Charged, never received our order. We called and were assured that they would ship the goods out ASAP. We are now 6 months later and STILL NO PRODUCT- Filed a case with the BBB and submitted a claim with American Express warning them not to do business with this company - Further we are sharing our experience on Google, Facebook, and other social media sites. OUT $100 do not deal with these people!!!!
I ordered a cat tree because it was offered to me, as a deal, after I received two T-shirts from them back in June and I have communicated nonstop and they say it's been delivered but cannot show me proof... I would not be riding in complaining if I had received the item. This should be no stars but they make you put at least one even be able to write the review

Similar story to the previous reviews. I ordered a sweatshirt over 2 months ago, still have not received it. I was charged the minute I ordered it and am still not any closer to actually receiving the item. I have checked in twice to see the status of the order but they did not have any answers. At this point I just asked for a refund but they “only can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it”. Don’t order from this company it seems to be a trend.

I placed an order*** on 7/4/2020 for a shirt, and received an email letting me know that due to COVID19 there would be a delay shipping, but orders were being delivered within 8-12 business days. I emailed on August 3, and was told the item hadn't even shipped yet. I was asked to confirm my address (which I did), and told they would 'reach out to our Warehouse Team' for a further update. August 12 and still no word -- I asked them to cancel. Their website says "Cancellations are honored within 24 hours." Instead, I got a message saying they were still waiting to hear back from the Warehouse, and they'd escalated my request to Management. On Aug 24 I let them know I would be contacting Revdex.com if they had not responded with a refund by the end of the week. Got the same response about the Warehouse and request to Management. I no longer need or want this shirt - it was for a specific event that has come and gone. If they'd bothered with an actual, personal response I might have more empthy -- as it is, I just want a refund and to have nothing more to do with them.

I placed an order with Magic Medic on July 16, 2020 - my card was charged immediately and appears to have been paid to Cat Pack on July 20.
To date I have not received even a shipping notification. I've reached out multiple times to Magic Medic. The last response I received was on August 17, indicating that they were "looking into it".
I've also reached out to Cat Pack and have not received a response.

I am looking for either information on the items I ordered or a refund. Their lack of customer service is beyond frustrating.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It is 100% a scam. They seem to have other "businesses" as well, with similar reviews. (See "***," "***" and "***")
I ordered on July 1, 2020. After 20 emails with their HelpDesk saying they were "waiting for an update from the warehouse," I finally realized they got me. Based on these other reviews, it doesn't appear that anyone has received their orders. ***.
(They are making me give at least one star to submit this review. It is definitely a zero star situation).

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a t-shirt last September and received and email that it was on the way. I never got it. Repeated emails always say it’s on the way. They should be ashamed of themselves for stealing people’s money in the name of cat rescue. They should also not be allowed to keep doing this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered my item 2 1/2 months ago. Still have not received it, they claim it is “in my area” & has been for 3 weeks now. They will not issue me a refund but can not tell me where my item is or even if I will receive it. I am extremely upset and will never order from them again. I strongly encourage people to not order from this company.

I ordered a sweatshirt on May 31, 2020 and it’s now July 8 and I still have not received it. I emailed the company and they told me it was out of their hands since they had already shipped the item. Even though it clearly states on their website that they use insured shipping they refuse to refund my money or simply resend the product. Avoid!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!. Took over a month to receive items but credit card was charged the minute order was placed. Items were shipped from Markham, Ontario, Canada which is only about 3 hours away by car from where I live. The sizing is totally bogus - ordered the lastest sizes and when the shirts arrived the XXXL was only about a Large. Bought these items to help out the animals makes me wonder if any of the money is actually going to benefit them. They say they want feedback but are absolutely no help.

Our ordering system is pretty much the same with all e-commerce stores---you get charged on the day you place your order.

Yes, there was a delay but this order was already delivered.

You already have the largest size that we offer, and thus we are unable to offer any further size exchange because that's already the limit.

We do donate our 40% of our sales.

Part will go to building new and innovative cat sanctuaries while another portion will go to https://www.mspca.org and their outstanding fight for our cause.

We do appreciate any feedback. I understand the frustration but unfortunately, your request is not possible.

