I am rejecting this response because: I called TODAY because I had received a call two days ago from a woman saying she would 'look into' why we hadn't been refunded yetI never heard anything back from anyoneI called, was put on hold for a while, then was told that it was just now being processedI was told that it was first 'credited' to our account(which we requested to be cancelled months ago) and that TODAY they are putting it through as a refund because that's what I requestedThat's what the guy I spoke with saidYes, I requested a refund on the 11th, again on the 17th, again on the 25th, and then again today on the 27thI have had customer service try and sell me different products, I've had them promise to call back, I've had them say they would put a rush on our refundFrom the 11th to the 27th now and still waitingThere is nothing about this business that I would recommend to anyone, as soon as we finally get our refund of funds that were taken months after cancellation, we will be filing papers with our bank to block any and all future chargesJust in case a 'computer error' happens again

I am rejecting this response because:This concerns complaint [redacted] Alldata did contact me immedietely concerning this complaint They did provide me with info to receive a no cost subscription for one year, which is very much appreciatedThey credited my account once for 9.95.The total they debited my account for was minus the original purchase - minus the one credit - Total credit still due Your help is greatly appreciated!

I am rejecting this response because: AllData is trying to charge me for services never providedI filed a complaint about this before, and while the complaint was open they were seemingly working with meVerbally they even fixed the bill and I agreed to pay around $The lady who called me, Aubrey, only called from a blocked number, has never picked up when I call the AllData number to call her *** ***She called from a blocked number and asked for my payment information, I felt uncomfortable with the situation so I told her I'd make a payment at the beginning of the monthBut when the beginning of the month came I received a new statement from AllData for $1,I called Aubrey to ask for an updated statement before I made a payment but no pick-up, and no call backI just want my bill fixed, in writing, so that I can pay these people an never do business with them againPlease helpThank you!AllData needs to fix my billI used the service for months and was cut-offNow they keep badgering me to pay for an entire year of serviceI refuse to pay for services not received and am prepared to take legal action if this cannot be resolved soon

Have attempted to contact the customer with no luck. I left 2 voicemails on the phone number provided. Refunds for purchases through our DIY website generally takes 7-10 business days to process from the date of submission.
