I bought a purse for my wife that supposed to be a Louis Vuitton that was labeled Said on the purse and I asked him several times was it real and I I was told yes it was priced at $199 But I paid $161.25 for it it’s not real as they said it is label as a Louis Vuitton still has a tag on it so I go back up there to Return it And they offered me half of my money that is not acceptablereturnand they offered me half of my money that is not acceptable I would like to have all my money back because they are false advertising he assured me it was real I would like to have all my money back because they are false advertising

I placed 4 total layways in December. I paid more than the min down and returned on my first due date to pay again as agreed. The clerk took one of my payments and instead of applying it to the correct layway he double paid one of the four and mistakenly missed the other. This caused the layway to default. I told the clerk I thought he made a mistake and he reassured me his supervisor helped him correct it so I left after they reassured me the mistake had been corrected. This was not the case. When I returned the following month to make my payment they told me my items were lost due to lack of payment and I was told that I MISSED THE PAYMENT. After explaining to the *** what happened he told me someone else already put my item on layway and there was nothing he could do to get it back even though I held my end of the contract and paid and the item the previous clerk lost was due to their error even though they assured me it was fixed. I asked them why didn’t they call me I had provided another number for them and they hadn’t even updated it the previous month either as agreed. They said unless the other man who bought the item defaults I can’t get my item back even though I paid as required and they made no attempts for follow up on THEIR ERROR

I put items in layaway. I was told that the items would have a payment of $200 monthly. Was told via mailing that my due date continue to be pushed out days at a time. Went to make what I thought was the last payment and found out that I owed over $1300 still. At which time I was told that I was being charged $405 every 90 days that the items were not paid in full. I was never made aware of this. So for 18 months every 90 days I was charged the fees. Which is a total of ~$2400 in fees that I was not made aware of! They have also failed to change my address and the mailing are getting to my home after the due date.

So I went into this pawnshop on 12/13/2019 around 5:30pm to purchase a PS4 (PlayStation) and they young lady who sold me the game never asked me if I wanted to see if it worked. I just assumed that it did. She did asked me if I wanted a warranty but I figured I didn’t need one because it worked. My boyfriend who was there with me asked for another controller but she claimed that the controller she had was the one that came with the game. So we said okay and paid 160.92 and we left. By the time we made it home, the controller would not connect to the ps4. So I tried to contact the pawnshop but they were already closed. So I called back early this morning on 12/14/2019 at 10:08am , and spoke to the same young lady who sold me the game, and she basically said since I didn’t get the warranty it’s nothing she can do and since I didn’t bring it back yesterday it’s nothing she can do. But I just don’t understand how I can purchase something one day and it’s doesn’t work and the NEXT DAY I contact them and they tell me it’s nothing they can do. I don’t have money to just throw do the drain and I do believe it is something they can do.

On 7/16/2019 I purchased what I was told by the clerk of cashland from cashland *** a 14k gold figaro necklace and cross pendant together for 1299.99 and after tax total of $1394.24. I have receipt that states 14k figaro necklace 24.6 grams 1299.99. I went to same cashland I bought necklace on 11/18/2019 to *** the same exact necklace I bought from them and they test it and cross and tell me its only 10k. I told them I bought it there and that was going to be an issue. The clerk rambled something and I took the loan of 550.00 which states on loan receipt that necklace is 10k and cross is 10k and has exact weight of 24.6 grams. on this necklace and cross and went home and found my original receipt and contacted *** Cashland on 11/25/2019 and spoke to *** and explained and asked to just have my full cash refund back because it was a sale thru deceit and according to *** law 1345.02 Unfair or deceptive acts or practices (B) (2) that the product of the consumer transaction was of a particular standard, quality or grade if it is not. I asked for full cash refund and she stated that she could not and she could whoever purchase the item from me. I told her that was not going to be satisfactory and now I am contacting this office to help me rectify this.

I have been a long time customer of this business yet they seem to try to give certain customers a hard time. They make comments under their breath and act as though they’re doing you a favor by servicing them. I recently visited Cash America locally in ***. where I spoke to *** regarding an item I purchased the previous day and attempted to return with the receipt to which he says no you should’ve bought a warranty everything now is as is without a warranty. I requested corporate number which he did provide but also stated it wouldn’t change anything. I have complained to Corporate regarding *** and his friend/boss *** in the past. *** called me on a previous issue and attempted to curse me and after I said I was reporting him he informed me that his boss/friend is on his side! As a customer, a person you want to be treated fairly regardless! They pick and choose how they treat customers and it’s not fair. If there’s an issue they won’t leave message but wait to speak to you over the phone so it’s your word against them. Customer service is always important in any business! There are some good employees at Cash America in *** I will say but Management thinks because they are in a position of authority it entitled them to pick and choose what rules they will enforce and stick together to make it seem like something the customer has done.

