I would not ever do business with them, say they will take care of everything , made 2 payments, then stop, screwed up my house left it did not call or text, they still owe me for the agreed price,

Mr. L, we are sorry that you feel that way. Let's review what happened:
1. We were able to stop the foreclosure on your property.
2. Initially, we agreed to give you a leaseback for 2 weeks. You remained in the property for an additional 2 months while we paid for the mortgage (the 2 payments you mentioned).
3. We asked to have the property free and clear of all personal belongings and debris upon vacating the property. However, you left us an immobile vehicle on the property, in which we had to get it towed away ($500). We did reimbursed ourselves with the funds that you received after you vacated the property. We felt that was more than fair.
4. The property was left in shambles and the plumbing issue was not disclosed to us.
5. Our lines of communication is always open. We do have records of every call and text attempt to ask you if you've vacated the property after the 2 week leaseback expired.
