We had a debt relief case with Carolina Legal Services and Global Client Services. We canceled it and they said they would refund our money.
We paid them almost 2000.00 dollars and they sent a refund check for 100.00. I have called and emailed them. I've gotten no response. They took our money and put it in an account where it sat. They didn't try to pay off anybody. We were told we would get our money back in a check in 5 to 10 business days. That was 3 months ago. I'll never recommend them to anybody else.They said about 1800.00 was used for fees,but they didn't do anything.
I would like the rest of my money back.
We have resolved this matter to the clients satisfaction.
GRIEVANCE:
They contacted me and told me if I signed a release form they would send me a check for my refund. They have honored that and now I can't get anyone.
We did a debt relief with them,then cancelled it. they sent me a check for 111.12. I filed a complaint against them. They contacted me and said if I would sign a release form and send it back, they would send me a check for 1300.00. I sent it back on Dec. 5,2018. I still have not gotten my money and can't get anyone to get back to me. I've left 3 emails and 1 voice message. I just lost my husband unexpectedly in Oct. and I don't need the added stress of dealing with these--------- people.
DESIRED RESOLUTION::
I would like to get my money as I was told I would and be done with this matter. I don't need the run around like I've been getting. I've honored my part, they won't honor there part.
