I have stopped receiving emails from OshKosh, but now am receiving solicitation emails from Carter's ([email protected])!!!  The same company just rolled my work email address to another one.  Please have a higher manager/executive level contact me.  I want a personal guarantee that this will NEVER happen again!!!  This is getting ridiculous!

Review: Carter's mailed me a catalog the last week of July with "count me in!" on the front cover. Page 23 said "All PJ's" are on sale for 50% off. No mention of a start date or end date for the sale. In addition, the back cover had two coupons that were each valid for an additional 25% off, with an expiration date of 9/7/15. The was no start date listed. I ordered four pairs of pajamas for my grandchildren on 8/3/15. I used the Internet URL on page 22 of the catalog -- carters.com/pjshop. That page confirmed 50% off, and there was an additional 25% off for orders over $40. However, when I ordered the pajamas, I received pricing that was only 40% off. I used the chat feature on the website to get some help, but the representative said the prices in the catalog would not be in effect until 8/6/15. I wound up paying $61.06 versus the $54.06 that I should have paid.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $7.00.

On August 27, 2014, I had bought 11 sets ( 15 pieces) of baby clothes in www.carters.com, it cost me $111.17, my user name is [redacted], the order number is [redacted].

Because I am a Chinese buyer, so I delivery the clothes to Thunder Express to delivery the package to China. On August 29, I submit an order and prepaid freight,in the order I had submit the package items clearly. In Thunder Express ,my user name is Wangxiaqin, the transport order number is [redacted].

Carter’s delivery the package on UPS on August 28, 2014, UPS shows the weight is 4.7 pounds,the delivery number is [redacted].UPS shows that Thunder Express signed on September 5,the name is [redacted]. On September 11,I received the email from Thunder Express, it said that my package was in their warehouse,the weight is 0.81pounds. I contact them immediately,but they told me there is only one piece of oranage cloth in the package.

I had only buy one piece of cloth in OSHKOSH,the code is Style#[redacted],it has delivery with Carter’s together.Where is my other clothes?I had contacted Carter’s and Thunder Express for many times,but it has not been solved until now. Thunder Express ask me to find Carter’s,Carter’s ask me to find Thunder Express, they push to take off each other.

Carter’s deducted $111.17 in my credit card, but I only received one cloth valued $14, what should I do for my baby’s clothes? Thunder Express,carter and UPS,in these three companies,there must be one of it had made a mistake, but the former two will not check after I contact many times, UPS only can check query details by sellers, I had sent several emails to Carter’s,they did not reply me.Desired Settlement: If find out the leak in Carter’s,please reissue the clothes to me immediately,my baby is waiting for them.If find out the leak in Thunder Express,please find my clothes and send to me immediately.If my clothes are missing by Thunder Express,please pay me the compensation of $97.17 to my cedit card, I don't need other items or integral of Thunder Express.

Review: I keep receiving emails from this company. I have unsubscribed several times. They are sending me emails from the email address [email protected] to my work email address. I do not use my work email address anywhere outside of work. I do not know how they got my work email address, but this harassment has to stop.Desired Settlement: Personal contact from a company representative to confirm that I am removed from the email listing and personal guarantee that this harassment will stop.

Review: Hi. My order number is Order Number: [redacted] Order Placed: 02/14/2015. When I received my package there was a dead rat in my package with rat feces. I contacted customer service on the 18 February and was told by [redacted] that I would be refunded and because of the tragic incident, I would also be sent a replacement. I received no shipping confirmation and called bak on the 25 of February and was lucky to speak to Mrs. [redacted] again. She told me that she had indeed created the replacement but it was cancelled by someone higher than her. She really did try. I proceeded to contact Corporate Office and spoke to [redacted] who told me that she would send an email to the online management and have the replacement sent out because the word of the representative should be honoured. I called in the next day and spoke to a manager called Marcus who was unwilling to help me. He said that he was not seeing the notes that Mrs. [redacted] should have left. I asked him to look to see a replacement was created and then cancelled by someone else. He seemed unwilling to help. I asked him to get the call that was recorded on the 18 February and listen in on it. Because the call says it is recorded for quality assurance. Then I asked him to get the call from the previous day. I have given them more than one avenue to verify that I was indeed promised a replacement and a refund. I received a refund but not a replacement. Also [redacted] in corporate should have spoken to [redacted] to find out exactly what I was promised. I just want what was told to me to be honoured. I think this whole situation is dishonest, unethical and not in keeping with policies. A replacement was promised and I want my replacement. Simple. Do not lie to customers.Desired Settlement: I just want my replacement sent out. I was promised this in good faith and want this honoured.

Review: I placed an order online for Oshkosh Bo gosh and also Carter's upon submitting my order, I received a message in red that read we were not able to process your order at this time. I went to check my email to see if the message was sent in error for a confirmation email, there was not one. So then I checked my online banking account they drafted the money out of my account, but there was still no confirmation email. I then called customer service to speak with Martha who then explained to me that the payment didn't go through. I then explained to her that the money was drafted out of my account. She then explained that sometimes these companies place a hold on your funds in the bank even if I incorrectly entered information. We'll if I incorrectly entered information how were they able to access my account and place these funds on hold? She then told me to wait three to five days and check back to see if they released my funds.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund and I don't think I'll be ordering anything else from these companies. I've ordered from here before and I did not have this problem.

Review: On November 2, 2014, I purchased a Child Of Mine two-piece outfit (size 24 months) for my son as a Christmas gift. It was purchased from my local Walmart and I do have the receipt if necessary. My son is eighteen months old and as he began outgrowing his winter clothes, I decided I would have to use this outfit now verses waiting until Christmas.

One of the outfits was a blue and white striped, long-sleeved shirt with a monkey face and coordinating brown pants. After the very first wash they came out with numerous white streaks all over the rear area of the pants. Since I caught this before I dried them, I rewashed them, but to no avail. All of the washing instructions on the label were followed as I washed them inside out and in cold water, only with other dark colored infant clothes.

I am very disappointed as I have always bought Carter's brand for my three children, based solely on the fact that they have always had an upstanding reputation for quality and durability. Now my son has an outfit that cannot be worn. I did try and return the outfit to my local Walmart stating there must be a defect in the dye lot or stitching but they refused my return. The outfit was only $7.94, but I feel that my concern is not as much about the price as it is the quality. I have purchased other clothes from the retail Carter's stores and never had any issues so I am not sure if my problem is due to a less costly item sold through Walmart.

None the less, I have purchased something for my son that is not unusable and I am afraid to purchase any other sets for fear of the same problem. However, since he is still small and growing rather quickly, I will be forced to turn to another retailer for my purchases.Desired Settlement: I would like the purchase price refunded to me.
