Review: I ordered a HID kit for my vehicle. The company sent the wrong kit. I have sent 15 emails trying to get a new correct kit sent to me without any luck. The person on the phone gives me the run around. I have tried to get a refund but, I do not get any email response and the guy on the phone just tells me to email the company. He is the one answering the emails and when he sees mine, he does not respond. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: 100% FULL REFUND!

Review: I purchased 2 sets of lights they promised they would mail 2 day shipping, didn't get until 4 days later, my order did not include all the purchased items therefore they didn't work with my vehicle. I tried to get a manager on the line and the person who helped got mad, cursed and used other derogatory comments . I then email them to ask for a return authorization number and they are refusing even though they have a 30 day return policy.Desired Settlement: I want a refund as indicated on their web site.

Many complaints about this transaction. Advertised Made in Germany. There are not any "Made in" stamps or stickers anywhere. my guess is china or equivalent. Advertised 30 day money back no questions asked. I have been trying to send back the box of junk for 3 weeks now getting nowhere. I have disputed the charges on my credit card and now filing this complaint as they leave me with no other option.Desired Settlement: I have already disputed the charges on my card and have kept a record of all email contact. They just keep replying "why" to everything. Desired outcome is to get this SCAM business shut down. Review: I have had issue with this business from the start. From the false advertisement of the product being a plug and play. Which is not just a plug and play you have to drill holes in your light covers. The seller said I didn't need to just put them on and the will work fine. I told the seller I wanted to return them. My car was in the body shop for front end repair and the service tech told me that the lights from the seller had to be drilled to fit. And by drilling them the would get moisture in your light covers and cause oxidation to the lens and also the bulb will blow. So again I told the seller after having them for 1 day that I wanted to return them. So I called there customer service number and I got in contact with David. David said he would get back with me. He never called back. So I called again and David answered and he said to just put them on. I told him I want to return them! He said email him and he would give me the return address. So I emailed him. David sent me an address to Canada for return? I asked really send them back to Canada, but the seller sent them original from New York. So I sent them to the address he gave me but not knowing he wanted it sent to a [redacted] PO Box. So the package was undeliverable. So I had to pay to get it back and so all the shipping sending it there and back it cost me 100 dollars. So the seller has a chat option for his website and I asked anymously if I had to return something where would I need to send it back too? The seller responded send it back to New York! But the seller had me sent it to Canada! The seller was upset I wanted to return the lights back. The seller has been playing games the whole time with me. So when I received the package back from Canada I asked for the New York address he was reluctant in giving it. Until I emailed the seller several times. In which h dir ct d me the his website for the return address. So I sent the package and the seller has been playing like he hasn't received it. I sent the seller the tracking number the day I sent it. I have all the correspondence from the seller saying everything from the tracking number didn't work, so I sent the picture of the [redacted] receipt. He said he would refund my money. The seller has been dodging me saying the refund is on the way, and then a few days later he sends odd messages like why did your package weigh 80oz? Your tracking number didn't work, when did you send it? The seller from the start didn't want me to return it for a full refund. The seller has been play games for over a month and half. The customer service is the same guy who you buy from but when you want to return there product David says he doesn't know who I am and just sent an email. I have spend over 150 dollars in shipping and the seller thinks it's a joke. There product and customer service is horrible! If the seller misleads the buyer on there product and the buyer wants to return there product back in a timely fashion. The buyer shouldn't have to go through all of what I have dealt with!Desired Settlement: I want my full refund plus the shipping that the seller told me he would recoup by me sending it to Canada. When I could of easily sent it to the New York location. $340 dollars.

Review: I purchased lighting products ($175) from this Company on 8-**-2015 which consisted of items for improved headlights for my car. Three days later after the product was installed the bulb cracked. Based on their interactive website, I emailed and waited for a response. 2 week went by and no response. I then called and spoke with John who indicated he received my email and the replacement bulbs would be sent. After another week went by and no bulbs, I called again and spoke with David on 9-*-15. He assured me the bulbs would go out. When I inquired about a tracking number he indicated he would call the Post Office and call me back. A phone call was never returned. I called David on 9-*-15 and same story. I waited a few days and no bulbs! I called David on 9-**-15 and new story was that bulbs were on backorder but they just came in and would ship. Again, he would call with tracking number. No return phone call was ever received.