This company seems to think that they have done nothing wrong. I do not agree and so it seems do other people considering the number of complaints. Sizing on clothing is totally wrong and they say the give 40 percent for the cats but who wants to believe a company that gives people the runaround as noted in other people's complaints we can't all be wrong SO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Ordered on April 20, 2020 and have yet to receive the item. I have contacted the customer service email and received “updated” shipping information on June 20, 2020 and still haven’t received the package. I even attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card, but they didn’t accept it. I’m at a total loss of $38 at this point. I’m extremely dissatisfied and I don’t know what to do. They tell their customers that is to benefit pets in need and they should be shut down because if they can’t fulfill a basic shirt purchase they sure aren’t donating the proceeds to charity.

Customer even confirmed the delivery on June 1, 2020 by sending us an email about it.

I wouldn’t give this company any stars if I could. I ordered my package on 4/21 and still 3 months later, have yet to receive my package. It says it should show up today or tomorrow. I don’t get it. This was supposed to be a birthday present for a May birthday, and now it will be a Christmas present. Don’t order from this company...at least not if you want it to come in any short amount of time

I ordered 2 shirts on Mar 26. I received a shipping notice on Apr 6. When I attempt to track the package, it says "shipping info has been sent to FedEx". As this was intended to be a birthday gift on May 7, I no longer wish to receive the shirts. I have asked twice for a refund, and both times received vague responses about processing and checking with the warehouse team. I agree with others that this is not a legitimate business.

I have had the same experience as all of the previous people who have reviewed. I ordered my items on April 18, 2020 and my credit card was immediately charged. I have been sending them email after email, sometimes they respond and sometimes they don't. According to Cat Pack they finally shipped my items via Canada Post on June 2, 2020. No tracking info after June 2. Now they are blaming Canada Post. DO NOT order from this company!! It is a scam for sure!

All orders prior to June have been dispatched.

If you're in Canada, the tracking would only be updated on Canada Post's database after it gets cleared from your Customs.

My review is the same as the others, and if I could give it negative stars, I would. I purchased two t-shirts on March 25. I was given a tracking number with the USPS, with FedEx, and with DHL. FedEx and DHL showed no such number when I attempted to track my purchase. USPS has continued to say that the product was picked up by a USPS "partner," but it never left the warehouse in Inglewood CA. It is June 12 and I have not received my shirts, nor do I expect to at this point. Customer Service--"Chalvie"--keeps asking me to be patient, but I think 3 months is an extraordinary amount of patience. I canceled my order today and requested a full refund on my credit card. I am convinced at this point that this is not a legitimate business and that I have been scammed.

Our Warehouse had to reship this order via USPS. This was handed over to them on MAY23. ***
Tracking just picked-up its pace and updated by USPS.

This company seems to be based out of China. I ordered a T shirt 2 months ago and have not received it. Do not order from this company. I reported them to my credit card company.

We had fulfillment delay due to COVID-19, resulting to finding a new "forwarder".
The process took us a bit of time and hence orders were not immediately fulfilled.
However, it's all set now. We got a new forwarder and the orders have been fulfilled, including this customer's order.

Same experience as everyone else. I ordered a sweatshirt on April 25th. I contacted them in late May and they said it was delayed because of covid. A week later I finally got an email that it shipped, but now its been 7 days of the tracking info not updating.

This company portrays themselves to be American and “helping cats” but a little research shows that their supposed address is a PO Box in Naperville, IL. My package is coming from China via CNE. I ordered 4/22 and I still haven’t received it as of 6/5. Very, very disappointed.

Company is not based in Naperville. Ordered a shirt in March (I'm based in Chicago). Package took 2+ months to "arrive" based on their tracking, but the package never actually showed up. I think this company is a scam. They refused to refund me and I had to file a complaint with my bank. Do not order!!

I ordered several items from this website on March 12, 2020. My credit card was immediately charged. I received a supposed USPS shipping notification stating they were awaiting the shipment. I contacted them a month later by email & received what seems a computer generated response blaming Covid situation. Then I notified them another month later that I still have not received the order & they responded & gave me another USPS shipping notification stating they were awaiting the shipment. The tracking on these notifications never changes. Now almost 3 months later I have still not received my order. I do not believe this is a legitimate site although they state they are in Illinois.
