people come twice for repair. I can’t can’t get anyone in customer service to call me back as to when will my cushions will be fixed. I will be marching down to Cardi’s this week and demand that they refund my money or give me a new couch! Totally not worth the aggravation.

BEWARE Worst Experience Ever
Cardis is the worst experience ever! I was told my order for a mattress and base were ready for delivery. A week after my purchase Cardis came and took my old Mattress and Boxspring and set up the base for my mattress but guess what THERE IS NO MATTRESS! The delivery men said they couldnt wait to work this matter out. The manager they called was not helpful in the least nor apologetic. In fact not once did anyone ever apologize to me for what happened. I called Beau the salesman who told me in the store the mattress would be 1-2 weeks and after a week he would call to set up delivery. Beaus response to this happening is to blame me and tell me he told me the mattress would be 2-3 weeks which was never the case and he know is saying it will be another 2-3 weeks. So all day I stress and try to figure out what I can sleep on since they just took my mattress. Raymour and Flanagan can get a mattress to you overnight which is great however it took me sometime to pick out a different mattress. It is not until night that I learn that the mattress is never coming! It was DISCONTINUED and Beau was supposed to have called me which would have been great to have learned this ahead of time. Beau never apologized, nor did any manager not once single Cardis representative ever said they were sorry that this happened. I have a herniated neck and back and because of this situation I have lost feeling in my right leg now. I planned to see a doctor today but I spent yet another day waiting for Cardis to come get their crap out of my house. Thats right it took another week before they would come and get their set up for a mattress they canceled on me without telling me. The delivery mean beat up my walls! I will never ever step foot into a Cardis ever again! Their products are overpriced compared to Mattress Firm and Raymour.

I would like to share a great expierence at the Warwick Cardi's store. Went to buy a couch and recliner and was blessed to have had the most professional knowledgeable, courtious, and friendly sales Rep. Kimberly Mazza. She has an interior design expertise background and she was amazing at helping me through this very difficult process of selecting the right furniture and colors for my needs. I applaud her for her patience and making the process fun and easy.
She is a big asset to the Cardis Sales Department.

Tell us why here...Thank you for the message regarding customer [redacted] and the power lift recliner purchased on April 28 2012 and delivered on June 3, 2012.We are refunding the entire amount paid, including tax and warranty, the balance of which will be applied after return of the merchandise.

The sectional purchased in March 2015 had a one year warranty.  We authorized a courtesy reselection for full credit for items that were out of warranty.  With courtesy reselections a delivery charge is required for new deliveries.

I am disappointed in the company's stance on this. We believe that we should not be responsible to pay the delivery of a new item due to the defectiveness of the product. Although the company is stating they credited us a courtesy, we are not choosing to get rid of our furniture because of a style change. The product is defective. In addition to the springs collapsing, we noted to the repair person that we were more concerned with the staples popping out of the wood and tearing the fabric. This a hazard and the only reason we contacted Cardi's was to see about repair. We were very pleased with the original response to credit us, who wouldn't be. But, there was no mention of paying the delivery fee at that time or any time during our visits to Cardi's. Again, very disappointed. I have been a long time Cardi's customer and feeling a bit subjugated.

We apologize for the delays with the warranty company in fixing the set.  We have placed a return authorization in our system for Mrs. [redacted].  We have already discussed this with her as well.

This is not resolved as of yet.  I'm still waiting for Cardi's to get back to me which they still have not in a timely manner.  I don't feel that I should call them they should be calling me to see how they can help.  This will not be fully resolved until I receive my sectional from [redacted] and I had asked them for the warranty paid in full because clearly their seamstress does not do a good job if they tried to alter two sectionals and deliver to me and I could notice the issues.  I paid over $4,000 for a "new" sectional and they tried to sneak two of them that were altered.  I don't believe I should be paying for the warranty.  It should really be on them as they have inconvenieced me way too many times and Cardi's associates have not been nice on the phone and I refuse to talk on the phone due to how I was treated.   I've asked numerous times to speak to any of the Cardi men and still not have heard from one.  I guess their associates are right when they said they are celebrities and can't be bothered to make phone calls to customers.  I've never received such poor service from any company ever!  They should make doing business with them easy not difficult.