I have pursued action with my credit card company as I feel that I am being ripped off by these [redacted]. I have full

documentation and feel that the BB should be made aware of this business. Feel free to intervene! Bottom line, if they just had sent the bulbs as promised this matter would end. At this point, I can not trust this Company and wish a full refund!Desired Settlement: Full refund!!

Review: Suppose to just plug and play, but had to drill. Also was not suppose to illuminate a warning indicator on dash but does. Sent me a new part which shorted out system leaving lights on all the time now with not high beam on drivers side. Tried to work with him for over a month but just getting jerked around it in the mail or will check with my tech. Review: I purchased 3 HID kits from Car xenon hid kits 2 kits for my head lights and 1 kits for my fog lights for my 2014 ram 1500. The shopping and shipping experience was great. I received all the kits together and installed them. Immediately I started having issues with fog lights, I contact car xenon and was hung up on twice then once I talked to someone I was told I would get return call 2 days later still no call so I called again. Same thing I was promised a call back nothing so I asked for shipping label so I could return them and that got some action. I was sent a harness that was supposed to fix the issue but it didn't. So I called for support again and the same issue promised call back and nothing. Now the headlights kits were having flickering issues too. So I again called for assistance nothing. I now asked for return shipping label to ship everything back because I wasn't getting the service and support that I need. I was told that I needed to email, asked why they couldn't help me now and they hung up. So I emailed them my request and they responded asking what the issue was and I again explained the issue and still didn't get any support I emailed again requesting label I was offered a second fog light kit and 20% refund but why would I want a refund and keep the kits that weren't working for my truck. I again had to ask for label. Finally I was provided with the label and sent them back to the address provided. Right on their website they have a 100% money back guarantee I called once I had delivery confirmation and got a run around finally the located the kits and was informed that they were all broken but they were in good condition when I packaged them back up to ship back and I told [redacted] that they were light bulbs so they could be labeled properly. I was told by the so called customer service person that I was a liar and hung up on. After calling back I was told they would speak with supervisor and let me know about refund even after calling again and emailing to request refund I still have gotten nowhere. Review: I placed an order from this company on 1/**/15. Upon installation I noticed I had defective products. I contacted them about the bad ballast and bad bulb I had received and was sent two ballast instead of a ballast and bulb. I was able to fix the defects, however, I recently(5/**/15) discovered the ballast was going bad again. Instead of having to wait for replacements to be sent and risk getting pulled over for having headlights out(I have been pulled over twice already because of these defective products.) I asked to send everything back and receive a full refund. I was told to "send us an email and we'll will email the instructions to do that" after a day of not receiving the email I called back and stated I have not received it yet. I was told "well we get 1600 emails a day so just wait." I received the email that day(5/**/15) and instead of receiving the instructions as told, I was told they'll "send two new bulbs right away, it'll work perfectly" I replied that I would rather have the refund, as I can settle for regular headlights and find a different use for the $279.90 and not have to worry about the lights going out and getting pulled over. I received an email today(5/**/15) stating "we'll overnight them and you'll get them on Monday" at no point did I say I wanted the bulbs. I then called and told them I had received that email, and I did not want the bulbs and was told again "we'll send you the email with the instructions" and the customer service representative attempted to hang up on me. I stopped him and told him I did not want the bulbs and wanted a refund and gave him my email address. The customer service representative was completely disinterested in notating my email and again attempted to hang up on me. I then proceeded to reply to the email asking them if they were ignoring my request and doing whatever they wanted to resolve this issue. I then gave them an ultimatum to either send me the full refund, or a brand new, complete order of my original purchase as I did not trust any of the products I currently have in my vehicle now. I also informed them that I was greatly offended and furious that they ignored my request, and then provided quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Desired Settlement: I will gladly mail them everything they have sent me back to them. I only want the complete $279.90 refunded to me.

They company sent one new set of bulbs like they said they would, and even a new set of ballast. However this does nothing for the high beams or fog lights, and since these aren't new from the box, I suspect they will be just as defective. They continue to ignore my request for a refund and still provide terrible customer service.

