Review: I order Oshkosh online clothes and winter boots. They shipped clothes but never shipped boots. I contacted customer service many times, but they still didn't ship the item. I ask you to help me to solve this issue and make this careless company to ship the order.

[redacted] did receive the correct boots on September 10th. Carter's / OshKosh B'gosh is also sending her a gift card for her frustrating experience with our online store. The customer is happy with the resolution.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 11/27/13 for $149.50. My order number is #[redacted]. I received an empty box on my doorstep on 12/03/13. It seems like the box was busted into prior to delivery! The box was supposed box weigh 10 lbs, there wasn't one single item in that box! I was outraged, and called Oshkosh to see my options. Since a lot of the items in my order weren't available, I requested a full refund for my order! I was treated with the up most disrespect, I was called a liar. I was laughed at in my face by representatives. I even spoke with the supervisor, and she did not offer any assistance whatsoever! Now I am out of $149.50 and no items! I feel very hurt and humiliated by this company! All I want is my money back! I want nothing else to do with this company after the way I was treated! I hope the Revdex.com can help me get my money back! Thank You!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for that order!

Review: On November 23, 2014 I placed an order online with this company. I however never received after contacting the company via email and phone several times I was issued a response stating the shipment was "lost" after a few days I was issued a refund of a gift card to cover the price of that order. That same day my card was charged $5.29 by Crters WITHOUT my permission. I have patiently waited a week for the funds to be returned to my account in which they haven't. I did not authorize my card to be charged. This business is a joke this is my 4th negative interaction with them. The customer service department acts as if it's an I convince to them when you call. I know $5.29 May not be much but it is to me with 3 kids and pretty much pinching pennies to buy things this time of year. I contacted them today and also received another lame response of why my funds were not given back they state 3 to 7 days never said business days now today they say business days. Yet the devious order when they issued a credit of $1.03 to my account was there the very next day. My bank also checked their systems they looked ahead a few days with no transactions being posted. They said they can 3 way my bank but I do not have time for this I'm at the hospital with a sick infant as I type he rests in my arms. I didn't use my card or give my permission this is not my problem to solve its theirs. Review: I bought 16 pieces clothes from www.carters.com. The order number is #[redacted]. When I received my order, there are only 12 pieces in the box while the receipt shows they shipped 16 pieces. They charged me 16 pieces from my credit card. I contact carters with E-mail, they refuse to refund because I used a freight forwarder to receive my package. But I check the weight of the 12 pieces, it matchs with it showed by UPS who shipped my order from Carters.

Review: I placed online order#[redacted] on 03/23/15. On 03/30/15 I sent them a email stating I haven't received the order UPS claimed to have delivered. I received the following email from them on 03/30/15 If you do not receive your shipment by Wednesday, April 1st, please contact us, and we will be happy to reship the order to you. On 04/02/15 I sent them the following email "I still haven't received this order. April 1st has come and gone. At this point I am requesting a full refund back to the credit card used to place this order. I DO NOT WANT A RESHIPPMENT. The needed clothing has always been purchased now at a different store." On 04/02 I got the following email from them "Thank you for contacting Carter’s.com | OshKoshB’gosh.com. We apologize UPS appeared to have lost your order. We have opened up an investigation with UPS in an attempt to locate the package. These investigations can take up to 8 business days to complete. Once they have completed the investigation they will contact us directly. We are unable to issue a refund per your request until this investigation has been complete. We have issued you a refund for your express shipping ($16.23). " Well today is the 20th. Eight business days have come and gone. I cant get anyone to give me answers or response to emails now.Desired Settlement: am requesting a full refund in the amount of $177.10 back to the credit card used to place the order.

Aqueelah had requested a full refund of $177.10 for an order she never received. Carter's has issued 3 credits, $16.32 on 4/2, $144.77 on 4/22 & $16.10 on 4/27, totaling $177.10 to this customer's account. Our online store sent her an email to let her know the final credit was being put through today. I tried calling the customer but had to leave her a voice mail. In my message I let her know she was being refunded for the full price of the order & that we were sorry for the problem she had.
