has wrong information on my credit report. One of their branches or store named *** in ***, *** gave me three different phone numbers to contact regarding my credit report. *** said that the lender *** did not have the correct information on my credit report so they had to denied me $500.00 or even a smaller amount such as $50.00. *** gave me *** and *** whom neither one could not tell me anything about this collection issues. Which was never any issues with short term lenders nor any borrowers. My credit report is now able to be pulled so I can get approve for the loan in the amount of $500.00. My loans are not in any collections. ***, ***, ***, and *** are reporting incorrect info through the collection issues.

On August 29th, 2017, at approximately 1:30pm, I visited the *** at ***. I found an Apple iPad Air computer that had a sales price tag of $200. I asked to see it more closely. Upon inspecting it, I found that the price was set for June, 2016, NOT today. The price tag had prices listed for certain days throughout the year(s) that the store had the notebook computer. The tag revealed that the price would be reduced in November, 2016, and again in three other times in 2017. The last price was $82 for a date earlier in August, 2017. I told the clerk, ***, that I wanted the ipad. He told me that he would not sell the ipad for the $82, but for the original price of $200. I explained to him that the sales tag stated that the ipad was marked down to $82, but *** insisted that he would not/could not sell it at that price even though it was marked at $82. At this time, another clerk, *** became involved in the discussion. I explained to him what I told ***. He said he would not honor the lower price. I then used another item in the store and asked them to tell me what the current price is. They used the proper technique and gave the response that they should have done for the Apple ipad. In other words, once they saw that I wanted the ipad, then they would not honor the price on the sales tag, but increased it. I want the ipad for the listed sales price of $82.

Very horrible experience today . I came in for a 300 dollar loan I needed and was low ballad. As always when things get to complicated for the new girl Brianna she gets a very rude attitude . I just decided to cancel all my layaway because cash America would have went bankrupt obviously if I was given am extra 50 dollars on my loan . I was given 75 dollars for a smart tv 39 inches and they were selling basic 20 inch tv's for 90 dollars , obvious prejudiced unfair pricing conpared to wjat they loan others . After the years of business horrible service from this location .

Worst customer service ever on behalf of the manager (Mario ***) was the rudest person ever.Had never experienced such rudest ask to speak to manager

I am a long term customer of Cash America, and for over ten years I have bought everything from electronics to video games to decorative swords. In May of this year I went in to buy a telescope that the assistant manager had promised to save in the back for me and gave me a very good price. When I went to buy the telescope the manager Jeff was there and he got enraged when he found out what the assistant manager had done. He stomped in the back several times to check on something with the telescope, then finally agreed to sell me the telescope for the price that the assistant manager had agreed on. I had taken my daughter in the back the week before and showed her the telescope. At that time it had two lenses and a tuner taped to it in a bag. I was very excited specifically because of the tuner. When I bought the telescope I had to sit across the counter while the mamager fumed and raged about what his assistant manager had done. He never went over the receipt with me and after I paid for it he ran in the back and came out very fast and demanded to know where my van was. I had my son help load the telescope and when he came back in the store he said that the bag wasn't there. I mentioned it to the manager and he insisted that this was all that as in the back room. He was so angry he was shaking like a bee so I decided it was best to leave the store and give him time to call down. When I got home I inspected the telescope and there was no bag, no lenses, no tuner, even the eyepiece was missing and the manager had stripped the stickers off the side. The telescope is useless, because all the usable parts are missing. I called the store a few days later and talked to the assistant manager, who assured me that he was very concerned and that he would check the shelves for the missing parts and call me back. He never did. I called back two days later and the manager that sold me the telescope answered the phone. When I asked him about the missing parts, he got very angry again and very curtly told me there was nothing there. I hung up the phone and called back a few minutes later to tell them that I was going to call the district manager because this was unacceptable. The employee at Cash America simply said OK and hung up. The district manager never returned the two messages I left for him, and I got no reply from customer service. The website on the receipt you can go to for feedback is nonexistant. This is the worst treatment I've ever received in any store anywhere. The employees were rude and extremely intimidating. The manager took his anger out on me instead of his assistant manager, then stole the parts I had been promised off the telescope. I never raised my voice, and even offered to pay the sticker price instead of what the assistant manager had offered me, yet I got a dose of anger so bad from the manager that I had to leave the store because he was so unnerving. For many years Cash America has been exceptional at their customer service, but in talking to others I'm finding out that lately not only has their customer service become outright hostile, but in my cause they engaged in outright fraud. I would avoid there going at all costs, unless you just want to had them your money and get nothing in return.

My laptop was stolen and turned in at cash land for cash. I reported my laptop stolen, made a police report, and contacted cash land and they told me there's nothing they could do to retrieve my laptop because they already sold it and they knew I had a police report made and that the laptop was stolen and brought to them.