Review: I have reached out to this company numerous times to get the return information as their website [redacted] states 30 day money back guarantee. They have been constantly given me the run around by responding to my email once a day with questions that beat around the bush. I call them and the rep known as [redacted] whom I have been talking to in customer service will disconnect my phone call and put me on hold to take other calls as if my situation is not important to him. They will also claim to have sent me the email and blame it on my email provider yet they emailed me an hour before then asking the non relevant question. I really think they are wanting to prolong the communication so that they can state that my 30 days are up. I have NEVER been treated this way by a company and the sad part is that there website states "If you are not satisfied with your purchase you will have 30 days to return it for a full refund." I really need advice or for this company to understand that as consumers we work hard for our money for us to be taken advantage of when we are trying to do the right thing in reaching out to them for information.Desired Settlement: I am really afraid of this company saying that my 30 days are up and not giving me my full refund. Review: We ordered HID lights from [redacted]. When we did receive the lights we installed them and not even two weeks later the drivers side light was non functional, it just stopped working and nothing we did fixed the issue. We then called the seller, who told us to send them an email with the information and they would ship a new bulb. Over a month later we still did not receive the bulbs so we contacted them again, sent the email again and still no bulbs. So I contacted them again over the course of the past few days and the man that I talked to was very unprofessional, he was making noises as I was talking to him, cutting me off when I was talking and hung up on us several times. I have asked for a refund and they say they can not honor it because its been past the 30 days... even though the product is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. They have no tried to resolve any issues, only giving us the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

This company advertised a ten year warranty on the HID kits that they sell. They actually have no warranty at all because they will not provide service under their warranty. They will continue to tell you that the replacement order is on it's way but they never send it. They will lie to you by phone and e-mail and they don't even keep track of their own lies! Save yourself a headache and don't even try to do business with them.

Review: I bought on online store HID kits for my car.Before make order I asked customer service this is legal to use on public road.Person states absolutely,but it is not.

I found out later if police stop me I 'll get ticket.These HID kits only legal to use OFF Road or Show not on the public road or Highway.

Secondary they false advertised on website product made by Germany,actually made by somebody.

After that I contacted by phone ,E-mails several times finally I got person,he offered me replace ,but I asked about refund.

He denied, told me sent product to another office in Canada.I got product from New York, why I have to send to Canada.If I sent to Canada shipping with Insurinse will be alone more they my order cost.

Review: On Tuesday January *, 2016 @12 noon I placed an order with car xenon for Four head light conversion kits 4300k 55 watts (white) and two fog light kits (white). for my 2014 Dodge ram truck. Order came to $250.00 to be shipped overnight by [redacted].

Wednesday January *, 2016 I called the company three times requesting confirmation on the status and tracking of my order..

I checked my Discover card account and saw a charge of $259.95.

Thursday January *, 2016 contacted the company on the over charge of $9.95. Said card would be credited, never was.

Friday January *, 2016 I received the bulb conversion kit "Not opening the box".

Reviewing the return policy, said the product had to have an RMA ( return merchandise authorization). I contacted the company and never received the RMA.

On Jan *, 2016 I e-mailed the company requesting a call back from a supervisor regarding issues with my order.

