Never used this website
I've never used this website, but now I'm getting emails saying "Please sign in to your account to view an important message regarding your order".

What order? I've NEVER used this website EVER, is this a scam?

This service simply does not need to exists. It has caused me troubles for 3 years now as I have been required to use them for my college education department for clearances. The customer service lines are impossible to get through, the website is setup horrifically and lags. Often times, you will be given a bad getaway message or the website won't load for hours. They also cost me money many times for my PA State Police Background check, as 2x now I got the background check and was not able to see the results or download them, so I paid for my own out of pocket. Paying for services 2x might be the worst thing on earth. The customer service help lines would never help me find my checks either. And, I would still have to pay for my other 4 clearances after paying CastleBranch for just 1, that was already 2x the amount it cost for the PA State police one. Absolutely horrible service, and if you read what it is like to work there, it does not seem any better. This service has cost me so much money as a college student over the years. 0 stars!

Never received background check and no response after countless attempts
I paid for a background check last month and paid additional for “fast” results. They say 2-5 days and I paid additional to have it sooner but still have not received my background check. I have tried emailing and calling their automated “support team” with absolutely no response or help! Their “my cb” system is a joke and leads you nowhere and their automated phone service will run you in circles with no option to speak with a representative. I would give them a zero if it was an option and will never do business with this company again! They will hear from my lawyer Monday if I do not get a response.

Can't access profile during hurricane and is overdue I am required to submit a number of files to CastleBranch for schoolFirst of all, the website itself is slow and not intuitiveSecondly, the company estimates that it takes 24-hours to process any given form not including weekends, 2/remaining forms were submitted on 9/and are still "under review." My completed CastleBranch profile was due on 9/Then, because of Hurricane Florence, CastleBranch employees understandably had to evacuateIt does not make sense to me that the entire website should be shut down because of a hurricaneThere should be a back up plan in the event that servers have to go offline for any reasonI may have to drop this semester because of this delayWe are currently on the third week which means I am not eligible for a full refund

I have a CPR card from my place of work which is a healthcare facilityIt is a BLS Provider, in person, four hour course valid for two years Three days before my previous CPR expires and I potentially get kicked out of school, CB decides to reject my new CPR card On the instructions page CB claims that it accepts CPR cards from any provider and in their blurb the ANY is capitalizedThen it claims that only AHA or Red Cross CPR providers are acceptedSothanks for those crystal clear instructions It would have been nice to know that two months ago! In any case I'm sure mCE will outpace CB soonCB makes the simple act of submitting documents feel like the twelve labors of Hercules They only allow submissions close to the expiration date and THEN take forever in processing a simple CPR card I wouldn't wish CB on my worst enemy, they are a difficult and unreachable company to work withAs a student we are forbidden from contacting them so it makes all of this time sensitive document-submissions unnecessarily daunting and nerve-wracking

I continue to receive emails years after using the service I had to use Castle Branch's service back in June to be verified for phlebotomy courseworkThat was the beginning and the end of my (required) use of their serviceI have received nonstop emails from them ever since indicating that my requirements are expired and need to be updated I want the emails to stopI do not use this service, and I have not used it but that one time over three years agoThere is no way to make the emails stop, as they give you no way of opting out

I am having a very bad experience with them because I was born outside the US, and I have a certified copy of my birth certificate with the shots I took before the country issued my birth certificate because it is the rules thereIt says clearly that I took the three shots were needed that the first shot was after I was born then the second after weeks and the third was after months but castle branch rejected the paper because they need a specific dateI talked to the customer service and the supervisor and they did not help

Awful Website and Service This company runs the info for my RN program (immunizations, background checks etc..)It almost always takes 4-tries to get signed on to this website....the circle will keep on spinning and my account will not pop upEventually my account will pop up but I won't be able to download files that should be recognized by the system (png)And the program won't say "having a problem", again the circle will just keep spinningI dread using this website Also, the site won't let you download your info until days before it's due....Though they send you reminders to update constantly!!

My package was not put together properly, my background check was not completed properly or ever fixed to be completed, requirements were left out On December 14th I purchased my package from Castle Branch for my school requirementsThere was a child abuse clearance to be included in my background check which I paid $forUpon realization after many many phone calls to the company that the background check was not completed correctly, I was not notified of this mistakeI was the one who noticed the issue and reported it to the company, as well as my package not including all of my requirementsAfter alerting my school who assured me which requirements were to be includedAfter calling Castle Branch numerous times on 1/22/to ask for a refund because the services promise and paid for were never completed I was hung up on and disconnected - timesMy issue is still not taken care of and no further background checks are being processed

Castle Branch is not responding to my requests for customer serviceMultiple calls and emails sent with no resolution
They are not following there company policies of reviewing documents, and providing customer service in timely manner

I took an EMT class in Spring for which an account with Certified Profile was requiredCastle Branch has since acquired Certified ProfileI have since completed my course of studyI no longer need Castle Branch and have thus not been using it or paying for itI have submitted requests multiple times through their contact form to remove my account and cease contacting meThey have continued to contact me with multiple emails saying I need to log in to view important messages and/or complete requirements

Every single time I call during their "hours of operation" I get a message saying they're already closedIt's so frustrating

Quite literally one of the most frustrating and worthless websites/business I have been mandated to deal with Website never works or allows any of the mandated compliance requirements Customer service is very difficult to contact or get any clarification regarding requirementsWhen you do finally get a hold of someone they are rude and/or completely unhelpfulSatisfying the compliance requirements as well as dealing with the upload issues has taken upwards of months to complete, utilizing many different devices with excellent internet connection still with unresolved download problems and uninformed rejections/deletions of uploaded items! Terrible!

Won't stop emailing, no way to change in web profile
Forced to use CB for a nursing course to do all legal/medical prereqsThe course is over, yet this company still emails me multiple times a week with (2) separate emails about "requirements incomplete." There is zero way to stop the emails from within my profile on their website, nor can you submit a complaint via their websiteThey list a toll free number, but I should not have to waste my time on hold to tell them to stop emailing me
