This letter will serve as a formal response to the accusations made by former Super Future Fitness member [redacted] To whom it may concern, As of October 24th, [redacted] was issued a full refund of year *** membership totaling $+ tax and a full year of [redacted] membership creditWith this check was a letter acknowledging that cashing the check would resolve the current dispute of charges with our business, and the letter could be redeemed for membership credit at the facility for herself or anyone she had transferred it to Late September of [redacted] notified our business that she had the intention of cancelling her membership over two years prior (2015)In response we had searched account history and asked her how she went about cancelling the accountShe responded stating that she had come in person and handed her cancellation request over the counterWe have never accepted cancellations in person, as stated in all of our membership agreementsWe have [redacted] ’s membership agreement on file which states our cancellation policy, signed by herAll membership cancellations must be sent via certified mail to the facility through postage, with a day processing period from when it is receivedIf [redacted] had followed the cancellation policy, she would have either a return receipt from the certified mail or a tracking numberShe has not provided either of these as she stated she did not follow the cancellation policy We have made an exception and cancelled [redacted] ’s account and refunded her full year of membership via check ($240+ tax) and year membership credit (value of $+ tax)We consider our response more than reasonable given the situation, and will provide a copy of [redacted] ’s signed membership agreement if necessaryThank you,________________________________Club ManagementSuper Future Fitness

From start to finish the project was great! Me and my wife had been price shopping about a year ago to get a ball park price on windows before our wedding so we could get them installed afterEveryone was pretty pushy and just overall kinda irritating, and then we found Castle Windows Our salesman's name was Greg and he was awesomeHe was very patient with our wild yrold that wanted to see the different samples that he had brought in as well as answered any and all of our questions in a way that did not seem like we were burdening/boring himHe was considerate and didn't try to beat around the bush on anythingHe was well organized and very knowledgeable on windows The installers were just as great as the GregThey called themselves the A-Team and really showed it by the quality work they didFrom sealing all the sides to making sure each window was snug and opened without any issueOther than some smeared dirt on the trim, they were very clean and tidy (we had plans to wipe trim and repaint afterwards anyway)They definitely earned the name A-team in my eyes, and I would recommend them to anyone They had a great financial team that found us a rate and payment that allowed us to install all of the windows at the same time instead of having to split the job for later years to come Would highly recommend these to anyone who was seriously looking

In Response to complaint ID [redacted] :To start, please note that there are two separate companies involved in this dispute, [redacted] ***and Super Future Fitness Llc, (which I am employed by)After investigating the complaint I have found the following: [redacted] ***does not use electronic contracts, all contracts are hand written and signed [redacted] does not have trial memberships, all contracts are for monthsThe customer herself canceled her first training appointment and was late to every subsequent appointmentThe customer signed a time per month training agreement with [redacted] and wanted to use sessions per month and was told that, that would cost more because she was using more sessions.The contract with Super Future Fitness is an electronic contract that is explained in full detail before signing, there is no way to alter a contract after it has been signed and agreed upon.An exception was made by both companies, although both agreements were month agreements, we felt it was in everyones best interest to cancel both contracts with Super Future Fitness llcand [redacted] ***., no early termination charges were charged to this customer.Respectfully Submitted,Super Future Fitness Llc [redacted] ***

Job well doneHad an issue with one window frame being cracked after installCalled the service department and had a new window in 2-weeksJust goes to show that they are a honest company and fix there mistakes

We had an excelent experience with Castle Windows and would highly reccommend this company

The windows were amazing and the crafmanship of the windows and work was fantastic will by again

We have had our windows for over yearThey saved us around $a month in the winter time on our gas billThey made our home overall more comfortable to live in

We had patio sliders and double hung windows replaced by CastleIt was really nice, I used to be a contractor and the installers from Castle were very efficient and proficientJosh, the salesman who gave us the estimate, his attitude was great and he was very easy to work withOur HVAC usage is down 15-20%Gas and electric bills have both droppedWe are extremely pleased with Castle start to finish

Back in about October 2016, I started getting quotes to replace two picture windows and two small windows in a back room that had a single pane but was solid glass and were just to let light pass through Since I wanted to use that room and allow air circulation from something other than an open back door, I wanted to get windows installed in that room as well I planned each of the picture windows (they didn't open, either) to have two openable windows each So, a total of six windows were to be installed I got quotes from companies that did windows and was going to have them done in May, One of the companies was Castle I liked a little of what I saw about most of the companies and I got their prices, planning for spring In late December, I got a call from Castle telling me that they had a deal for me Okay, come on down, we'll talk about it They took off about $from the original quote, making it the second least expensive choice, with the other company beating them by about $ What made me decide Castle? The warranty and installers that actually work with Castle Windows pushed me over the edge to get them to do the work Looking at the glass in my old windows (they came with the house when I bought it and are about years old) make me realize that the windows I purchased from Castle are also far superior to whatever the old ones are It's possible I'll have to do a few at a time, but if I keep the house for any length of time, I'll likely do six more, then the rest of them some time after that (unless they give me a deal I can't refuse on the rest of them)

Attached is a PDF file of the membership agreementShe has had full availability of how to cancel and in her circumstance she needed to provide medical paperwork in order to void our membership contract*** did not provide the necessary paperwork until February 1st of We had contacted *** initially when she had sent in a cancellation letter on July 5th of without the paperworkIn the attachments is a screenshot and timestamp of that exact e-mail *** did not contact us again until late January of 2018, and when she had contacted us again we erased the balance on her account and cancelled her membership contract within days because she supplied us with the medical information necessary to cancelThe contents of the e-mail sent to her was a summary of the buyers right to cancel section of her membership agreement, which she has had access to since she started her account in March of Regardless of her claims that we did not contact her, she has had a copy of her membership agreement which clearly outlines the policies she did not follow. We offered *** months of membership credit time, which she could use herself or transfer to another personWe have also cancelled her account while in contract and erased the past due balance for month of January ($21.22)We have offered this resolution because we understand that it was a poor situation not because she was entitled to itShe is asking for a refund retroactively after admitting she did not provide us with the medical paperwork necessary to cancel. why here

Castle was very professional from start to finishScott the installer had all the windows and doors put in in a day and came back the next to finish the trim on the outsideCleaned up everything on his own I did not have to pick up a single thingI would recommend Castle in a heartbeat

I am rejecting this response because: The agreement signed and on file states the membership is a temporary student membershipNo certified letter was required to cancelThis was verified with the employee who took the cancelation in I then called and verbally verified that the cancellation was on file in The business then continued to exract funds from my credit card monthyNo effort was made to contact me regarding needing more information regarding the cancellation that they had on file

My initial contact with the company and rep began in December of I paid $10,for windows in a fixer upper I had purchasedThe windows were installed,and the windows are wonderful, the guys did a very good jobThere were several window frames that were damaged from moisture that I was assured would be repairedI ran into the reps at the Home and Garden Show in early March and relayed my request, I also called the rep who sold me the windows to remind him, I'm still waitingI'd say Follow Up Service is a Black Hole

Met all our needs, was very responsive in any problems we had
