I received a case with a 5m'm blemish on the front. I sent email and explained the problem,now starts the run around. They want a photo, I notified them I did not know how and if they would email me a return label I would send it back for replacement. Was told they do not have return labels and I need to get someone to help me send a photo. Well I see got a friend to do this for me and guess what no reply. The pad came with a voucher for this case and since passable refuses to replace the damaged case will be in touch with seller of pad inform them of the problem and if they cannot help ,I'll be returning case and pad to them .

[redacted] stated that the case that she received was 'not at all what she thought it was.' On the webpage where she purchased the case, there are multiple images of the case to make it clear to our customers what they are purchasingThere are also bullet points explaining what the features of the caseShe claimed that the case is 'only a tablet cover' - in the bullet points, caseable makes it clear that this is indeed a book-cover style case for iPadShe admitted that this misunderstanding 'could have been her fault', but that she considers the case to be a 'real piece of junk'caseable was in contact with [redacted] via email, stating that we could not offer her a refund on these groundsHad [redacted] received the wrong case or a damaged case, caseable would have happily refunded her or replaced it with the right sizeHowever, she received the right case but was disappointed by its functionality [redacted] 's case was a custom designIt is impossible for caseable to be able to offer returns and refunds on customized products, as the customized aspect of the product makes it impossible to accept returns and offer refunds on such productscaseable regrets that [redacted] does not like the case, and has offered her discounts from future purchases

I got a certificate from qvc for a free caseable tablet cover for my amazon 7. Within not even a month the corners are falling apart. You cant get in touch with any for a replacement. There phone number is disconnected and they want you to send them an email that they don't respons to. This is a st company for qvc to deal with. Sincerely jeff marx

Placed an order in December 2018 have not received my order. Where can a complaint be filed? Have also sent several emails and no response to any of them. QVC should not endorse a company that has the worst service and reputation.

Worst customer service EVER.
e-mail takes THREE WEEKS for a response - that's worse than SNAIL MAIL!
got the wrong size and they refused to exchange it - WHAT? - not a custom order.
What company refuses to exchange the wrong size and stay in business?
A pox on caseable!

I have had the case for my fire 8 tablet for about 6 weeks and the two upper ends have broken off.
