rainout on the ninth and due to our sheer volume of work that was rescheduled and the ground being saturated it was going to be difficult to squeeze u in, I do u want to know that I gave yourinfo to my coordinator Jonathan that tracks the jobs everyday and tried to squeeze u in but he didn't have the man power. We our a big operation and work on 15 homes daily. We would of got to it the following week for sure , I wouldlike the opportunity to take care of the clean up issues. The cement we used is a standard concrete that comes out of bags that is delivered directly to our warehouse from the manufacture which is from Quickcrete we do not use any fillers,we do not even have that on our premises.  As far as your doors goes sometimes when we do the work the doors need to be adjusted sometimes they swing or become tight , I can hire a carpenter to do that for you!! Allied foundation will Honor its lifetime warranty, releasing allied from liability does not effect the warranty it will stay with the address if you ever sell. Our warranty has no names on it and is recorded in our system with the address only. Once you agree our counsel will release the lien on property for non-paymentThank you

There was no confusion on my end because I was given a date and time the crew would return to my home. After they did not show I was promised they'd be here the next day which never occurred. You stated on the phone, Max, that the doors not closing or aligning was not an issue that is your company's fault and that you couldn't help with that. Now you are offering for a carpenter to come fix my doors??
I'm sorry, I would rather have someone I trust to fix my doors that anyone that is affiliated with your business. I am willing to get an estimate to get the doors fix in the house for your approval. Let me know if this is feasible. I would also like to get an estimate for someone to haul all the mud away that your crew left piled up on the side of my house. Again I can find help from someone that is reliable, which you sir or not.

It is very rare to run across a group of people who has so much pride in the company that they work for. Update on Monday October 19 2015, at 4pm we had one of our supervisor's go to the customers house and look at the problems. It...

was discovered that the reason the foundation broke up into pieces after we had lifted was due to the fact of Improper construction, the contractorthat built the edition that we worked on never installed RE-BAR in the foundation when they built it . The fact that there was no re-bar in the foundation is huge because anytime we lift on the structure there is always a chance that it can breakup even more without the proper support.There is no way allied foundation would have known that there was no re-bar in the foundation, that is standard construction/practice to install re-bar in the foundation to make it sound to support movement without cracking/breaking. The contractors are the ones at fault, Because of the inferior construction these contractors are no longer in business and do not have a active Revdex.com profile . So naturally the finger is being pointed at us.Never the less we offered the homeowners on the following day Tuesday the 20th 2015, that we could cut out the section of concrete that broke into pieces and pour back new concrete free of charge!!  We are waiting on there response and will keep u informed this is still open on our end and we want to address this issue as fast as possible.                                   �... I have contacted the customer and gave him $100 discount based on him being disappointed in the size of the dumpster.Did explain to him that we didn't have any hidden fees but just it bills as you go delivery/haul/disposal but was all included in his initial deposit.Asked him to call me if any...
