08/12: Luis ***, Internet Sales Manager informed me he can offer the car I want at the rate I was looking for I informed him I was coming in at the specific time frame and he said ok
08/12: Luis Ramos was not at the dealer upon my scheduled arrival His manager, Tony ***, said he doesn't know about any such deal from Luis and can't offer me anything close to what he promised me
08/12: I purchased Nissan 370z Nismo Coupe with miles from Assistant Tony *** with key fob and written contract to produce a 2nd key fob upon the seller's return 08/(either obtain existing key fob or pay for it themselves)
08/12: I was informed by both Tony and Eli Yazbek, Finance Manager, that I HAD to purchase and pay for the ~$Satellite Tracking System and that they is no way to uninstall it

HEAD SALES MANAGER BOB CAME TO MY PERSONAL VEHICLE TRYING TO THREATEN AND FIGHT ME!!!
I went in to test drive a vehicle yesterday, the 5th of September and things were going very wellServando was the sales person helping me and he was by far the best guy I have ever tried to work withWhen it came time to negotiate I was passed off to a sales manager to talk numbersThat sales managed tried to sell me a brand new vehicle when I said I couldn't afford it, I get it you're a cars salesman so no big dealThen we started working price on the used vehicle I was looking atI had told them that I was only willing to pay 17k out the door, manager goes and talks to the head manager at the time Bob (the only Bob that works there), and he comes back and says that the best he can do is 17k plus fees so I would be looking at around $18,OTD, there were some more counter offers but he stuck at $18,OTDI went and thought on it for about 30-minutes came back and spoke with Servando again and he tried to find paperwork and the manager but they were nowhere to be foundI waited for another 30-minutes for the manager and we spoke again, and he tells me that we never made a deal on any price and that he said he bought the car for $17,and that he wouldn't even be able to sell it for $17,plus fees.I was extremely confused and asked him what had changed and if we were still talking about the same car because he told me earlier that he had bought it for 17KHe had me take a seat and he said that he was going to try and talk to the head Sales manager Bob againAfter he came back he told me that the vehicle is listed on the internet for $18,and that's what they would sell it for plus fees so I would be looking at close to 21k OTD, I told him there is no way especially after what we already agreed upon, he went back and talked to Bob again and they said the absolute best they can do is $18,plus fees and if I didn't like it I could take a walkSo I told him that this was absolutely crazy and I'm sorry they are losing my businessAs I walked by the "Shark Tank" Bobs office, I waived a blank check at him goodbye, probably not the most adult thing to do but hey I was a little frustratedAs I'm starting my car to leave Bob runs up to my car puffed up with a not so inviting look on his face and he starts yelling and cussing at me asking if I flipped him off.what in Gods name is going on?!? I explained to him that I did not give him the bird that I simply waived my preapproved auto loan check at him to try and get him to reconsider losing a customer and he continued to ramble sweet inappropriate nothings at me with his chest puffed out like a teenage boy trying to be tough around his friendsI then told him that even if I did give him the bird, which I definitely did not do, why is he running out to my car threatening meI then asked if he was the head sales manager, no response but I already knew the answer, I asked him if he thought it was good idea to be acting like this in front of all his potential customers and fellow employees that he manages and he just asked again why I flipped him offI then told him that I didn't need to deal with this behavior and he told me good cause I don't want your F*ING business hereThis all went down hill so fast, after this experience it makes me not even want to purchase a Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler vehicle simply because I don't want to find myself in a position where I have to go back to this dealership
