I? did speak? to [redacted] in regards to her concerns with her move out charges, I believe that was in? MayWe? reviewed over the phone and she did not agree with the charges claiming she has pictures to prove to me that my assessment was incorrectI requested for her to either email or come in to the office to provide me with her documentation and she still has not done so [redacted] stated that she doesn’t have money to pay her balance because she can hardly afford food and her new house paymentI informed her again that if she is able to provide her documentation to me we can reassess the move out charges and revise if applicableOtherwise, she will need to make payment arrangements to pay off the balance [redacted] stated that she will provide her documentation and that was the last of the conversationI have not heard from [redacted] herself since that initial conversation regarding the move out charges and balance due About a month ago I did receive a call from the collections department in regards to [redacted] ’s balanceI attached all information for the department to review as far as chargesI did inform the billing department that I do have pictures showing what the charges are for and if they need me to, I can provide the picturesThe billing department informed me that if they need them they will reach out to me for themI explained the conversation to them that [redacted] and I had in regards to her charges and what she said she could provideI informed them I had not heard or received anything since the last conversation I had with [redacted] Thank you, Rebecca D [redacted] ?

I took screen shots of each photo and pasted them onto a Word document and then saved it as a PDF in hopes of that being easier for you.? If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know.? In response to the claims that [redacted] left apartment #in proper condition, please see attached photos and documentation.? The first attachment includes photos of the apartment #during the move out inspection.? I have included Ms [redacted] move in inspection form that was completed upon acceptance of apartment #2038, signed by [redacted] ; a standard cleaning and repair charge sheet that reflects estimates on any damage or cleaning charges upon move out and also estimate sheets from our vendors that we use to charge off of as often times the work isn’t performed until after the legal timeframe to which charges can be completed.? Finally I have included the move out inspection form regarding the state the apartment was left in upon key return from [redacted] .? The charges that were placed on [redacted] ’s move out statement are fair and honest? The photos attached show the damage to carpet and walls requiring repair to bring the apartment to moready state.? They also prove that the apartment was not properly cleaned prior to move out, therefore charges were incurred for Crystal Springs to vend out the clean.? ? Regards,? Hello, Crystal Springs will be denying the request for a $refund to Ms*** due to the fact that this was never brought to the Property Managers attention, therefore could not be remedied. Management was never informed that the residents purchased their own A/C unit to
ensure their apartment was kept cool. Crystal Springs addressed the matters of the apartment not cooling as quickly as they could as matters are addressed in the order in which they arrive to abide by Fair Housing laws. Had Ms*** addressed this matter with Management while she was residing in the home, we could have evaluated the concern at that time. No complaints or receipts have been brought to managements attention until now. Management would, however, be happy to discuss this concern in person with proper documentation. Case #***Hello,I do not agree nor except the response from the businessI have made several phone calls to Rebecca after our initial conversation with no response from herI left several messages for her to return my call in regards to the documents she requested to be faxed overShe was always conveniently out of the office or on another callI even expressed to Jasmine, the front desk agent, that I am trying to follow up with Rebecca in regards to the faxed documents and that I am still wanting and needing to set up a payment arrangementNever heard back from Rebecca ever againJust like her, I have a job and my hours are 9am to 6pm, the same time that the office is openShe was also supposed to follow up with me about the return of the activity key that I returned back to them within hoursI am being charged for that as wellOnce Rebecca knew what I was calling forShe started to avoid me everytime I tried to contact herSo I have attached the pictures and documents that she is stating she never receivedI just want this to be reversed off of my credit and the arrangements to be set up with the apt complex like I expressed to Rebecca previouslyNobody has even contacted me back about thisBad business.
