Review: The problem has been from the start of receiving HID lights that were ordered from this company. The product looked like it had been open. We took pictures and called them to let them know. We then tried putting the lights in and they didn't work. We called them back and asked to return but they talked us out of it and said they would get new bulbs out to us (which took us one more time of calling back (about a week later since we thought they had sent them out). They said they had a system problem and would ship out bulbs out right away. So a week later we received bulbs. Once receiving the bulbs we tried those and they didn't work. We then called back and told [redacted] (who was very rude) we wanted to return them that they don't work. Once again he talked us into keeping them and said in must be the ballast. He said he would send us a new one out next day air as well as a tracking number. As of 1/*/15 we still hadn't received anything so we wrote a email to them we wanted information on how to send it back. On Monday 1/*/15 we received a email them apologizing and saying they would get it out to us right away. We received new ballast and tired and still doesn't work. I have been emailing again and again that I just want my money back and all I keep getting from them is we will send you out new bulbs. As of 1/**/15 I have not heard from them in a few days and have not received any new bulbs which won't help cause it just does not work.Desired Settlement: Just want to ship it back to them and for them to credit my account like I wanted in the first place.

Review: I have purchased an HID Kit from this company on January *, 2015. The kit did not work properly with my car so I demanded a refund.

The reasons for the return are:

1) Warning cancelers did not remove the lamp out error on both sides.

2) HID Bulbs do not fit snug in the Mini Cooper headlight housing. Bulbs still a little loose even in the lock position. Lights have noticeable shake when hitting speed bumps and driving on non-smooth roads.

3) Start up of the HID kit. The bulbs turn on and off 10 times or so very quickly even when the lamp switch is on the off position. (Have a video to show this if requested) I do not have Day Time Running lights (DRL) and it still does it with and without capacitors and warning cancelers.

4) One of the ballast brackets were missing a screw. All the nuts were there but not all screws.

5) Was told by email that CarXenonHIDKits is sending me a different kind of warning canceler but I never received it.

I have emailed them many times that the person on the live chat of their website agreed to refund me and to email their customer service.

Customer service obviously tries to avoid the refund as much as possible. After much emailing they stressed that they can send me a new bulb if I wanted to try it (January **, 2015) [I have proof of all emails if needed] My reply, "Ok..

I removed the kit already but I'll give it a shot. As long as you agree I can return the kit if it doesn't work out. That would be appreciated."

Many emails went buy of me asking for a tracking number and they have failed to give me one. On February *, I emailed again, "Any update on the shipping of the new style bulbs, load capacitors, warning cancelers? My 30 day is coming up on my purchase. Need these item as soon as possible unless you can assist me on my return. Everything is boxed and ready to be shipped."

I stressed that my 30 days were coming up and I don't want to pass the return policy 30 day criteria. They said on February [redacted] that they will be delivered this week. On February */**/**/**/** Ive been emailing them if they can forward me a tracking number. The replies I get are, "You will get them this week, You will get them tomorrow, you will get them next week" But with no tracking number. Keep in mind I bought this kit on January *. On February ** I send an email, "Any updates?

I can’t wait any longer. You said you were sending me new bulbs exactly a month ago (1/**) and I still never received bulbs.

I’d like to return the kit. Take 15% off if you’d like." Then they reply saying AGAIN, "You will get the bulbs this week" March */*/**/** I have emails of myself asking again where the product is. Clearly over a week has passed.

Finally on March ** I received the new bulbs that was said to be sent on January [redacted]. These bulbs did not work on my car. Now I am asking again for a refund and I have an email saying if I want to try a relay harness as a last resort solution. I say no because I do not have any more time emailing this company, negotiating with them, and a relay harness has nothing to do with how a bulb fits. After this email I get a reply saying, "You had 30 days to send the kit back for a refund" (Today, March **).

At this point I am furious. I agreed to try their solutions, Solutions did not work and took forever to send, and now they tell me I am past 30 days and are declining a refund.Desired Settlement: I need a refund for my kit, not store credit. I even agreed for them to take 15% off if they wanted to.

