This company will not stop emailing me and is able to bypass my email filter no matter how many ways I attempt to have them go directly to junk mailOn more than one occasion I have requested they stop contacting meThere is no longer an unsubcribe option at their web site

I continue to receive emails years after using the service
I had to use Castle Branch's service back in June to be verified for phlebotomy courseworkThat was the beginning and the end of my (required) use of their serviceI have received nonstop emails from them ever since indicating that my requirements are expired and need to be updated
I want the emails to stopI do not use this service, and I have not used it but that one time over three years agoThere is no way to make the emails stop, as they give you no way of opting out

I was charged $for rush shipping, but have NOTHING being shipped to meI choose no rush shippingI contacted customer service and told them the above and was told I would be refunded.Few a moments later, the representative stated she could not refund because I chose rush shipping and my order was already processing since I order in the eveningHowever, I order minago and had told her in the beginning I wanted refund for rush shipping, which she stated she would do, then made up the excuses that I order later on in the dayIt is deceitful to take my money for rush shipping when nothing is being shipped

Terrible customer service, almost impossible to contact
When you do get in contact with someone, they have no clue what's going on

I am required to submit a number of files to CastleBranch for schoolFirst of all, the website itself is slow and not intuitiveSecondly, the company estimates that it takes 24-hours to process any given form not including weekends, 2/remaining forms were submitted on 9/and are still "under review." My completed CastleBranch profile was due on 9/Then, because of Hurricane Florence, CastleBranch employees understandably had to evacuateIt does not make sense to me that the entire website should be shut down because of a hurricaneThere should be a back up plan in the event that servers have to go offline for any reasonI may have to drop this semester because of this delayWe are currently on the third week which means I am not eligible for a full refund

My package was not put together properly, my background check was not completed properly or ever fixed to be completed, requirements were left out
On December 14th I purchased my package from Castle Branch for my school requirementsThere was a child abuse clearance to be included in my background check which I paid $forUpon realization after many many phone calls to the company that the background check was not completed correctly, I was not notified of this mistakeI was the one who noticed the issue and reported it to the company, as well as my package not including all of my requirementsAfter alerting my school who assured me which requirements were to be includedAfter calling Castle Branch numerous times on 1/22/to ask for a refund because the services promise and paid for were never completed I was hung up on and disconnected - timesMy issue is still not taken care of and no further background checks are being processed

A preemployment background was run by this companyIt was not correct and a felony charge was turned inThey refused to correct

I had to pay for castlebranch services for my NP post masters certificate programI uploaded the documents and keep receiving emails saying incomplete itemsEvery time I try to log into my account it states that I do not have an accountI have emailed with no success and I have not been able to reach them at all by phoneI had received one email saying to clear my cache or try a different browser, which I did with no success and emailed back with no further repliesI have called numerous times during their stated business hours and the line tells me they have already closedI do not know how to get my account to work and I need to have these items completed within the next couple weeksIt is very frustratingI am starting to think this company just takes money and has horrible customer service

I am having a very bad experience with them because I was born outside the US, and I have a certified copy of my birth certificate with the shots I took before the country issued my birth certificate because it is the rules thereIt says clearly that I took the three shots were needed that the first shot was after I was born then the second after weeks and the third was after months but castle branch rejected the paper because they need a specific dateI talked to the customer service and the supervisor and they did not help

I have a CPR card from my place of work which is a healthcare facilityIt is a BLS Provider, in person, four hour course valid for two years
Three days before my previous CPR expires and I potentially get kicked out of school, CB decides to reject my new CPR card
On the instructions page CB claims that it accepts CPR cards from any provider and in their blurb the ANY is capitalizedThen it claims that only AHA or Red Cross CPR providers are acceptedSothanks for those crystal clear instructions
It would have been nice to know that two months ago!
In any case I'm sure mCE will outpace CB soonCB makes the simple act of submitting documents feel like the twelve labors of Hercules
They only allow submissions close to the expiration date and THEN take forever in processing a simple CPR card
I wouldn't wish CB on my worst enemy, they are a difficult and unreachable company to work withAs a student we are forbidden from contacting them so it makes all of this time sensitive document-submissions unnecessarily daunting and nerve-wracking

CastleBrance refuses to stop e-mailing meI am not doing business with them, they have no reason to ignore all my attempts to get them to stop
I do not know who this company is or who sold them my information, but I am more than tired of being harassed by themI keep telling them to stop emailing me and delete whatever "account" they say I haveThey refuse and keep sending emails that I have a message in my message centerI am not logging into some made up accountI want them to leave me aloneI am not interested in ever doing business with themI told them I would report them if they didn't stop and I got more emails from them, again stating "I have a message"

This company has been hired by my employer (a local University) to run Fingerprints, Background and Credit checks on employees in particular job positionsThe process started in February I have completed everything on schedule except that CertifiedProfile could not check my credit as I have a credit freeze in place for fraud preventionAfter times of temporarily lifting the freeze for this company, I was notified by the Associate VP along with my Director that my credit check is still incomplete and was reminded that my employment with the University is contingent upon this processI find it hard to believe that after so many times of trying to put up with this company's unprofessionalism, e.g"we're sorry we didn't run it on time" and "I'm sorry, I'm out with a flu all week and didn't get the chance to run your credit check", I'm now at risk of losing my job
