To whom it may concern,To first begin this vehicle was pre-inspected by our ASC certified technician and there was nothing noted about any issues about the power windows or power door locks or gas cap not properly workingDuring the process of purchasing the vehicle the customer was asked to sign separate documents stating whether or not there were any promises at all promised and on three different documents he stated that he had no issues and that nothing was promised as I have provided in the attachmentRegardless [redacted] brought the car back and out of complete good faith we fixed the gas door cap that at time of purchase was perfectly operable as well as the power windows but as far as the door locks we said we would do it at our cost as long as he paid for the parts and labor [redacted] at that point refusedAs a dealership we pride ourselves in providing quality vehicles and exceptional serviceThe reason we have these documents in place is to avoid any confusion and to make sure any promises that the dealership makes is in writing as that is the kind of dealership we areRegardless even though nothing was in writing and the vehicle had been inspected and everything was noted operable we still took care of a couple issues free of charge for the customerAll together we still hold our promise to cover his rear door lock at our cost as long as he pays for the part and labor but other than that as a dealership we have nothing promised anything on paper or verbally as the signed documents with ***'s signature expressAt the end of the day we are customer driven but we also want it to be a fair situationWe feel as we went out of our way to make the customer as satisfied as possible and at this point is going for extra things that doesn't make sense to the dealershipOnce again thank you for your purchase and if you would ever like to talk please feel free to call us at point

We have been trying to resolve this issue ever since it was brought to our attentionMr [redacted] will not give us the opportunity to fix the vehicleNot to mention we already have a DEQ slip showing that the vehicle has passedWe are completely in regulation with the lawOur one and only goal is to make customers as happy and satisfied as possibleIf Mr [redacted] would allow us to take a look at his vehicle it would help solve this issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are blatant liarsThe DEQ result they speak of was misread by the DEQ attendant and I have shown them and the Department of Justice a letter from the Quality Manager of DEQ for the State of Oregon stating it was misread and DID NOT PASS DEQThey have a copy of this letter and are blatant liars!!! They are also blatantly lying about not having an opportunity to fix the carI took it in months ago and they could not fix it, nor could the manufacturer dealership and I have all the documentation to prove thisAlso, the "warranty" that came with the car from Carz Planet would not cover repairs as they claimed it was a pre-existing condition.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was not inspected or ran through the business before it was soldStill dirty not even a wash or vaccuming was done and was told it was just "traded in" which it was not since it has an oil change sticker from Medford Oregon and was sold sight unseen without inspection as the business statedI know how businesses work if was bought at auction and sold within a few days before they could do and inspection and just show a "cad fax" on the vehicleI was lied too about its condition, that it was inspected and the extra set of snow tires and wheels that were supposed to be included and were added to my loan the business kept..Sincerely, [redacted]

Good afternoon, we are quite confused by this complaint since we have a signed credit application that I have attachedI would also like to address all the points within the complaintTo first begin, Josh is not an aggressive sales person as if you ask anyone he is a very gentle person which is confusing to us how he could be so aggressive to fill out an applicationAlso we are confused why you came in for "leasing possibilities" as we are a pre-owned dealership and do not offer leasing options so that would not be something we would even mentionWe have several witnesses here that heard you say that you wanted to buy our tacoma truck and that is why you filled out the credit applicationAs far as sending it to the banks or credit unions we specifically told you that in order to give you exact numbers as far as payment or interest rate we would have to send you to the bank to get it as accurate as possible and you agreed to thatI am sorry you feel unhappy but it is always our intention to make you as happy as possible! Good morning,We would like to address every issue our customer may have to the best of our availabilityTo first begin as far as the Bluetooth we never mentioned the vehicle had Bluetooth and told the customer that if they wanted to find out for sure whether or not it had it to call the dealer to
verifyAs far as the key we would have never stated that a key would cost $because the day they were here we called several places that could make keys for them and *** *** for a remote key quoted us $for the key plus $to program to it to come out to a total of $*** *** also offers a option for a master key that is not a remote key and they quoted us $We also called a couple other places and they quoted us anywhere from $120-So as far as their claim in regards to being quoted $and the fact that we said it would be roughly $confuses me as we had all the facts prepared for the customer.Now in regards to the open recall and the fact that the vehicle was from Canada was fully disclosed as we do with every customerI have provided the *** which the customer signed acknowledging the vehicle had a open recallAs in to reference that the vehicle was from Canada the customer signed both a *** and a autocheck in which the history of the vehicle is provided which shows that the vehicle was from Canada so everything was disclosed and presented up frontLast but not least after the provided *** and Autocheck you will see a form that the customer signed labeled as "Waive of Vehicle Protection Plan (s) and the first sentence of which the customer acknowledged and signed that "I understand the vehicle I purchased is a used vehicle, and is no longer under manufactures warranty." Since we are not a new car store we don't guarantee any vehicle of having factory warranty since there is no way to tell if it still active or voidedWe never represented that the vehicle was still under warrantyRegardless they are our customer and we our main goal is to make them as happy as possibleLet us know how we can help in regards to maybe using our discount for keys or whatever it isPlease let us know how we can helpThank you for your time as always!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: every time you spoke to us you had a different offer...when we left on Monday we were GUARANTEED that after the brakes were repaired and the vehicle was detailed we could pay another $down and drive away with our new truck
When we returned on Wednesday they changed the offer yet again and wanted an additional $down with a raise of over $in the sale price (which they REFUSED to explain the raise in sale price) and this new deal would take us over what we could afford a month
Again because WE cancelled the sale all we need is the $in gas that we put in the truck when we took it home after signing all the documents.
In response to their statement about my husband's driver's license, this has nothing to do with the theft of our gas in their bait and switch game

As a dealership our one and only goal is to satisfy every customer as much as possibleIn this case we dropped our price tremendously and there was no promises of a second key at the time of purchase as we give our customers what we are givenThe customers were well aware of the finance company

We aim to please every customer to the best of our availability. As we told the [redacted]'s the application was declined due to their part of not being able to provide a driver license on the husbands behalf as we told them we needed. We try to do everything we can to make customers as happy as possible...

but sometimes that is not possible but we do give it our 100% effort.

 1. While I do appreciate the good work that Burt did on the car, I did bought the Extended Warranty, and I was told that those part, that were fixed, were covered under the warranty, therefore, it is not really a "good faith" thing, considering that I did paid for it.
2. The power window on the faulty door still does not work, is that part of the 100.00 package?  or did Burt just forgot to fix it?
3. I am willing to accept the offer, if it will stand until Early October when I can afford the money to get it fix, will it stand?  
4. I want to make sure that both the power window and power lock will be fix for the left passenger door, are we on the same page there?

I can provide more documents if you would like, but the warranty that you purchased at no time during the sale was promised to cover those components that you just mentioned. As much as I appreciate that you would like to say that we said that, we printed out a disclosure of what the warranty covers and does not cover. If it is something that you don't want to have on your vehicle you are more than happy to cancel it at any time. And as far as I know the window was operating normally and the quote for $100 was just for the door lock but we would love to and be more than happy to take a look at the issue your having for your power window. And of course our offer will stand till October or whenever you would like to come! We are a business that stands behind our word! Whenever you have the money just come call us and schedule an appointment and we would be more than happy to schedule you in to take care of you! Thanks again [redacted]! Enjoy your vehicle!