Hi, my name is ***. I have been a long time customer of your business. I recently purchased and item for $15 and attempted to return a day later but was informed I couldn’t because I didn’t purchase a warranty and now everything is sold as is. I requested *** from *** to give me the number for customer service, which he did and also replied “the result is going to be the same and if you don’t like it take it further”. I contacted customer service but after not hearing from them I filed complaint with Revdex.com. Revdex.com in turn forwarded complaint to your business. I received a call from *** would just stated they were looking into it. Revdex.com complaint was closed on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 and I received a call from *** within hours of case closing stating that I was being banned from calling customer service and all stores. I attempted to call customer service and was advised I can no longer call into customer service center and no reason was given to them but it came from ***. I spoke to *** that stated the reason for the ban was because I filed a complaint against the company and then stated “ oh yeah and an employee said you were video taping them in the store so you will receive a ban letter’. If this actually happened why was this not address prior to me filing complaint? Because it’s a lie and an unnecessary attempt to defame my character.

Not only am I saddened by this event but also emotional scarred because I have been painted as a troublemaking individual. I told *** that I never video recorded anyone in the store and deny the allegations being made by an employee of the store. I said “ma’am I have never recorded any store employee in the store and whomever is stating it has defamed my character. I have an iPhone that I consent to going to nearest store and allow them to view my videos on my phone to prove this is just a cover up to justify banning me from the store because I complained of how I was being treated’. The *** stated “ We just feel like we can no longer satisfy you and feel it would be best you shop elsewhere for your needs”. Shouldn’t that be my decision where I shop as long as I am not disruptive to the business? I have violated no company policy and should be allowed to visit area store just as any other person. I’m being retailed against because I filed complaint with Revdex.com after being instructed I could by area store *** if I didn’t agree with his decision.

I repeat I have NEVER video recorded a store employee on my phone and resent being labeled as a problematic customer. I have entered both area stores and not observed a sign prohibiting video recording in stores. This is a blatant attempt to retaliate against me for filing a complaint which I am well within my right to do so. I can send a copy of the complaint sent to Revdex.com where I state I just want to be treated fairly and there are some good employees at the store and enjoyed shopping at stores. My family and kids shop at the stores.

I would like to also make note that the animosity that is shown to me is because when I visited the area store I was informed that *** had conducted a meeting with several employees after hours, where I was the topic of conversation. I immediately called Customer Service and when the complaint was routed, it was routed to *** who cursed me out and I told him I was going to report him and he stated my *** name is *** and he doesn’t want to talk to you so they’ll just route it back to me anyway. I reported that incident. I just wanted to be treated fairly and not yelled or cursed at, that’s all!

I am at this time requesting a reversal of the decision of ban or restriction to the stores. I hereby am willing to turn over my phone to any member of store to exam phone to ensure there are no videos of employees on device and also that no videos have been deleted from phone they can access my iCloud account. I’m just trying to clear my name in this and do what I enjoy doing, shop! I hope to continue to do business with your stores as I have done over the years and repair any damage done thus far. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter and look forward to speaking with you in the near future.

I am rejecting this response because:

I reject Cash America’s response to my complaint. I have done business with Cash America for years. I have never received a call or even notified in person that any employee felt as though I was harassing them or even rude to them. I am denying that I have ever harassed or threatening an employee of Cash America and to be accused of such is defamations of character, libel and slander. I find it ironic that I have been such a terrible customer yet Cash America allowed me to do so until I filed complaint with Revdex.com. If I was so disruptive why was I never asked to leave store, escorted out or even police called for assistance? Because I have NEVER harassed or threatened anyone! In Fact, within hours of my initial complaint being closed by Revdex.com I received a call from Cash America stating that I was restricted from purchasing any more items from them and once I have obtained all items currently in layaway or pawn I would be banned from any Cash America stores or affiliates. Who called me? The very person that I called Customer Service on *** for cursing me out over the phone even though I informed Customer Service staff that I didn’t want him communicating with me after the incident.

Cash America is attempting to retaliate against me for filing a complaint against them based off my experience I received from store. Cash America has instructed Customer Service department to not take any additional phone calls from me and stated my calls non-based. How can a customer’s complaint be non-based? Being lied to about merchandise due date is non-based? Being cursed at by a regional manager is non-based? Is there a policy limiting the number of calls a customer can make to Customer Service? Is there a policy and/or protocol in place for handling a difficult customer? Every customer has a right to voiced their complaints in hopes of seeking resolution, why can’t I? I spoke recently to *** who stated the reason for restriction and ban was because I reported them and then she said and yeah and it was reported that you recorded some employees in the store. She stated that they feel as though it’s in my best interest to cease business and shop elsewhere. I refused it then and I am refusing it now, I offered my phone via email to prove that I had not recorded any employees on my phone and have yet to hear if they wanted my iCloud information to examine for themselves and prove that I was telling the truth.

