Per the terms and conditionsit states that click history is a factor used to demonstrate that a qualifying purchase was made in the event of a discrepancyOn my Splender account click history, it shows I visited the *** website and shortly thereafter, I received a receipt from *** for the transaction, which I have submitted to Splender for verification.The purchase was made directly from the Splender site through the *** referral linkThe item was then added to the cart and purchasedCookies were even cleared prior to the entire transaction to ensure there would be no issuesDue to the amount of the transaction, I am very concerned *** is refusing to pay Splender commission for the referral clickIt is without a doubt that the transaction was made via SplenderGiven the facts presented, would you please work with *** to rectify? Thank you for your email. We have investigated your recent claim for rewards based on a purchase of services from 1&1. The offer specified that the reward was payable for purchases of My Website, *** *** and *** *** products from 1&1. Records indicate that the
purchase was cancelled after rewards posted, and therefore the reward was later reversed. I have become conversant in the confusion and problem between Cartera and its vendor-partner I even attempted to work through *** * *** to determine how this error could occur and as I did nothing to prompt "commission" to "another publisher", why commissions were not paid I was referred at every step to Cartera I don't claim to know where the issue is in the tracking application used or how this error occurred I do advance the idea that the customer does not belong in the middle of this dispute.From the customer perspective, I took the required steps, completed my purchase, provided proof of my purchase and, as such, am entitled to the offer as advertised.I would encourage Cartera to take further steps with its vendor partner to determine the cause of the error; challenge the validity and reliability of the system used--all systems have a known rate of failure.Nonetheless, that is not my role as the customer in this transaction I took the steps necessary to qualify for the offer as advertisedCartera is attempting to deprive the customer of an advertised offer by passing on the non-compliance of its vendor-partner's in its commission payment on to the customer That is not an acceptable outcome.Regards,

you click over to the merchant, a click is captured There is no click data for the Magazines.com order, and the *** order clearly shows it was done in a store All click data can be found on your account under store shopping history, we require this, it is the indicator to the merchant that the commission on the order should be paid to this affiliate program and that the reward should be posted to your account We rely on the commission from the merchant Please also understand that all the terms for each merchant are clearly stated on the site as well as the terms of use for our site.Any order with a reward value over $required a receipt and will go to research, this has always been the way We from time to time when posting orders to your account will also ask for a receipt, not all items are eligible for posting After reviewing your account, I do see you are an active shopper and it seems that quite a few of your orders do post as successful transactions, please take the time to make sure you are logged into your account, that you are not shopping through a stores computer, firewalls and security will stop your cookies from capturing the clickPlease also know that affiliate programs customer care is not the same as going to the store, they use different systems to manage commissions, clicks and keep track of what members are owed and how to reward for their purchases I hope you continue to use the site Thanks again for your time and patience ***, Manager, Customer Care*** ***

When Mr*** reached out to us to report his missing rewards for a *** purchase dated 12/12/2014, we sent the order out for research through our aggregator to ***After research, *** analyzed that this order (Order # ***) was not attributed to Mileageplus ShoppingSince Cartera
Commerce never got the commission for this order, we were unable to reward Mr*** on this orderPer our contact at the aggregator who manages this merchant - "This order was tracked to a coupon and deal site." The aggregator has a unique view into tracking orders since they can see exactly where the consumer clicked before completing the purchaseIf they are saying that the order is ineligible for rewards through Mileageplus Shopping, we cannot contest that.Thanks,*** ***
