The financial company are no good they are not organized at all and you will have multiple people call you at different times of the day they are not up to date on their paper work I would not refer them to no one to get financing from.

Carvant Financial is aware of this matter and has been diligently trying to resolve the situation prior to receiving this complaint. We now believe the situation to be completely resolved to the customer's satisfaction and expect the customer to retract the complaint. If you have...

That guy Alex who works there is the rudess person ever and needs another career .. He talks over you and treats you like your a nobody.. He is very unprofessional ..

They do not report on time payments to the credit bureau. When you call The Syosset number, there is this one gentleman who pretends he is three different people. He also pretends that they just hired a new person for reporting and titling and there is no such new person. People do not use this Company..there are other legit lenders out there just google poor credit auto finacing ...20 times in 3 years no results. Lying, misrepresentation, next Attorney. If yoy cannot afford one bring it to civil court with all documents.

OMG! I am very concerned. I'm purchasing a car through financing with this company and these reviews are atrocious. I hope it's not too late to back out of the deal. I'd rather pay cash than deal with a company with a shady reputation. I can tell by the way they handled the responses that they lack professionalism. I even looked at the complaints from employees and they mistreat them as well. I can't wait until the table turns on these companies who prey on people! Shame on you all!

I have spent 2 days dealing with the rudest nastiest ppl ive ever dealt with in my life. They have double charged my acct for a car payment they have told lie after lie after lie as to how it happened they claim they arent seeing it on their end yet its on my bank statement. They claim they have not recieved my statement through 12 emails I have sent to them. They are liars con artists and crooks. I have to obtain an attorney at this time to receive the $373.62 they have stolen from us. Do yourself a favor go with any other company on earth and stay away from these ppl.

Carvant has sent me a notice that my vehicle is scheduled to be disabled and I am only ONE WEEK LATE! ...My car payment date is scheduled for every 14th day of every month and today is the 23rd! ...NOT EVEN ONE MONTH BEHIND AND THEY WANT TO SHUT YOUR CAR OFF & SEND YOU THREATS WITHIN THIS MINIMAL TIME FRAME! ...I WILL be seeking more information upon guidelines for disabling a vehicle! ...but, this is purely RIDICULOUS!! ..and I am near paying this car off! ...this is not the only time I have received this message from them within this EXTREMELY SHORT time frame! I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Review: Carvant disabled our vehicle due to a missed payment; my husband then spoke with Carvant and made his payment over the phone - the car was to then automatically restart, after several attempts the car would not start and carvant could care less. My husband along with our infant son was left stranded on a major highway. We attempted calling carvant several times and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced - and it was mainly from a supervisor. We were told that carvant is contracted through a tow company and would pay for a tow service and have our vehicle take to a location where they would check the GPS device - the tow company was completely unaware of any contract held with carvant and charged us 80.00 we asked carvant to refund our money and the advised they would credit my husbands last payment which is 2 years from now. We were hung up on several times and told that us being stranded "wasnt their problem" Based on the experience that we had I would never do business or recommned anyone to do or continue business with this company. They lack any type of training in dealing with customers and treat their customers like they are low class trash.Desired Settlement: We would have appreciated carvant sending someone out to our location to fix the gps system that they are responsible for and credit us 80.00 either in the form of a check mailed or on our next payment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I am honestly not sure how to classify this issue. My main concern with the company is I paid off a vehicle that is beyond affordable repair. They have not delivered me a title in a reasonable time. For several weeks in a row now I have been told the same thing. This company also required me to pay a large amount for a warranty on the vehicle which was useless.Desired Settlement: Give my my title so I can have the vehicle hauled for scrap and take the small amount I can get for it to use as a down payment for a replacement vehicle.

Response:

The situation is now resolved. Coincidentally, we received the PA title today and spoke with the customer today and are sending out today. The reason for the delay is that the customer lived in Pennsylvania and PA is an electronic titling state, we needed to apply for the paper title. The situation was confused because the customer moved to Virginia and was able to reregister the vehicle there - so we were not able to access and apply for the paper title in PA.Following are notes from our title clerk.[redacted] - regarding [redacted] paper title for the 2004Chevy VIN# [redacted]

On 02/**/15 I requested a VA Paper title. Weseem to be having several issues with receiving VA paper titles, they have beentaking 30 days to receive. There are 2 other titles we are having issueswith that are more than 30 days. One that I need and one that [redacted]is looking for, apparently they sent the titles to the wrong address. Getting in touch with them is very difficult - they answer saying the wait islonger than 20 min and to call back another time and hang up on you. OnThursday 3/**/15 at 8:00 am I called the VA DMV to check on the other titlesand also asked them to look into this title. They told me they neverreceived a request for a paper title - I told them I had the receipt from [redacted]dated on 02/**/15. They said I needed to talk to [redacted]. I called [redacted]and spoke with [redacted]. He explained that although the customer was able togo to VA without the PA title in hand and register the vehicle that VA DMVwon't release the paper title without the previous PA paper title being handedin to them. I could not do so, because [redacted] had already changed the filingto VA and I had no access to the PA title anymore. So [redacted] said he neededto put in a request to PA DMV to send a link to request the PA title, that itwould take a week or so, and [redacted] would call me when that was available. On 3/**/15 [redacted] called me and let me know the link was available, and I wentonline to [redacted] and requested the paper PA title, in which I am waiting for. Ispoke with [redacted] to I explained this to [redacted] today. She askedthat since she is no longer in VA and now back in PA if I could just send thePA title to her. I told her I would, but she needs to check with VA DMVif she needs to cancel that title. I asked for her to send her newaddress via email to make sure I had the address correct.

Well as a first time car buyer let me tell you this was not what I expected. I went to a buy here pay here dealer in [redacted] that advertised that they had car fax service for their vehicles on the lot. First Lie! Then they advertise that your job is your credit! 2nd lie! They also say that they would fix any issues that I noticed on the vehicle and that was the 3rd lie. And with all of that I still purchased the vehicle because she was a beauty. It wasnt until the 3rd day driving that the check engine light came on, I noticed the catalytic converter was going bad also along with other things. now I know the finance company isnt fully responsible however they offered no mitigation for this issue. Knowing full well that there is a 30 day lemon law in NJ.

Review: I was approved for a loan and then when I asked about a specific portion of the loan they decided to cover up what was originally told to me. Then when I stated I need to get a second opinion they backed out of the deal even though I was already approvedDesired Settlement: Explain why the situation was told incorrectly and accept the business being that I was already approved and paperwork was already filed

Response:

[redacted] was conditionally approved for financing, but

was unable to satisfy the conditions of her approval. As a result, we declined to finance the vehicle and returned the contract

package to the originating dealership.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was told that the deal was finalized however WHEN I asked about an interest rate I was then declined and was told I could not speak with anyone due to the fact that I requested to speak with someone who was willing to explain the process of the business professionally and not lie to me and push the blame on to others. Their reasoning for pulling out of the deal had nothing to do with my approval but all to do with the fact that I questioned a portion of the contract.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
