My family has used W.GSpeeks for many years, and not necessarily because we choose too, but they are much more affordable than some bigger names around ***The service and people are great (excellent customer service)However, one big thing that is never...never mentioned or told to you as a customer, is that the cost for a service call (service charge) is $95...for only the first minutes!!! This is pretty big considering a technician may have to wait around and call the office, or another tech, or wait for a humidifier to drain...all of which eats up time, and you are paying for it! Half of the things that I've experienced, I would have said "leave because I'm not paying for this non productive time"Again, they need to make sure each customer is fully aware of this, or put it on their website

Our heat was not working on one of the coolest nights of the year this past February Speeks came and did the repair; the job took about hours total The problem was that the bill was $1875, which Speeks refused to itemize for us, even after repeated phone calls to their office They would not tell us the cost of the part or the cost of the labor As a result, we feel ripped off, especially because the bill was so high

Complaints in no particular order
Advertised free detailing on website but didn't honor itWhen asked, they said it was a mistakeIt has since been removed from their websiteIn fact, my car was dropped off cleanWhen I went to pick it up, it was filthy!
White overspray all over trunk, convertible top, inside trunk, and insulation
Broke many pieces of my car during removal and tried to hide it by using zip ties as fasteners
General Manager offered to replace one of the broken parts only to deny every offering such a solution a month laterHe even went so far as to accuse me of breaking it.d
Trim and bumper weren't properly installed and are loose
I sent two emails detailing my experience to the general manager detailing my terrible experienceHe apparently took such offense to the truth that he called my place of business threatening meHe even asked what my employer would think of me using my company email to communicate with himHe dared me to meet him at his office to resolve the issueWhen I showed up, he refused to resolve anythingWhen I asked how to contact his boss, he refused and gave me the main company phone number and said I could "leave a message for the *** family" and "Maybe someone would get back to me"

My wife and I have had great luck finding likeminded people on Mach making servicesWe would greatly recommend it to anyone looking to find good relationshipA lot of people there are open minded and willing to talk about a lot of topicsThey have a good variety of all types of people and interests, something for everyone

BEST pricing and warranty!!!, Fast service even in mid summer. Purchased complete systems for TWO houses. Couldn't be happier with the knowledge and customer service. HIGHLY recommend.

I find the practice of this business quite troubling given their unwillingness to accept and take responsibility for  not doing due diligence by me (customer). Indeed I have two telephone #s  but I made it quite clear to the receptionist that the best # to reach me was my cell phone #. I feel this business trying to take advantage of or bully me in their very deluded mind. I find it offensive that this company will arrive at the conclusion that I did not want to pay them  when in fact I quarreled with their negligence . The technician HAD NO RIGHT TO ENTER MY HOME WHEN HE KNEW I THE ADULT WAS NOT HOME. HE FORCED MY SON (16YRS) TO SIGN AN INVOICE. 
 
At this time I accept the resolution with the hope that this company will keep thier word by crediting $95.00 and stop all contacts and attempts to collect this from me.I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]

Came home yesterday to find an issue with one of our central air units. Called Speeks early Monday morning and by 11 am Howard their tech was at our door. Have worked with numerous repair folks over the years from all industries. Howard was without a doubt the best, most professional, most thorough, most engaging one I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only is the Speeks organization overall a superior one but Howard specifically is a stellar technician. By noon our system was running as it should be, on this the hottest day of the year so far.

W.G. Speeks was the original company that installed my AC unit5 years ago. I called them at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday because my AC unit stopped working properly. The tech was at my house before 6pm on the same day. Sean was great. He was very informative about how my unit worked and why it wasn't working. My issue was covered under warranty (thank goodness) and the repair was completed and my AC back running properly within 45 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, speed and customer service related to my experience. Regardless of cost, I will continue to use and recommend W.G. Speeks.
