I am rejecting this response because: I called TODAY because I had received a call two days ago from a woman saying she would 'look into' why we hadn't been refunded yet. I never heard anything back from anyone. I called, was put on hold for a while, then was told that it was just now being processed. I was told that it was first 'credited' to our account(which we requested to be cancelled months ago) and that TODAY they are putting it through as a refund because that's what I requested. That's what the guy I spoke with said. Yes, I requested a refund on the 11th, again on the 17th, again on the 25th, and then again today on the 27th. I have had customer service try and sell me different products, I've had them promise to call back, I've had them say they would put a rush on our refund. From the 11th to the 27th now and still waiting. There is nothing about this business that I would recommend to anyone, as soon as we finally get our refund of funds that were taken months after cancellation, we will be filing papers with our bank to block any and all future charges. Just in case a 'computer error' happens again.

I am rejecting this response because: as I checked our bank records this morning I noticed that we were charge twice on the 11th not just once. We have received one refund so far. When I called, I was told that their system only showed we were charged once and so I emailed a screenshot of the account after reading it off to her. She was very friendly and apologized. Stated that she was going to refund us again and mark it as high priority. Very kind representatives, terrible business.

Hello – Our billing department was finally able to reach this customer yesterday and resolve the situation. We are now getting in-house approvals on our response. I am hopeful that I can post our response tomorrow (our 10th day) but it might stretch until Monday. We received the Second Notice on 12/28 and it closed out today. Unfortunately I was out on Holiday break until today and did not have time to respond.Our records show that this transaction never went through and he did not pay for this purchase. If he still feels otherwise, I would like to...

We reached out to the customer but he was out sick. We will try again to reach him again this week.

Further, the customer service person I spoke to ([redacted]) was extremely helpful and immediately offered to cancel our account with none of the ridiculous back-and-forth we experienced with the salesman.

[redacted]Alldata did contact me immedietely concerning this complaint.  They did provide me with info to receive a no cost subscription for one year, which is very much appreciated. They credited my account once for 9.95.The total they debited my account for was 96.55     minus the original purchase                    - 9.95      minus the one credit                               -9.95      Total credit still due             76.65 Your help is greatly appreciated!

Can you cancel this they finally fix it

because:I did receive an email asking me to call the representative [redacted] and a voicemail from a private caller with the same information. But I have not been successful in reaching the representative [redacted] when I have called. Thank you for your assistance, finally I see progress in this matter.
