I sent a few electronic items to this company in exchange for some money. My order # is [redacted]. I sent the items on 5/31/16, and they arrived to the facility on 6/6/16. It wasn't until 6/17/16 that they e-mailed me to acknowledge that they had received the items, and that was after I had e-mailed them wondering what the status of the order was. This e-mail also said that everything checked out alright and that payment was in the queue for [redacted]. I e-mailed their customer service department on 6/17/16, as I mentioned before, to ask about the order status. I didn't receive a response until 6/23/17. Whoever the agent was told me that my money had been sent to the queue for [redacted] to be deposited into my account the very next day (6/24/16). Fast forward to a week later and I still have not received payment from this business for my goods. They owe me $120.50 to my [redacted] account. This has been a very frustrating and extremely long process, and it makes me really not want to do business with them again. Very poor communication and customer service throughout this entire ordeal. I sent in games for cash and never received payment.I made an order with cash for gamers for me to send in 9 games for $13.19. I sent the games in on April 8, 2016. I received an email stating that they had received the game box but only two pieces of sheet metal were inside wrapped in brown paper. They asked me to send them the address of the post office where I sent it from I provided the information and have never heard from them again.. I have emailed them four times to no avail. I shipped two orders to cashforgamers.com. They confirmed that they had received and processed the orders. After I agreed to the price adjustments, they said that my orders had been received by the fulfillment office. I have now waited 3 weeks to be paid. I see 63 RESOLVED complaints, and 63 complaints out of their order volume is very small. I have been doing business with them for a while. I own a game store in [redacted] and this is a great place to unload the older games that don't really sell in my store. They have always paid me and have had an incredible customer service staff. I have used this company 4 times now to sell my kid's used video game equipment. I have nothig but positive things to say. It took my a couple tries to get the process down (I suggest you read their instrucitons, they are easy but also easily overlooked). The process is simple; go to their website, find the games/consoles you want to sell, checkout on their website, receive your prepaid shipping supplies in the mail, box up your items, ship them back, and receive your payment. I like receiving payment via PayPal because I don't have to wait for a check in the mail. I chose check one time and it took an extra 3 days to receive it in the mail.
I would recommend this company - I have tried other sources online and CashForGamers.com is the most fair on price and easy to work with. I'd rather get "cash" than get a gift card like other companies do. ","pos-6
