I sold my ti-84 plus to cash4calcs.com with a quoted value of $40 because of condition and the cover and data cable were both included. I sent it in on 6-18-2019, I have heard nothing from them as of this writing on 7-24-2019, and my order still states it is pending on their site. I have tried emailing them 3 times (at the 2 different contact email addresses they have listed) with no response, I called both phone numbers I have found and have left voicemails with no response from those, other times it would simply tell me to try again. I tried using the contact us form on the site and got no response there either. I am expecting my money to be sent to my PayPal account. I would love for this to be resolved and if any information is needed please feel free to contact me.

Waiting since 12/27 for a response/ payment. 1/31 the “ check is in the mail” email response said I’d get a check in 1-3 days. Now 2/13 no check, no response from them. Will never answer the phone & no response from emails sent I filed a complaint with the RevDex.com which says they rated the company “F”, and the company does not belong to the BBB. Next I’ll be going to the NYS consumer protection agency or attorney general with a complaint.

I dropped my old calculator off in a *** blue-bin to have it shipped with a prepaid shipping label- with no trackingI sent it in on Dec ***, but I hadn't heard anything from the company- I've got a busy daily life and rarely have time to call companies- be it corporate or smallAnyway, about weeks passed until I decided to do some searching on the cash4calcs website, and I discovered that many many people were ripped off and never recieved their money, and I thought I was just another person to be scammed- but today after work my phone buzzed, lo and behold it was Paypal telling me they sent me dollars- the exact estimate- while I was at workGood company, maybe a little unprofessional but their service proved to be reliable in the end

About Cash4Calcs: Beware! You will not receive what you expected to receive. I sent 5 calculators in excellent condition and received a quote of $185.00. However, I was sent a check for $86! I called the customer service center and received a lot of blah-blah-blah about the condition of my calculators. I left a phone message for the manager of the company who also didn't make any effort or care enough to contact me. I failed to take photos of my calculators and advise you to take photos of your calculators ON BOTH SIDES (write down the identifying numbers of each calculator) if you decide to deal with this company. They are clearly not honest and don't care about their suppliers. I will personally never deal with them again! Sell somewhere else! or donate your calculators to schools or to a food/person help bank! This company is NOT worth your effort!

Review: On October **, 2014 I sold 4 calculators to cash4calcs.com whom I found on [redacted] and who gave me the best buyback quote. they gave me a prepaid [redacted] shipping label to mail off my calculators and said I should receive my check in the mail 24-72hours after calculators were received. I sent my calculators off with the prepaid label on Oct. **, 2014. and I gave them about 7-10days to receive the calculators. today is now the [redacted] and I have yet to receive promised funds or any word on my calculators I have called the contact number on the cash4calcs.com website several times and all I ever receive is a voicemail. i've left messages and no one has contacted me back I was quoted $118.00 for my calculators. I just want my money.Desired Settlement: I just want the funds I was quoted and promised. thats it.

Review: I sent my calculator 3-4 weeks ago and never got a confirmation via email as promised on website. I sent an email to them presenting the problem and wanted to know what was going on but never got a reply. I eventually called them and Peter answered saying there is a problem with their email. He told me that they did receive my calculator and that they would send the money within 24 hours as promised on the website and they never did.Desired Settlement: Cash4calcs owes me $46 dollars still and the fact that they are getting away with stealing from costumers is unbelievable. Unfortunately, I did not do much research into the company before sending my calculator and that is my fault but that does not mean they can steal from anyone. I have recently found out on reviews that many have not received payment from this website and something needs to be done about it.

Review: I sent in my calculator for a payment by the company over 3 weeks ago. I have called them, emailed and left numerous messages without a response. I would like to receive my check of payment from them but it is impossible to contact the business. Review: I am being a little pro active here. I sold my calculator to them and mailed it out to them and they received it on Saturday August **,2015. I was told I would get a money order for fifty dollars for it. Their website says payment is sent within twenty fours of them receiving the calculator. After all of this I read bad review about them and I want to make sure I do not get ripped off like so many others. I did also email them and did not get a response in regards to this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to make sure that they mail me my money order for the fifty dollars as they stated they would. I do have tracking proof that they received the item.
