When attempting to reach out to *** on behalf of Mr***, we called the customer service number for *** at ###-###-#### Without a *** account number, we were unable to ascertain any information on the status of the pending holds created on April 19th, It is at the discretion of *** when these funds will be released and available for use on your account According to information found on ***'s site (***) this process can take up to business days Currently, this process is at business days.If the funds have not been placed back into the customer's *** account, we encourage Mr*** to reach out to *** at ###-###-####, as there are no further actions that can be taken on CashStar's side of this attempted transaction The funds were never collected by CashStar, as the orders were unable to process, therefore CashStar holds no funds to refund or release back to Mr***

I have contacted both *** and Cashstar*** stated they do not have a hold on the money, it's coming from the merchantSo I contacted cash star and they said they realized the problem that they haven't released the hold, based on an error and that it would be released within hours, however it's been longer than that and I just want this issue resolved already

I have stated repeatedly that I contacted the business on 6/21/I tried to use those four promo cards ON 6/21/AND THEY DID NOT WORK!

This promotions was a limited time promotion "while supplies last" and sold out at 12:45am EST on December This was communicated as "sold out" on the buy pageWe regret that we cannot honor promotions for orders that are placed after the promotion ends and this order came in on 12/28, long

The order was refunded as per the customer request on 12/21/

Although there was no order in our system for this customer, we did open an investigation with our Payments Department, to expedite the release of pending charges through *** The pending charges have been released, and the customer as been contacted via *** messaging

We reached out to this customer via telephone on December 24th and left a voicemail with directions for resolution The promotional card is sent, by system default, to the email address associated with the billing party, not the recipient's email address of the qualifying order, as most times
these are not the same individual I reissued the gift card to the recipient's email address, and the promotional gift card was on Dec 11:27:

We would be open to refunding Mr***' gift card purchase, should the card retain a full balance. If Mr***' will confirm that he would still like the card canceled and refunded, we will complete that request. We are seeking confirmation, as once the action is completed, it
cannot be undone
