Since the customer is cancelling after “the right to cancel”, in accordance with our contract they are legally bound to pay the contractor the amount of actual expenses incurred to date, and in addition 10% of the total contract priceThis is stated in paragraph in our contract agreement We are willing to waive the expenses fee but we must enforce the terms of our contract and collect $Sunrooms4U will hold the price of the contract to its full amount if the customer is ready to continue with the project in the future Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is not true.We signed the contract on MAY We were told because of the rain Sunrooms 4-U were running behind months and then they would start our project.That brings us to JULY which today, JANUARY is months and we aren't finished yet The estimated time for this project was weeks according to the contract.We are waiting for the inspector to approve a product that we aren't happy with There are gaps between the existing ceiling and the new ceiling that Sunrooms 4-U are unwilling to fill in, saying it is not their job.If leaving a customer with a nice looking product (filling in the gaps with caulk), is not their job, then I don't know what is.They replaced the structural posts but left the original plate and screws exposed where the crown covered that in the past.If they changed the posts then they should replace the crown, as well.Their response, "We're not in the remodeling business."They also contracted the electrical work out and didn't provide a porch light which on the contract it states would be provided Regards, [redacted]

Mr *** verbally changed his mind on Oct so the door is installed how hw wanted it. The job was closed out on Nov and he was as happy as happy as can be except for the backlog delay we experienced from the spring rains of 2016. The first I herd of changing the doors around was
months later when I went to adjust his door. He offered me to turn it around and my response was that is not enough to cover the cost. So I gave his info to one of our technicians to work with him directly. This complaint is the first I have herd since I last spoke with him. Not entirely satisfactory but we will let it rest. It took over a year to get action to fix this problem - or at least address it. We will pursue future problems with the very competent handyman referred to us who finally did the work & is very familiar with the sunrooms
