Review: On July **, 2013, I sent Cash4Calcs a Texas Instrument TI-84 Plus Silver calculator on their buyback program. It was initially valued at $45 but upon receipt was told via email that they valued it at $36.

I have never received payment. I did email them twice asking when I would be paid and in response get a cc note asking another employee what has happened to my payment.

Then, I wrote a negative review of their service and received another similar email - a response of one employee asking another what happened to my payment.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid or have my calculator returned.

Ultimately I would like others to avoid their scam.

On July [redacted], 2013, customer [redacted] shipped us her calculator for trade-in. We receive and processed her order on August [redacted], and payment was sent the following day. Customer contacted us and indicated that she never received the check, probably due to an address error or post office error, however the exact reasons for the check being lost remain unknown. As per our lost-check policy, we put a stop-payment on her check and sent her a replacement after a two-week waiting period, which is necessary to fully process the stop-payment order from our bank. We have since contacted [redacted], re-confirmed her mailing address, and have issued her a replacement check (check no. [redacted]) for her full payment. At present this case is considered resolved.

Review: Sent in my TExas instruments calculator after evaluation according to guidelines cash4calcs had on website. They advertise payment will be made within 24 hours. I had item tracked and it showed received by them 2 days later. Waited two weeks, then called company. Peter said just because usps says it was received, doesnt mean they have it, that they have to go pivk them up. He checks it pile and discovers my calculator, and says his boss is only person who can process,so he is pplacing it right on top thrir desk and itll be handled within 24 hours. Wait another 1 1/2 weeks, still no [redacted] payment, so call peter again. He checks and miraculously finds mine and says he'll be sure its processed that very day, but the evalustion showed my calculator had marker writing on back and corroded batteries so it was not $47.00 but would be $15.00. I said according to your website the calculator still meets the "good" evaluation, that I was aware of marker and calc was in perfect working condition. Then he decides to add there was a scratch on the screen ( but it was so minor that I probably didnt see it)! That indeed the batteries and marker were not big issues, but scratch was something that disabled them from reselling. I asked if he had access to calc because I was going to request he send me a picture of this so called scratch, and he said no he did not have it in his possession at that time. He once again reassured that my big payment of $15 instead of $47 would be immediately processed into my [redacted] account. Still no payment!Desired Settlement: I am requesting full payment as agreed upon in our online agreement based on my trust in the company's promise to pay into my [redacted] account within 24 hours, and in the full amount of $47.00 based on the actual value of item when it was issued to them. It would also be helpful to other consumers if they remove the advertisement stating payment is made within 24 hours, if they have no intention of doing so due to the fact that peter stated they don't actually receive items when delivered, that they must go pick up several days worth at postal location.

Review: I saw this site to buy calculators and they offered better prices than other sites. I sent in two calculators. TI-82 Good $7.00 TI-89 Titanium Like New $57.00 Total buyback price: $64.00 I got an email around Nov ** that only one was received and that the bottom of the pkg looked like it opened and the other may have dropped out. I spoke with two different guys, [redacted] and [redacted] and was told by [redacted] that he would send me 1/2 of the $57 of the missing calculator. I have not received that money nor was there any kind of recourse for the lost calculator since I didn't insure the pkg as they provided free shipping, I didn't think I would need to. I have only received a check for $8 since I sent in a cable for the TI-82.Desired Settlement: I really would prefer the total of $57 that I was quoted as I did send in both calculators and had taped that box very well. I have never had a problem with items not making it to a buyer of textbooks/college related items before. But I don't know that I can get that that it might be my fault for not insuring it. So at least I want what the check for $29 that they said they would still send since I was adamant that I sent it in the TI-89. Which is true. It was my daughters.

Review: I was receiving a brand new calculator in the mail provided by [redacted]. Works in great condition. In the package, I noticed a flyer from the company cash4calcs.com I sent in a 'really good' condition of the TI-Inspire 84 Plus to the company two weeks ago today & still have not received my payment. I was trusting this company because I gave them my [redacted], to give the money. My calculator I sent in was worth 43.00. I called & emailed. I do not know much else to do, then to get it resolved through Revdex.com. I was saving up for an item, and this 40.00 would've given me the amount I need for the item. I checked the website and it said if their was a problem after 15 days to call or email & I did, the phone going right to voicemail & no email. ThanksDesired Settlement: I would like to receive the 43.00 dollars in my [redacted], just as they said they would give.

Review: I sold two calculators online at Cash4Calcs.com. I received a check in the mail for $53 a few weeks after sending in my two calculators. This was the payment I expected. I deposited this check and discovered the next day that the check bounced. In addition, my bank charged me $10 for depositing a false check. As it currently stands, Cash4Calcs has my two calculators, as well as the $53 I am owed. When I attempted to call Cash4Calcs I was unable to speak with a representative, and my emails have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like a $63 money order ($53 plus the $10 I was charged by my bank). I expect a money order or cash rather than a check because, obviously, I do not trust another check sent by this company.

Review: This site is apparently a scam, I had sent my calculator to this site for buyback cash and am not receiving it. I was quoted at $50 for the calculator and have screenshots to prove it. I used the provided merchandise return label to mail the calculator properly to the address provided, and like many others using this "service", have gone uncompensated. The site promises delivery unto one's [redacted] account, and numerous "customers" have not received said payments.Desired Settlement: I want my calculator returned to me or $50 USD cash.
