I purchased a Dodge Journey, signed the contract and took the car with me on March 5, On March 19th I was told to take the car back because finance fell throughI'm super humiliated and pist off at the fact that they would even dare do thisAlso, why after so many days, I read on the back of the contract that the dealership had days to do this so I don't think it's legal for them to do thisWhat are my options or what laws are out there protecting me? This dealership seems pretty big so I don't understand why can't a finance manager call the bank and fix thisThey should NOT be doing this to us consumersI've been driving this car around for over two weeks, this is like a joke to themThe sales guy assisting me with this acted like this was nothing, cold about the whole situation, killed me to see that this is what Crown Dodge in Ventura, CA is all aboutSo they must do this on a regular basisWhy did they let me keep the car this long!!!?????

This dealership is careless with customers' personal data, and does not take problems seriouslyAs near as I can tell, they sold a car to someone and accidentally entered my email address in their customer fileEver since, I have received regular emails from them thanking me for my "purchase", reminding me of service options, and so onThese include some personal information about the actual owner of the vehicle
They also provided this information to Sirius XM Radio, meaning I have login credentials for a Sirius account that is not my own, all thanks to Crown Dodge of Ventura
Mistakes happen, and mistyping an email address is certainly forgivableWhat isn't is the way they've treated the situationConcerned about identity theft after receiving emails that I had purchased a vehicle, I called the dealership and spoke with Darren ***, the Internet Sales managerHe laughed it off, apparently thinking I didn't understand the difference between a marketing email and a purchase confirmationI asked him to please look into it, and he took down my contact information
After not receiving any further response within a week, I called back and was transferred to Terry, the customer service managerI left her a voicemail three days ago, and still have not heard back
Meanwhile, I'm in their system as the owner of a vehicle and a Sirius XM account, and the real owner of the vehicle isn'tI could probably cause some mischief with this, but of course I won'tAll I will do is urge you to consider another dealership for your Dodge/Jeep purchase, as this one clearly doesn't care about professionalism or a job well done
What if they made this kind of mistake when running your credit or submitting your loan? Would they laugh it off and ignore you?

I purchased a brand new jeep Cherokee laditude in Feb With in days I starting having issues with driving itThe car would go into netrual while I was in drive then it would go anywhereI took to my local jeep dealership and after a few unsuccessful attemps to resolve it Chrysler decised to grant me a buyback because vechile was unrepaiableI was grant all my money back except for tha swat tracking device for Chrysler advise that I could contact dealership yo get a refund since contract was being canceled and they were buying back vehicleWhen I called dealership I was advise that this device was not refundable at allI dont think it fair I was sold something that didnt work and now I have to pay for a device I cant useI would like dealership to refund purchase since car was faulty

When I purchased my car the branch manager came in and asked of I would like to purchase the extended warrantyI asked what it covered and he said "everything"He said it covered oil changes, transmission maintenance, electrical maintenance and the he said again "it covers everything"So I pay for the extended warranty and it's also an extra $a month on my payment to have itWhen I go into the dealership to have a routine service done on my car they tell me it isn't covered, the only thing it covers is manufacturing defectsThat's not what the branch manager led me to believe when I made the decision to purchase the extended warranty

I brought my Toyota Camry in and traded it for a Dodge Journey, the salesman said they would pay me for the trade in and use rebates to eat up the negative equityAll was going well until two weeks later they asked for my pay stubs, after I provided them my stubs the salesman I had always dealt with said he would make sure everything went through fine, I heard nothing until two weeks later when I got a v/m demanding the car back on the lot by pm, whoever it was that called me was flat out mean and yelled at me the entire time as if I was trying to steal their vehicleThe sales manager Aris said that their controller Dan *** would probably be able to make this right since I was behind in payments on the Toyota Camry I had to take possession back of, he assured me that customer satisfaction is key at their business, after playing phone tag for a week I get an email that they won't be able to help with the back payments since they are losing money on the Journey, and did not charge me for the month I had the Journey,I came in as a return customer and was approved to drive the car off the lot, if they need to change their approval system then do it but don't allow a customer to go into debt because of it

I would like to lodge this complaint against Roof Life Company of Northern California Incregarding re roofing matters done in January
The Roof Life Company refused to prime the trimmings/fascia boards that was replaced as stipulated by county code lawThe company knew or should have known that the boards needed to be primedBut refused to do so saying they do not do avg painting
There were also some noticeable gaps, unseen cuts, and multiple knots in the wood/fascia boardsWhen I pointed out dry rot in the fascia board that had not been replaced, the contractor said it was not dry rotPlease, you are welcome to come by and see the problems I am complaining about
The contractor tried to force me to sign a contract that stipulated I was satisfied with the work doneI did not sign it because everything was not ok and I was not satisfied with work done, or not doneHis manner was insulting and intimidatingI am a senior citizen and up in my years, any

Just had my home re-roofed by RoofLife Company and they provided excellent and quality workmanship and completed the job faster than anticipated Clewas great Steve C*** and the rest of his staff were great to work with, they were always available for any questions

we were treated like a number not a customer and once the contract/ check was signed discarded like a piece of trash

We received a roof warranty yr roof certification and we had a leak and have been trying to get them to service it for months without a return call We have called at least times trying to get this issue resolved Every time I am promised a call by the following day and no call is received
