let me know she would be in to retrieve them on Tuesday August *** after 5pmShe never came for her documents and she has not contacted us back in reference to them sinceIn reference to the credit report and documents unfortunately our landlords require us to prequalify our prospective tenantsWe do explain this to our customers, they do also have to sign off on us running this informationWe are not allowed to give out prospective tenant’s information, however they are able to contact the company we use and the company will gladly send them a copyWhen we prequalify a tenant we ask for all documents as per the landlord’s request, we present the information on hand and the landlord always makes the final decisionAs so often happens they are also showing the unit themselves, have preexisting tenants who may no longer be vacating, or simple went with another clientAs realtors we try to help our clients to the best of our ability but we simply cannot control situations such as this