No more time to play games.

Review: Contacted the place a number a times and they say to send an email to the sales email saying that I want to return the project. 2-3 days later, I get a response asking why, what's the issue. For one the wiring setup is horrible I do not have enough slack to install them or mount anything. The 8000k 55w, was yellow and poor quality. I will not pay 120 bucks for something I can't use. They ask my email when I call and say then will send the return info to my email right away and never do. All I want is a refund.Desired Settlement: To return and receive a refund.

Review: I ordered headlight parts for my car, when the headlight went out after 2 weeks use the company said they would send me a new one- per their online "lifetime warranty" advertisement. When I emailed AND called the customer service line it seems like they didn't want to be on the phone or talk to me, they said they would send a replacement but didn't ask my name, order number, or what part I needed. This seemed fishy and now I have been waiting for the so called bulb to be sent to my house, every time I email or call them they say it's on the way but have no idea who I am. I believe they haven't even sent a replacement out but are in fact playing games with me. This is not right they should have to refund me my order.Desired Settlement: I either want a full refund for all parts or the replacement for my headlight bulb that went out.

Review: Ordered 2 sets of HID headlights claim to be the best you can buy within 3 weeks they blew. contacted cs was told they will ship one out asap. now 3 weeks later and about 7 emails and 3 calls to very rude people still have nothing and each time there story is different they cant even give me a tracking number one guys says it went out fedex and the next says usps. then on top of it they says US otders are shipped out of NY which they dont when I recieved them the first time they were shipped out of Canada so not sure if there are by passing some tax thing here they are a bunch of cons I tell them I want a refund and they say they are shipped out and hang upDesired Settlement: they can have the ones I have back and want a refund of my initail purchase

Review: This business is an online business, that adverstises product made in Germany, say they ship from New York and 30 day money back gaurantee. I have not yet been able to get information about returning the item. The item was shipped out of canada. and no indication that the product is made in Germany. After doing some research online I found that I am not the only one that has been scammed by this companies false adsDesired Settlement: I would like my funds to be rteturned via certified funds becuase I do not want them touching my credit card info

Review: I had purchased headlights. A year later they stopped working. They say there is a lifetime warranty. I contacted them and had a non professional response but they did ship new bulbs. The new bulbs did not fix the issue. They then said they would send me out the necessary product to fix my issue. They would not provide information on the whereabouts of my package and would not help me any further and I never received anything. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. Review: I bought High Intensity Discharge kit from this business. I originally went online to purchase this, but changed my mind. I never shared any personal information with this company, but they some how obtained my number. They presisted on calling several times in a 2 day span. I decided to just buy the lights and paid for next day shipping. The product wasn't received. I tried several times to cancel my order and the Gentleman that I spoke to (David) refused to address my issue. I've emailed them several times and called and the same Gentleman (David) answers the phone and is refusing to address my situation and return my money. He is being grossly incompetent in customer service and is refusing to put anyone else on the phone. This person is even calling me names like , "cheap" for wanting my money back and hanging up when I call. Their Policy states 30 days money back.Desired Settlement: I just want my $210 back

Review: I ordered HID lights for my car on ** Jan 16. Their web site stated all their kits are DOT approved and orders to USA are shipped from new york. First thing is the Orders are in fact shipped from Canada to New York and forward from their. Once I received the package, to back of the box had DOT but the ballasts themselves have "COT". I contatced customer service and requested documentation stating their product has gone thru testing and is in fact DOT approved, as any aftermarket HID lights are not legal in any state unless they are in fact DOT approved. I was told they would get me the documentation. I again emailed them back, and on ** Feb 16 was told it would be sent today. Well it is now ** Feb 16 and I have not received the documentation. I personally do not believe they are DOT approved as it would be stamped or written on the product. They fact they have in on the BOX, any body can make a box say anything they want. The fact they state on their website USA orders are shipped from NY, in fact they are not, makes me also believe they are false advertising their product. There are no photographs of their product on the web site. All other HID light websites I reviewed, has photographs of their product, and you can look at the ballast, to see if they have the DOT marking. Which none I have found do.Desired Settlement: Either take down on their website their products are DOT approved, or submit approval documentation with their orders that they are. If they are DOT approved.