This ordeal has caused emotional distress on my end because I’m exhausting every avenue to clear my name of being a violate, harassing person. My name has been tainted and I will exhaust every avenue to seek justice for this wrong.

Property was stolen and pawn at their facility. The *** police put a hold on pproperty. I went into the store on this past Sunday spoke to *** and was informed that when the hold is released from the police department I can pay for my property to be out of pawn or the detective can come into the store and she will release my property to me. The detective went to the store on Monday provided all necessary documents and removed the hold. I contact thw store today Tuesday and was told they are having system issues releasing the hold and I have to wait. I feel like my property is being stole from me twice. I spoke to the *** and was informed I had to wait for the pawn hold to be removed and that since the police released the hold the person who stole it and pawned it has until midnight to get the TV back.

So, apparently it is systematic with Cash America pawn when it comes to goods that were stolen. And people’s options being crappy. And hold the victim responsible when they take in stollen goods. Once you discover your property is at their store is to pay or let police hold it while you go to court and produce any ridiculous proof like a Receipt. Police report and proof by serial isn’t good enough for them to return item and possible any other item that came in on the same ticket. I’m speaking on particularly about a iMac that is mine on my account that I’m able to connect to. And going after the person trying to fence the stollen property they make the victim feel like wanting their property back is wrong. They originally did say police report is what we needed. Then they said come in with police. Seems to be their policy is to make victim feel victimized again. And make it impossible to retrieve their property. With out paying for it all over again. I imagine their policy’s are make it real easy for criminals to sale stolen goods. When I’m buying between a individual I go out of my way to make it clear I don’t buy any stolen goods and that I will turn it over to owner of goods and inform police to recover damages from them through restitution. I thought but and selling stolen goods was a crime? But cash America pawn surly isn’t on the victims side. Or America.

I bought a Asus laptop on Wednesday September 25th 2019 when we got it home the screen was having issues coming on and the disk reader didn't work on day 2 of having the product the screen would not come on at all the employee ensured me that everything worked on the laptop and nothing was wrong with it I specifically asked about asked about the disk reader and charger he told me they both worked perfectly fine and when we called and explained the issue they refused to rectify the problem because we didn't buy the warranty had to pay 90$ to fix the problem to an outta home business because I needed the laptop to start school When we called back and told them about the laptop being broken they offered to buy it back at half price this establishment sold me this product knowing it didn't work

We bought a laptop from cash america pawn located in tomball on Wednesday September 25. We tried to turn it on and it would not turn on so we assumed it was dead. We charged it for a couple hours and it still will not turn on. We informed them of the issue. The manager said without the warranty we could not get a full refund but she would buy it back for half of what we bought it for.

On 8/30/19, I pawned my sony playstation 4 on a loan. When I brought the system in, they verified that everything worked properly. I paid my loan off on 9/5/19 and the playstation 4 did not function properly. I called the location, which is the location on *** and was treated rudely by the person that answered the phone who told me there was nothing they could do and she hung up on me.

Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a *** at a business. I waited over 2 hours while I watch two lines of people taken before me who were pawning things none of which came before me. I am pregnant and very Sick but continued to wait because I was excited to get my engagement ring. The ring I was trying to purchase was 550.00. When I correct the *** for taking multiple people before us and walk away from us to help everyone else the guy started cursing saying 'y?all are *** tripping ? I then replied stop being ghetto and be professional and take care of your customer. Then he presways the *** not to sell the ring after us sitting there all that time. She begins to scream at me saying I don't give a damn if your pregnant or sick and snatched the ring from the counter telling the guy to put her ring back in her cabinet. I run a business and I would never treat my customers this way especially a paying customers. I want a call back immediately otherwise I'm taking this to the Revdex.com.

