? I am rejecting this response because:It has been verified by an independent inspector AND the manufacturer of the laminate flooring, it is an 'installation' problem? The entire floor according to "INSPECT SOLUTIONS" (this is a quote from the report)"THERE IS NO MOISTURE" Inspector inspected for moisture with LIGNO SDM Meter? Moisture readings were from to 4.8, which is low.The report also states joint offset specifications were not met, leveling of the floor standards were not met in the flooring installed in (we were billed for leveling by Buddy's)T-moldings are not present where the manufacturer recommends? No manufacturer problems were found, only installation problems were observed in this report? The manufacturer "TECSUN" stands behind this report and will be present in court if necessary.I will accept this refund, however to RE DO the floor will cost much more? RE doing the floor will result in new baseboard mouldings, new paint, removal of the old floor, removal of a gallon saltwater fish tank, and contents removal and storage.I will be submitting an invoice for these additional costs to Buddy's which looks to be around $I am still waiting for a written quote from my contractor and my fish service guy.Buddy warranty is years on all laminate flooring installation? I have a copy of this warranty, along with this report from a certified independent flooring inspector.I plan to pursue this in court if necessary

Mid- Sept./went to Carpet One on Regent Avenue and stated that I was thinking of having my living room and hallway carpet removed and that I had dogs and what was recommended would be the best product for me - other than hardwood flooring Manager strongly suggested a certain laminate that is warrantied for years, waterproof, etc Also noted that they have a guarantee that if you are not happy for any reason they would make a change for you Mgr came out and measured the area discussed, a week or so later an installer came Was told it would be guys and w/take 1/day Got guy and after days it wasn't finished days later fellows came to finish what had been started and they noticed a small area by the front door had buckled I told them that my dog had urinated there that morning but I had wiped it completely dry within 5-minutes They also noticed many other issues as did I - flooring not even coming up to and under baseboard; many baseboards just placed against the wall etcand they didn't know why there was black electrical tape over the entrances to each bedroom, plus kitchen & bathroom Also they couldn't figure out what had been done on entry to bathroom (granite floor) and they didn't know if it could be repaired I called the mgrand went back to the store asking about the waterproof guarantee I was told this product had Mgr had to call his father and try to contact manufacturer of this product It is now about weeks later Besides the kitchen & bathroom I only have the use of a very tiny bedroom to live in - not even a bed to sleep on - just a very uncomfortable sofa bed that can't be opened as room is too small and full of furniture Nothing has been done - other than mgrtelling me that the manufacturer does not guarantee against urine - only water I told him that him and I had had many conversations about how this flooring would work with me having two dogs and he continuously re-assured me that this was the best flooring available He did suggest I go with vinyl plank flooring and to come down and give him a deposit and I could have that installed for about $more I asked if he meant $MINUS what I had already paid for flooring that was not what I was promised, and he said no - but it was a wonderful deal because it included installation I told him I was not going to pay about $to have fake flooring put in my little houseAlso the debris from what work was done has not been taken away - installer told me he wasn't going to take it as he wasn't getting paid enough to do so So the long and the short is - the manager has not even offered to come and see what has happened, offered to fix anything or do whatever to make amends All this and I was assured that this flooring had this 30year warranty He said his father and the manufacturer would not do anything to help I told him that it was him that kept re-assuring me and yet they won't do anything He has actually stating that the flooring was done correctly; that I am basically lying and that it is my fault that the floor buckled because I had left the urine there for days Right now there is no contact - he has told to stop emailing him and that he is erasing my emails etc He is stating all these things and yet won't even come out and see what has/hasn't been done I told him I don't want Carpet One to do any more work in my home other at least give me a refund How can someone do this to a senior? I am retired, a widow and on a very fixed income and it was a huge decision to even go with replacing my flooring plus the fact I am basically stuck in this small room This company doesn't care at all - and to have someone stating deny all of my claims when he hasn't even seen what is going on is disgraceful...I honestly don't know what course of action I have other than to contact Revdex.com

After placing composite fillings on teeth #s 2 and 3 patient was experiencing sensitivity  to cold and mastication. The occlusion was adjusted, and patient returned when the symptoms did not resolve.Sedative fillings were placed inboth teeth to see if this would reduce the symptoms. When the...

symptoms did not resolve the patient returned to see Dr. C[redacted] and after occlusal forces test, cracked tooth syndrome was diagnosed for tooth #2. When teeth crack it is due to occlusal forces over time.Removing decaydoes not cause the crack. Patient was told the rationale and reasons for treatment plan of a buildup and CfQ on tooth #2, and it was discussed to replace the sedative filling on tooth #3 with a composite filling.

Review: Purchased/installed carpeting from Laydwel Carpet One in April '13. Fall '14 noticed some wearing issues. Did not call owner ([redacted]) until after holiday. He came out early February '15 and suggested that it was a breakdown of the fibers, as his best guess. That being said, he would have to file some paperwork with the mfg. and contact the rep. The next step would be to have a third party evaluate. After numerous phone calls, nothing has been resolved. Each conversation I have had with him, is similar response....."I will get back to you after I talk to the rep". Since this was not handled in a timely manner, I have lost out on any warranties. I strongly feel that waiting 6 plus months is extremely unacceptable.

I had even contacted a Stainmaster care specialist to investigate other ways to resolve the situation. They could not be of any assistance because of it being out of warranty. They agreed it was handled poorly and given better timing, it could have been resolved. Jay does not return my phone calls. I feel that the only way to get it resolved is to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: total refund of $2,092.44. Based on invoice [redacted]

Owner/Operator [redacted] did not offer very friendly customer service after the sale had been made. My Mom had purchased carpet to put over her new home, which had hard wood floors. Several of her family members tried to discourage her from doing this. When we went down to the store to discuss this with guy, he treated us like it was a done deal and nothing could be done about it. I reminded him she is the customer. When I said I would report him to the Revdex.com, he said that was just "peachy". I would never recommend his business or services to anyone.
