Dear [redacted] , You have filed a case with Cartera Commerce, who runs the Skymiles Shopping Mall for Delta Airlines FTD is a direct merchant with Delta Airlines and the miles you are seeking will come directly from Delta/FTD and will post directly to your airline account FTD is not a merchant on the Skymiles Shopping mall, however we do advertise on behalf of FTD/Delta but the terms are on the site and clearly state you will not see miles earned from FTD in your Skymiles Shopping account: Please note these terms & conditions: Please allow 6-weeks for posting of miles to your SkyMiles account These purchases will post directly to your SkyMiles account, and will not appear as a SkyMiles Shopping purchase in your SkyMiles account For question on miles earned from this offer, please contact FTD at [redacted] or [email protected] Please email or call FTD or Delta directly for resolution of your missing miles Thanks, [redacted]

Thank you again for the follow up.I have taken another look at your cases.The [redacted] orders were credited based on the small amount the orders were for We add those transactions to your account due to the amount of the orders being under a certain amount for adjustments We asked for receipts to make sure the items were eligible, as I had previously explained, not all items on the merchant websites are eligible per the merchant terms.In regards to [redacted] , the receipt does not indicate an online order and [redacted] does not research affiliate orders after days, again per our terms of use for the site, we do have to follow merchant guidelines when it comes to rewards and commissions.I do see that you do have click data for Magazines.com from 5-27, however, there is no open case indicating that you have sent in a request asking about missing milesIf you did not cancel the order, and you are still seeking miles, please let us know if the order does not post after days, we will be happy to research for you.Again, please take the time to read our terms and conditions, they do indicate we have a day wait period for research, and we do have to send any large orders to research.W e also indicate that we will ask for receipts Thank you for your patience please let me know if you have any other questions [redacted] Manager, Customer Care

Thanks again for following up.As we had discussed on the phone and via email last week that I would add the missing rewards to your account We also discussed the issue we were having with your requests coming into our system through the contact us form I had given you alternate ways to reach out for help with your account Those were added as I had indicated.The [redacted] order had a transaction date of 2-2-2018, and it posted using that date The account view only goes back days for [redacted] If you cannot see it posted here, you will have to check the airline account for confirmation.I also added the bonus, which you can see on your shopping account, there is not a transaction date associated with this.When we spoke, I also indicated it can take an addition 3-days for the order to be sent on the files we share with [redacted] for posting.Please check your accounts and let us know if the order and bonus are indeed thereThanks, [redacted] ***Manager