On 05/27/2019 I was notified at 3:41PM my tv would be sold if I didn't make a payment by 4PM that day. I work over an hr away. When I asked why am I just getting a call, I was switched over to three different people. In the contract I signed, they legally have to give me 24hr notice which I can prove through my phone company did not happen. To make matters worse, the store manager *** so rudely told me I was out of luck and too bad. I should've kept track and not rely on the mandatory legal call I should've received. I then asked for his corporate office number. It took 10 min of going back and forth before he unwilling gave it to me. He was literally trying to with hold me from calling corporate

I entered into a pawn agreement with the above business and was paying the interest monthly to keep a said hold on my items until I was able to retrieve the stated items upon me being in texas I called to the business to see when my pawn was due and alerted them that I was in texas I was made aware that I could go to a cash america in texas with my oringinal pawn agreement which I did to extend the agreement gave the agent my original agrrement of the things that were on pawn and I was assured that my payment was applied to my merchandise to extend it,come to find out the agent put it under another pawn agreement with a different pawn agency under their company but assured me that it was appied to my original agreement even wrote on it the new reoccuring due date when I go to retrieve said items I was alerted that they had been sold due to breach of contract and I explained what I did and they told me that the employee put in on the wrong ticket and there was nothing that they could do.I reach out to corporate which told me that they would get my things back all together from various store for the equiptment I had and would get back to me well the store manager called me asked about all my equiptment and said they would call me when they located the items I called and called even visited the store and still no help or luck.I just dont think its fair to have me loose my things because of a team member error nothing on my end and to just be blow off like it was nothing and in value they got triple their mooney and I end up with nothing its very unfair and wrong

went into this store on 2/19 found a apple laptop I liked and it was marked 79.99 on the laptop itself I told the lady I wanted it and put on lawaway, she proceded to ring it up and she said wait a minute there are 2 prices (one price of $79.99 was on the laptop, another price of $399 was on the charger) I asked her did the price tags match up she said yes I said prove it and she said I dont have to, the laptop was in very rough shape, I then showed her I can buy a refurbished one from walmart for the same price I even showed her and all she did was laugh! this computer was marked for $79 and I should have been able to buy it for that! I think this is a prime example of bait and switch! needless to say I will never do business with Cash America *** ever again and I was a long time customer until this

I came in with a full pc keyboard and all. The keyboard had all the keys on it. It was inspected by the employer. When I came to pick it up the num lock key was missing. Then tells me it was missing when I turned it in. I know for a fact it wasnt. She said she reveiwd the footage but rrfuses to let me see

I pawned my Tiffany's & Company Sterling Silver Necklace on 9-18-2017 & I have made the renewal every month since then so this day 2-14-2019 pick up my necklace not realizing it has been almost 2 years&
SO I had almost financed the TIFFANY'S Necklace so I went to get my necklace out of pawn...& while waiting after I had paid the clerk... I had an awful feeling something was not right...1st the process took longer than just the clerk to get it from their Vault to recieved my merchandise... so I was looking around the store & came back to the counter & ask what's the hold up..the clerk that took my money& a couple more of the employees was in the back as well..so the young went to check..& then the clerk who waited on me came out with the item as soon as I opened up the box...I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HIM THAT WAS NOT MY NECKLACE..also my necklace had a marking that I would identify& it was not the on the necklace they tried to give me..BY THIS TIME I COULD SEE HOW NERVOUS & UNCOMFORTABLE THESE EMPLOYEES WAS.I ADVISED THE CLERK I COULD SHOW HIM A PICTURE OF ME WITH MY NECKLACE ON I IMMEDIATELY NOTICE IT DID NOT EVEN FEEL THE SAME & THE CLERK SAID LET CHECK THE WEIGHT & IT DID NOT THE WEIGH THE SAME AS WHEN I PAWNED THE NECKLACE & the appearance was similar but it was not my ORIGINAL TIFFANY'S NECKLACE SO I ASKED to speak with store Manager & I asked for his superior which I was told his Name is *** & he would send email & that *** would call..so about 2 hours later I received call from *** & right from the Beginning of conversation..I knew that he was not interested in making this right & demanding his employees give him the correct information...so *** WAS VERY RUDE & OVERBEARING...HE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN MY COMPLAINT & SO I KNEW THIS WOULD HAVE TO GO HIGHER THAN ***..& LET ME BE CLEAR THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD HAVE PAID ON MY MERCHANDISE IN THE PAWN SHOP FOR 2 YEARS IF IT WAS FAKE .. AND THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO PUSH OFF SOMETHING THAT'S NOT MINES..MY NECKLACE WAS PURCHASED AT

Went in for a loan on a ring, was given $250.00 cash. Came back in a couple hours to pick up ring cause changed my mind(ring is sentimental) was then told they gave me a loan for $430 and now its almost $500 to pick up. They reviewed supposed security camera and claim I got all the money when I in fact did not. I never got the extra $180 they claim and they also say I refused the paperwork which I did not. I just want the money they CLAIM THEY GAVE ME, NOTHING MORE. BUT TO HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN TO A BUSINESS THAT I HAVE BEEN PATRONIZING FOR YEARS IS UNCALLED FOR. THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT, I AM A HONEST HARD WORKING PERSON WHO JUST GOT TOOK FOR $180.00.
