We have contacted Guest and the part to complete the job will be in early next week (Monday) The Location Manager Brian [redacted] will go over her Jeep upon arrival and note any other issues with workmanship at that time. It's rare but it happens. Looks like once we get the part the completion for the full job will only take a few days. Carubba will provide a Rental at no charge to the Guest and Carubba will also waive Guests Insurance deductible. Brian Parker went over all of this with the Guest and she appeared OK with this. Guest said she was sorry that she files a complaint. When it comes to repairing vehicles at any Carubba Location we don't want to keep Guests vehicles any longer than is needed for the repairs. We and measured by Guests Insurance provider and speed of repair is paramount to our success with them.

I have proof there was no damages prior to bringing to collision center. I had brought to mechanic shop cause I was worried about mechanical issues and there was no damage with front end of truck. They were suppose to do a inspection themselves per insurance company and must have found no problems. When I picked up truck from them I could tell there was damages done with steering and they refuse to pay for their mistake. I would like to speak to the Revdex.com in person and get this taken care of. I'm unable to drive my truck due to the damages. This truck was not driven as 4×4 off road truck.

This Complaint has been resolved to the best of our knowledge. Our Location Manager at [redacted] and our Company Claims Manager have worked directly with Guest and Guest was satisfied with outcome of repairs and refund ($400.00) If there are any further issues we are NOT aware of them...

On 7/10/2015 Guest contacted us that her front bumper on her [redacted] that we completed repairs on 3/19/2015 ($1,733.95 total cost of repair) was falling off. We at no charge towed the vehicle to our 1500 Niagara Falls Blvd location where the vehicle was...

originally repaired. Once vehicle arrived and our Guest service rep and estimator looked over the front bumper they determined that the vehicle had been involved in another collision of some sort, the bumper was attached to vehicle and the bumper was NOT falling off due to workmanship. At the Guest request we compiled another Customer pay street estimate which totaled $892.24 for replacement of bumper and temporally attached bumper so vehicle was safe to drive at no cost. Guest seemed to understand and accept this was not due to poor workmanship on our part and left with no follow-up requested for repairs being done.            The repair we completed in March took 9 days (3/10/15-3/19/15 which included a weekend) which can be average time for this type of repair during this time of year.           The additional costs ($200.00) for her rental appear to be additional coverages thru the rental company that the Guest would have chosen to adhere. We paid for three days coverage due to the length of the repair and to assist and reduce her expense.            Attached is a ALLDATA diagram that shows the numerous bolts and clips that attach the bumper to the vehicle, if this was falling off due to poor workmanship it would have been noticeable and not took almost 4 months to fall off. Our Estimators are licensed and trained professionals to tell the difference between a collision and poor workmanship and are fully aware of our Lifetime Warranty and would have had no problem repairing this vehicle if workmanship caused the bumper to come loose. We would recommend that this guest contact her Insurance provider and agent to seek recommendations on how to best repair her vehicle if another collision has taken place.
