We sent the games in and selected PayPal as our preferred payment method yet haven't received anything despite confirmation they do in fact have the video games. I delivered games and consoles to CashForGamers using a label sent to me by the company. According to [redacted] tracking, this package was sent on 8/12/2015 at 2:28:23pm and was received on 8/14/2015 at 1:10pm. Since then, I have contacted the company twice through the "Contact Us" section of the website in an effort to see the progress of my deliver and promised payment. I have the itemized invoice for everything sent as well as the agreed on payment from the company's website. I used the Cash for Gamers website to sell the company various used games and video game consoles on 1/17/2016. Order ID # [redacted] totaling $69.95 after a $1.50 payment method fee. I had additional items to sell, and at the direction of their website, I added them to the shipment which I estimate would have add between $25 and $35 to my total order payment. I opted for Cash for Gamers to send me a box and a prepaid shipping label. I used the box they provided from the Post Office and sent the games to Cash for Gamers using their prepaid label, Package ID [redacted] on [redacted]. The box was received by Cash for Gamers on 2/22/2016 according to the [redacted]. I would highly advise this company for selling your games. I did have a slightly longer wait, but they sent me an email to apologize and at the same time I was paid. So even if you have to wait a bit more It is still worth it. ","pos-4

It's a good way to obtain more money than looking into local gaming stores or putting up an auction.
They'll buy any game/accessory/console you got, even if you think it's obscure or worth nothing.

I never received payment for merchandise sent to this company. I got an email confirming receipt, but no correspondence since. Messages unanswered.I Sent box of merchandise via [redacted] (priority mail, package ID # [redacted]), which was confirmed received by the company on 25 February in an email which said "Your game(s) and/or console(s) are currently going through our inspection process to verify their condition. Dear Revdex.com, On August 31 I sent a package full of games to Cash for Gamers so they can examine them and eventually sell them and then send me a check with the money I've earned from my games. But it's been almost 2 months since I sent them my package and I still haven't received any email or word from them stating that they have recieved my package so I'm starting to get a bit worried. On September 21 I emailed Cash for Gamers wondering why they haven't contacted me about my package of games yet and they specifically wrote: "The tracking information does say it was delivered, but we haven't received your order yet. We are having this issue with a small chunk of our customers who had orders delivered on September 3rd and we are guessing that our local [redacted] has forgotten to forward a hamper of orders to our facility. We will contact [redacted] today for an update. Regardless of the outcome, you will still be paid for your order because of the proof of delivery. Thanks!"So judging by that email they said that even though they haven't recieved my package they said that they'll pay me my cash whether they recieved it or not, and it's supposed to take around 5-8 days for the check to be delivered. It's been almost a month since I sent that email and I still haven't gotten the check they were supposed to send me. I used cashforgamers.com to sell a Playstation 2 with lots of games and some accessories as well as a Nintendo DSI XL with games. I processed a quote online on 6/6/16 and shipped the games right away. I was notified via email that my package had been received on 6/15/16 and also received a counter offer for the games by email on the same day which I accepted. I chose to receive payment by[redacted]. After a few days without any word on the payment status, I emailed their customer service. It took a couple of days to receive a response. On June 20, I was told that payment would be deposited to my[redacted] account on Friday, June 24. Cashforgamers.com received my items and never paid me. They sent me confirmation emails of receipt.From 12/13/2014 and 12/15/2014 I opened 3 orders with cashforgamers to sell my games and be paid via [redacted]. I packed them all together in one box and shipped to their address. I received 3 emails on 1/4/2015 stating that the orders are received and being processed. I submitted my games in December 2014 and was told they were received and they were all in good condition. I followed up in March and asked when I could expect the amount that I was promised-$80.00. I was told the order was being processed. It's now 4/20/15 and I asked again. I was again told it was being processed. I asked when I could expect this transaction to be concluded and got no response. Their turn around time is ridiculous. They sure get you the postage paid box quickly so you can mail your stuff to them. After that, good luck! I would not recommend this business. They do not produce the result that they promise. I received confirmation of my sale to 'CashForGamers' and confirmation that they received my package, but never received my due payment via [redacted].I used 'CashForGamers' to sell some old video games, and devices and placed my order confirming my sale to them for $41.30. I shipped the items using the prepaid shipping label provided by 'CashForGamers' and a week late received a confirmation email that they had received my package and my payment would be processed via [redacted] soon. I sent in two orders to CashForGamers in May, and they still haven't sent me my money yet. They've apparently ignored any recent emails that I sent.I sent in two orders with order numbers [redacted] and [redacted] in early May, with respective payments of $150.21 and $31.50. Both payments were supposed to be paid to me over [redacted]. I contacted CashForGamers.com via email at the End of May, wondering about my order status, and they essentially blamed [redacted], saying "[redacted] says your order arrived on the 19th, but we haven't gotten it yet. We are going to contact [redacted] tomorrow and resolve this issue. Thanks!" They never let me know if the issue was resolved or not, and never responded to any further emails that I sent. I think for a company to go this long without notifying me of the status of my order is completely unacceptable. The company should've taken initiative and contacted me about any delays in processing my order, ASAP. Also, avoiding answering customer emails is a huge negative and implies the company has bad management and/or customer service. They don't have any phone numbers on their website, making it essentially impossible for me to get in real-time contact with a human being. Over a month ago I used the cashforgamers site to generate a quote for selling my used xbox one hardware and games. They provided an estimate of 165 depending on validation of condition of the console. The console was shipped and games were shipped and then reported as received on June 30th (order #[redacted]). After a week goes by with no contact from cashforgamers.com that payment would be dispersed, I submitted a claim that payment had not been received. At which time they finally reply stating that the condition of the console arrived with a significant plastic piece broken off and reduced the quote to 145. Fine, I accepted the new quote and asked for payment to be dispersed to my [redacted] account. Our last interaction was on July 15th and I have still not received payment for my console hardware and games. I have attempted to open another claim with them to identify the hold up, but have not received any communication from them.Desired SettlementDesired resolution is for payment to be made in full for the agreed amount of $145 to my paypal account.
