Castle Windows

From start to finish the project was great! Me and my wife had been price shopping about a year ago to get a ball park price on windows before our wedding so we could get them installed afterEveryone was pretty pushy and just overall kinda irritating, and then we found Castle Windows
Our salesman's name was Greg and he was awesomeHe was very patient with our wild yrold that wanted to see the different samples that he had brought in as well as answered any and all of our questions in a way that did not seem like we were burdening/boring himHe was considerate and didn't try to beat around the bush on anythingHe was well organized and very knowledgeable on windows
The installers were just as great as the GregThey called themselves the A-Team and really showed it by the quality work they didFrom sealing all the sides to making sure each window was snug and opened without any issueOther than some smeared dirt on the trim, they were very clean and tidy (we had plans to wipe trim and repaint afterwards anyway)They definitely earned the name A-team in my eyes, and I would recommend them to anyone
They had a great financial team that found us a rate and payment that allowed us to install all of the windows at the same time instead of having to split the job for later years to come
Would highly recommend these to anyone who was seriously looking

Greg was the salesman that came to my house to give me a free quoteHe was no pushy or your typical sales guyScott took days to put in and finish the outside of all of my windowsHe is very knowledgeable about windows and the process on how to install themHe is quiet but has all the answersHe also did a very nice job of cleaning up after his job was completeI did have a window crack in the middle of winter, but Castle was out withing that same week to replace it just as their warranty says

Castle windows were great to work withWe love the windows From start to finish the process was awesome Windows have kept our heating and cooling cut almost in half We would refer them to everyone

I found Castle at the Bryan, Ohio Business and Industry showThe Salesman that come to my home for the window estimate was very friendly and didn't put any pressure on usThe product is high quality and the price was very good Scott did the install of the windows and had it done by mid dayDidn't have to clean up after him he did all of thatMy first winter with the new windows met my expectationsI even had a gentleman named Steve came out and demonstrated again how to take out my screen and title the windows in for easy cleaning

This letter will serve as a formal response to the accusations made by former Super Future Fitness member [redacted]. To whom it may concern,            As of October 24th, 2017 [redacted] was issued a full refund of 1 year...

[redacted] membership totaling $240.00 + tax and a full year of [redacted] membership credit. With this check was a letter acknowledging that cashing the check would resolve the current dispute of charges with our business, and the letter could be redeemed for membership credit at the facility for herself or anyone she had transferred it to.            Late September of 2017 [redacted] notified our business that she had the intention of cancelling her membership over two years prior (2015). In response we had searched account history and asked her how she went about cancelling the account. She responded stating that she had come in person and handed her cancellation request over the counter. We have never accepted cancellations in person, as stated in all of our membership agreements. We have [redacted]’s membership agreement on file which states our cancellation policy, signed by her. All membership cancellations must be sent via certified mail to the facility through postage, with a 30 day processing period from when it is received. If [redacted] had followed the cancellation policy, she would have either a return receipt from the certified mail or a tracking number. She has not provided either of these as she stated she did not follow the cancellation policy.            We have made an exception and cancelled [redacted]’s account and refunded her 1 full year of membership via check ($240+ tax) and 1 year membership credit (value of $240 + tax). We consider our response more than reasonable given the situation, and will provide a copy of [redacted]’s signed membership agreement if necessary. Thank you,________________________________Club ManagementSuper Future Fitness

After reviewing this complaint I researched our files, attached any contracts between Super Future Fitness and [redacted] and have concluded the following;There is signed contract between "[redacted]" and Super Future Fitness, please see attached. There was a note on the account...

indicating that [redacted] told the staff that assisted him that he would bring in his billing information next time he was in the club. He never followed through with this, which forced his account into collections. It seems that [redacted] states that he never signed an agreement and in fact has never been in the club, I have attached the contract for your review. It would be my recommendation to [redacted] that if he thinks someone impersonated him or if he suspects identity fraud that he should contact the proper authorities. We would certainly cooperate in any way if this was found to be true.

contracts, all contracts are hand written and signed. [redacted] does not have trial memberships, all contracts are for 12 months. The customer herself canceled her first training appointment and was late to every subsequent appointment. The customer signed a 2 time per month training agreement with [redacted] and wanted to use 4 sessions per month and was told that, that would cost more because she was using more sessions.The contract with Super Future Fitness is an electronic contract that is explained in full detail before signing, there is no way to alter a contract after it has been signed and agreed upon.An exception was made by both companies, although both agreements were 12 month agreements, we felt it was in everyones best interest to cancel both contracts with Super Future Fitness llc. and [redacted]., no early termination charges were charged to this customer.Respectfully Submitted,Super Future Fitness Llc[redacted]
