Carroll Pools

This company is nothing but disrespectful and dishonest. We had them come for some foundation work and to this day (year later) more and more cracks are showing up. Right after work was performed we called Mr. with some concerns we had and he pretty much told us he did the work and wouldnt come back to see what our concerns were.
About a month later we had a foundation contractor come out to take a look at our house and that contractor told us that he was hired by *** foundation and they did the work on our house. He told us that the Forman that works for *** foundation told them what to do but the work was not properly done correctly.
So after paying over $4500 we are still having issues and are so upset that a "***" company that *** foundation states they are would treat customers they way he did to us.

Carroll siding installed my original gutter 20 years ago and did a great job. I had storm damage recently and contacted Carroll Siding to install new gutter again. The crew the sent out was very professional and did an outstanding job. If you need gutter I recommend you call Carroll! Great people great price!

Gary's crew installed (12) piers the first day on the exterior of our house, filled & smoothed the disturbed dirt, added drop cloths beyond what we had already applied to the house interior and cut out interior concrete for (13) piers. Crew Cleanup after first day was great. The (13) piers installation on the 2nd day was expeditious and detail oriented. I cannot say enough about the plumbing found in (3) of the pier locations and the crew's attention to preventing damage to all these water & sewer lines. Cleanup afterwards was excellent. I would definitely recommend Gary'a crew to others that need to lift a concrete slab foundation in need of adjustment

I've used Gary for over 25 years for everything from gutters to siding to metal roofing. I have been satisfied in all phases. His men are courteous and clean up behind themselves when they leave the job.

We have had Carroll Siding do a lot of work for us over the years. The last thing they didon 10/4/18demolish the slab beneath our patio and put in a new patio. They had put in the cover over the patio but not the slab itself. The did an excellent job of putting in the slab. The job took a shorter time than they thought it would take. The cleanup was excellent. We called on them to do the work because of all the work they had done for us in the past, including putting a metal roof on our home, putting a radiant barrier and solar fans in our attic, and putting new gutters on our roof. We have found them to be dependable; they do good work; they are very reliable.

The new roof was installed at the quoted price, quicker than expected, the crew was great to work with and the cleanup was great. I would use Carroll Roofing again.

Contacted Carroll Siding for a porch cover. Gary meet with both us to go over what we wanted and pricing. The process of going over everything, signing the contract and the down payment was a breeze. Gary made it easy and simple. He worked with us on our work schedules and was very understanding. We had a little delay due to rain but that was understandable. His crew showed up on a Tuesday and poured the cement & his foreman Tony was very helpful. Tony & another gentleman showed up on Thursday and started the cover. They were done by lunch time and everything looked amazing! I couldn't thank them enough for getting everything done so quickly and in 100+ degree weather. The cover is amazing! The colors, material and construction of it exceeded my expectations. We are very happy and pleased with the product. As well as with Mr. and his crew!! They are amazing, professional, understanding and friendly! We will use them again for other projects as they arise.

Had some gutters put on a pair of metal buildings. The initial contact was good, I sent some pictures of the buildings. Decided to go ahead. The contract and down payment went smoothly and the job was scheduled for a couple of days afterward. Carroll had some issues with their equipment, which delayed things, but communication was good.
The day came for the install that was supposed to start between 9 and 10. Crew showed up at 10:30 or so, but didn't communicate that they were running late. Went over how I wanted the downspouts to run and the crew went into high gear. Both buildings were done in a couple of hours, that was for 180 feet of gutter and 10 downspouts. I then inspected the job, one run was corrected. One building had extra roof overhang that the crew thought might not catch the water so we tested the install on that building with no issues except for where the end trim overhung the gutter, I figured that 4 inches of overflow in 40 feet wasn't half bad.

Roofing job was done on time, at the estimated price and no problems were seen. They used a large crew so the job was completed quickly.

Little pricey but very happy with quality of work and finish product.

They were quick, and worked efficiently, as well as cleanly.

Carroll Siding has done extensive work to the exterior of my house. from new metal roof, rain gutters all around,new vinyl gables, 4 season garden room, and 3 bay car port. All workers were very professional and pleasant to work with. I'm now having him install a new french drain.

This company took on a difficult task of leveling our very old house and didn't leave until the job was done correctly!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs there services.

Carroll Companies which includes Foundation repair, fencing, pool installation, roofing, etc. Installed an in-ground Spa for us in 2016. It seems that they did not know what they were doing when it came to doing this job for us. We have had 2 major leeks so far and now frozen pipes due to unusual cold weather. They now refuse to stand behind their work and claim that the "Pool" part of their company is now out of business.