Review: I purchased a HID light kit from this company in good faith but upon receiving it I was missing parts and the bulbs to the kit were very loose in there fittings. Once I installed the light kit in my Toyota 1999 Tacoma truck for which the lights were designed for according to this company, one of the lights burned out instantly upon trying them for the first time. I have repeatedly called & e-mailed this company trying to return and get a refund on this product. There website states a 30 day money back guarantee on defective parts or product. Every time I call they tell me they will e-mail me the info for returning the product for a refund but I never receive an e-mail back or any communication of any kind. I am at my wits end. Review: I purchased a product from carxenonhidkits.com out of New York city USA (order # [redacted]) on * December 2014. Upon recieving the product on * December I arranged installation from a local installer to which I was informed that the product was not compatible with my vehicle. I informed the company that the product was not compatible and that I would like to process a refund, but the company was reluctant to process the refund and forcibly insisted that it worked and that they would mail a product (resistors) to me that would assist the product in working. I agreed and stated that if the product did not work that a refund would be processed immediately with no questions asked and they agreed. After waiting a week and not recieving the product I purchased the resistors from the installer and attempted to install the product again to which I was informed again that the product was not compatible with my car wasting $240.00 in installation fees. I notified the company again that the product still did not work and to process my refund. They sent me an address in Canada to mail the product to and insure the product for $15.00. I mailed the product out on ** December 2014, the product reached Canada within the 7 days and the company still refuses to process my refund. Additionally, the reistors they were supposed to send to me have never been received. I am attaching the customs forms used and package reciept. Review: I called carxenon and purchased what I was told were a pair of headlight assemblies for my car. I also paid for overnight shipping. 3 days later the purchased product showed up. When I open the box I noticed it was not what I asked for so I called and asked for instruction on how to return the wrong item. I was told that they would look into it and call me back, that never happened. I then sent a email to [redacted]. no response, so I called them back and they told me yet again they would look into it and call me back. Never happened,. finally I received an email back asking me what exactly it was I was looking for. I sent them 3 pictures of what I needed and 1 of what they sent. no response. I called again and same we'll call you back. for the last 2 weeks we have been going back and forth. I finally told them I just want a refund and instruction on how to send what I have back. On 11/**/2015 I searched for a headlight kit to replace my stock HID bulbs on my 2006 Toyota Prius with Halogen bulbs and ordered what I thought was what I needed for $174.97. When my kit arrived on about 11/**/2015 I realized that I had ordered the wrong light kit as what I received was a kit to replace stock Halogen bulbs with HID bulbs and harness kit. My attempts in requesting product return/refund information has been unsuccessful and has been as follows, comments directly from my emails with this company. Beginning on 12/*/2015, please read from the bottom up for correct date sent/response.

12/*/2015: I also called and talked with someone at their ###-###-#### number, sounded like on a cell phone in a car, and told the gentleman that I had ordered the incorrect kit and wanted a refund. He stated that I just needed to send an email to the customer service department at sales[redacted] and so that is what I did but they are not supporting my request.

12/**/2015: I called them back at the above number and told the gentleman on the phone that my request for a refund was being ignored and that I felt like they were avoiding the issue. Once again I was told to send a n email and they would send me the refund information.

Bottom line is that I am getting [redacted] around and no longer want to deal with this company because they will not provide a refund for my original purchase as I have requested. They recently asked for my bulb size and want to send my replacement bulbs but still won’t provide me with a return/refund for my original purchase.