I put a 2 jewellery items in layaway at this location. I missed my first layaway payment. On or around 4/3/2016 someone called me from the store, and stated that Thursday (4-6-2017) was the last day I could come in and renew my layaway. Which gave me the impression tgat they would cancel my current layaway and make a new one. On 4-6-2017 I went to the location and tried to renew layaway I was informed that I would have to make my miss payment in order to renew the layaway, and he also stated that I would lose any money I put towards the layaway that I wouldn't get a store credit or anything. This is not right I didnt to have the merchandise, and they get to resale it plus keep my money, this is not right.

In 2015, I pawned a ring at Cash America. I went to Cash America to pick it up. I found out it was dented. Cash America said they would fix, but they knocked the diamonds out of the ring. This month, when I went to Cash America to pay on some jewelry,"Liz," a Cash America manager, said that I missed a payment on my ring for the month of March, but I never miss a payment. Liz said payment for the ring was due April 1, but I have receipts showing that payment for the ring is due on the 3rd of each month. Yesterday, I paid my regular monthly payment for the ring, and Liz charged me an extra payment beyond that. I left Cash America that day and returned the same day with my receipts. I wanted to see the manager, but another employee said the manager was busy. The other employee looked on the Cash America company computer, and discovered I had paid interest on the ring twice in one month.

IN JANUARY 2016 IN I WENT TO CASH AMERICA PAWN SHOP IN *** ON *** I PUT A GOLD CHAIN WITH A CROSS IN LAYWAY. I Paid on it ever month 20.00 - 25.00.I went to get the chain out of layway in december 2016 for my christmas gift to myself. got there they could not find the necklace with cross. so *** the store MANAGER SAID OH I REMEMBER THAT ONE! IT THE SAFE! THEN LADY GOT IT OUT OF THE SAFE. I SAID THIS DOESNOT LOOK LIKE THE ONE I SAW IN THE SHOW CASE! SHE SAID OH YES IT ITS NEED TO BE SALTED. I SAID WHY! BECAUSE THE CHAIN IS VERY THIN AND THE LOOKS LIKE IT ALSO.I SAID OK.MAYBE I WAS WRONG are look T IT WRONG. SHE PUT IT ON MY NECK and I left. two days later the chAIN FELL OFF MY NECK. I CALL *** THE MANAGER OF THE STORE AND TOLD HIM, HE SAID BRING IT BACK I WILL TAKE IT TO MY FRIEND and have it fix. I brought it back. A WEEK LATER I Call *** the store manager to see if the was ready he said yes so I pick it up. and in last of FEBRUARY 2017. THE CHAIN CAME OFF MY NECK! IT MUAT Have broke off my neck I could not find it but I saw the cross on the ground. I call *** the store manager AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAVE HAPPEN, HE SAID IF YOU DONOT HAVE THE CHAIN I COULD NOT HELP YOU! I SAID YOU DONOT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT HE DIDNOT SAY ANYTHING! THEN HE SAID I WILL HAVE TO CALL SOMEONE OVER HIM. I WAITED TREE DAYS *** THE STORE MANAGER NEVER CALL ME BACK. SO I CALL HIM! HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THAT HE COULD DO TO HELP ME. AND WHEN I FIRST WENT IN THE STORE IN JANUARY 2016 I NOTICE THAT MY RINGS IN HIS SHOW CASE, I SAID *** THE ARE MY MISSING RINGS. I SAID COULd YOU TELL ME WHO Pawn these rings to you! he said I would need a police report. so I didnot get a police report. I ask him how much will it cost to get my rings out he said 400.00 for one and 600.00 for the other one. giving u break! I believe *** the store manager buys stolen merchadise. when I went back the next month the rings were gone. that why he said I remember that one!i believe my chain was swap a lesser chain

*** I donot accepted the cash america pawn shop offer in roebuck. I told her that when she call me I old her I want the chain that I paid for! its no way I would have put that chain layway! with cross. ask cash america to give me the chain that I put in layway! I believe *** switch the chain because I told him about my rings. that was stolen! and they are in his show case. !i would accept another chain but not 80.00! that is what she offered me. I want another chain. Thank you so much! please help me! ghe chain was thicker much heavier. that was not my chain!

my reply to the offer was I did not accept the offer case# ***. and I see another case# *** I have rejected the offer from case # *** I did not accept these offers. I want another chain, or give me the chain back that I put in the layaway. there is no way I would have put the chain that was on the cross in layway. I believe *** the store manager switch the chain,because I told him that rings in the show case was mind that was stolen. thank you so much *** 4/10/2017. Please help me!