Review: I had tried to purchase a light bulb for my vehicle from this company. When checking out I didn't think I had chose the correct part so I called the company and spoke to customer service. The man explained I chose the wrong part for my vehicle so I asked him to cancel the sale. The following day I noticed my credit card had been charged $169 for the kit that I had originally asked the man to cancel. The following day the package came in the mail. I called the company and told them I needed to return this ASAP. Customer service assured me they would email me a shipping label and I could send it right back and be refunded my money. This was June **, 2015. I waited for the shipping label. It never came through so I began sending emails asking for the label. They kept trying to give me 10,20,30% refund. I do not need the kit I wanted a 100% refund and return the product. I had no use for it. Also being charged illegally on my credit card. I went back and forth about 26 emails trying to return this package. Finally they sent an email asking me to return the product to a new york address. They also offered to refund the shipping cost of $16. I paid the shipping and sent the package back October *, 2015. The part was delivered to the company October *, 2015 @ 12:22 p.m. I emailed the company with the shipping receipt and asking how soon the refund would be, they said ASAP. I still have not received the refund. They have had the part back in their possession for weeks and still no refund.Desired Settlement: I would just like my refund back. This company has held up my credit card for months now. Also would like to put a review on their website to warn others of the hassle I have just gone through with this company. Review: Bought & PAID for 3 sets of HID kits that were to be shipped THE DAY I ordered them. They were NOT, so I called to talk with "[redacted]" & asked him to 'overnight' them, since I had an appointment to have them professionally installed. He stated he could & proceeded to take my card info again for the overnight fee. I tried ALL DAY to get him to give me the NEW tracking information, while ALL the time was getting the run around with them saying first that they had sent the info, then said they sent the kits, then said I had to email them for the info, then telling me that the info won't be sent for 24hrs, then stated that they could not give me the info I wanted, then told me they already send it again after I stated I did NOT receive their email, then telling me that they will 'look into it', in the mean time I received an email from [redacted] stating that they 'picked up' the order (which was time stamped the SAME time I was talking to the company), then they told me that they would refund me the overnight fee, BUT that was in a 'chat' where I was NOT 'signed into' so how did they know WHO to refund? (They kept disconnecting me on the chat, & just kept stating the SAME thing that they 'will be here THE NEXT DAY' when I did get them on the phone. Just got a phone call giving me the OLD tracking number & stated that the kits in fact WILL be overnighted, BUT that CONFLICTS with the [redacted] Customer Service Rep with whom I DID speak with IN DETAIL! I believe these people are scamming people out of fees, are falsely advertising their products to be describing them to be what they are NOT, & telling you ANYTHING to make the sale (& try to 'push' other unnecessary products that you do NOT need), & getting away with lying about the whole situation/operation! They CANNOT keep to ONE story & keep changing everything to 'fit their lies'! They are overpricing their services, but lead you to believe that you are 'getting a discount' on the products. I DO NOT WANT ANY CONTACT FROM CarXenonHIDKits.com!!!Desired Settlement: FIRST would like my shipping REFUNDED.SECOND would like to have a refund of the cost of the kits, so I will be able to buy some from a more reputable company. Review: I ordered HID bulbs for my 89 Ford Bronco. I was sent the wrong ones and was sent an email that said that they would ship out the correct ones right away on January the [redacted] of 2015. All I wanted was the correct bulbs. They have not been in contact to give any updates as to shipping tracking or anything. The customer service rep on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Would just like to have the right bulb sent out. And possibly training is how to treat customers.

Review: I bought HID lights from this place, returned them because they were an absolute piece of junk, and now they can not come up with a refund for me. It has been a week since they have had the items returned in [redacted], and when I call, they tell me they will look into it and call back within 20 minutes. I've yet to get a call back. Also, they have promised to send me an email with a copy of an invoice that shows the refund was processed, and I am yet to see that as well.Desired Settlement: Looking for my money back on the items I bought, along with the $55 I paid in shipping on the return. This business should also be audited, and all customers should be able to access a report of what an audit finds. Looks to me like they are a scam.

Review: I bought a product for my car, and what they shipped does not fit. I have spent 2 months trying to get a straight answer, and promise after promise of them sending me the correct part only to wait a week and find out they have not shipped anything each time. They keep playing games and running around in circles, I have a string of emails I can forward, including the chat support from there website that I had sent to my email. Each response takes days from them. I have been hung up on several times when I call customer support, and it only appears to be the same guy working.

When they finally agree over the phone to refund me, he never sent me info. I then emailed him and got a response days later, and he wants me to insure it only for 15$, and send it to a different address that's a PO box. I have found other complaints listed about this company for similar issues, and identical customer support. They refuse to list their identity or place of business. The [redacted] address comes up as nothing in that building registered to their business, I called a business in the same address. They will not provide a Canadian address even though they advertise a head office in Toronto.

They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee, which they are not honoring. This has been nothing but a nightmare and I am almost 300$ in the hole.Desired Settlement: I would like to ship their product to a real address that will require signature, and for my full charge to be refunded back to my credit card. I will eat the cost of the return shipping because I am sick of dealing with them. They should be investigated by the government.