Review: The hid headlight system supplied did not work on my car, seller suggested new bulbs, lied about sending them and eventually sent them a week after he said he had sent them. they were the wrong bulbs, sent from a cheap [redacted] shop. contacted seller again, he suggested new bulbs again!! agreed in online chat to a refund if I returned the kit even though 30 days had expired, I paid the postage, $7.00 and the kit was $119, he recieved the kit on monday the [redacted] june at 10.30 am. I asked tuesday the [redacted] about refund, he asked for a tracking number which I supplied, I asked again tuesday evening, he again asked for a tracking number to issue a refund. It never happened. made contact twice on wed the [redacted] about refund and all I I got was "let me see" in online chat. Seller has no intention of refunding this money, and is both elusive and very vague on the phone. Review: On June [redacted], 2015, I purchased a H7 60wat Slim 6000k High Intensity Discharge headlight kit with warning canceller for my 2025 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. The kit does not work on the car that it was purchased at all. Seller was notified and said he would send me load resistors and it would work. Received resistors and the products still does not work. Notified seller and asked to start return process and issue me a full refund numerous times. They either don't reply or keep giving me the run-around. The last email said they will send me load resistors "and it'll work perfectly". I already have them. It's like talking to an automated system. Please issue me a FULL refund now.Desired Settlement: I would like to return product, and receive a full refund back to the card the original sale was charged on.

Review: I was looking to purchase HID lights for a car. This web business has good search optimization and a very professional looking website. I called the vendor directly because I could not figure out exactly which bulbs would fit my car best. "[redacted]" was very aggressive in closing a sale over the phone VS online which I was very apprehensive about. He convinced me to place an order with him over the phone and assured me I would receive immediate confirmation to my email regarding our transaction and discussion. That was the start of the unethical behavior. I did not receive that information as was promised and had a very sick feeling that I had been duped. During our conversation I was told this was quality German product with guaranteed bulb replacement for life. [redacted] proceeded to send me an incorrect order. I was crystal clear in what I was looking for after we had spoken for a few minutes. He sent me a double order for both hi beams and low beams. Immediately upon receipt of the package I called and told them I no longer wanted to deal with his business due to their lack of being trustworthy and honest. [redacted] assured me all I had to do is return the package and I would be credited 100% and made whole. He made me send numerous emails to simply get an RMA # for return, then I had to duplicate the efforts to get an address to send the product back to them. After at least a month worth of effort and delay tactics, I finally got an address to send it back. CANADA????? Yes Canada, and [redacted] sent me no shipping label promising me that I would be credited my return shipping cost when they got the package back. I sent it [redacted] insured at the value of their choosing($15) back to SACMAN Groupe in Canada. Cost me $39! I kept copies of all receipts of mailing product because I knew this was going to be a hassle. I contacted my credit card and put in a dispute against [redacted] for $179 which was to cost of the items they charged me for. This did not include my shipping as the credit card told me they couldn't help me recover that money. It has been a few months since I shipped the items back and recently, my credit card has sent me information claiming that that [redacted] is saying they never got the product back. This company must be stopped! They are scamming people all over the web with the same story I am telling you. Please feel free to contact me for any more information. I would really like to see some justice served here.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for the purchase price and my return shipping due to their error so I can close the dispute. I would like to see that others online who have been scammed by this vendor get compensation as well. This business needs to be closed for unethical practice, shipping goods not described accurately, tax evasion, importing goods to Canada and then shipping that inferior merchandise into the US market, failure to honor return policy and follow through on emails generated by their company staff.

Review: I ordered 2 hid kits for a customer of mine when I received the product it was defective.I called them and they said they would get it to me I needed it overnight so I paid them an extra 20 dollars for overnight shipping.long story short I did not receive my replacement parts nor did they actually ship them. Review: Hello, I purchased two HID light kits for my 2015 ford explorer, one fog light kit and one headlight kit, Upon install of the product by a professional both kits failed to work for the fog light, and only one of the lights for the headlight was working. the other one has a broken light bulb. I contacted the company numerous time about replacements parts, as its stated in their website that all parts are covered for life. This people promise one thing and don't do anything to keep their promise. I called them numerous time, and the same person always gives me the same excuse. That they will ship the parts. its being a couple of weeks already and nothing yet. And I'm not the only person that has complained about this company before..I would like a Refund if possible, I told them that I would ship them back their product but they simply said we don't take them back..
