I made a purchase on April 2nd 2020. On April 25 I was notified via email that my item was on its way and received tracking info through *** although they sent tracking with a third party tracking company. There was no expected date, which is fine as long as it was on its way. I verified my address was correct.
On May 10th there was an expected arrival of May 12th.
May 12th the item was "out for delivery"
On May 16th I still had not gotten the package and checked the tracking and it had been delivered "to your mailbox in *** Oh". I live in Vermont. The address for the package was that of my contact info and the package was now mysteriously in Ohio, not Vermont.
I wasn't sure if there was an error of some sort so I attempted to contact the company. I received a very general email response directing to reach out if I needed more info.
On May 18th I replied with my same request of asking how this can be resolved. I attempted to call the phone number on the website and I left a voice message. I have yet to hear back after 2 attempts from their "Contact Us" on the website, an email and a phone call. I even tried to contact through f!
I would like my stuff or a FULL refund. Their choice but I am not paying additional shipping.

Greetings!We already responded to the customer's concern on May 22, 2020, advising her that we already referred her issue to our Warehouse Team.Her parcel was somehow delivered to a different address.We have her correct address on file. We even sent her an order confirmation and shipping confirmation showing her correct shipping address.Somehow, on May 12, 2020, when the parcel was "Out For Delivery" to her address in Vermont, it was kind of forwarded to a different address in Ohio on the same day.https://tools.*** We don't know why it happened. Technically speaking, if the parcel gets forwarded to a different address, it's usually requested by the addressee (recipient/customer).Nonetheless, this has been referred to our Warehouse Team for further investigation and we'll send a reshipment if deemed necessary.Regarding her refund request, we can only cancel/refund an order within 24 hrs after purchase. I placed an order for a product on March 12th. For the last 4 weeks, this company has told me that they have turned it over to *** and the item has not shipped due to the fault of *** delivery.

Greetings!Our last response to this customer was on May 22, 2020, advising her that her parcel is already en route.We really had delays due shipping businesses not working in full capacity. There's a lot of backlogs in their shipping and deliveries. Most of our Fulfillment Centers are in China.Her parcel was dispatched from our Warehouse last March 25, 2020.It arrived and finally got sorted by *** on May 10.https://tools.***.com/go/TrackConfirmAction*** Her parcel is already out for delivery today. I ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt from CatPack.shop after seeing that they donate a percent to shelter animals. The order was placed on 3/26. I received notice that it had shipped on 4/6. Unfortunately, the tracking link that was sent to me did not work. I reached out and asked about the incorrect tracking information. I recieved an email back from the company on 4/22. I told them that I understood that there are currently some barriers to shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic, but that I would like an update about my order because it had been almost a month since the order had been placed. I asked when I should expect it to arrive. I was told: "We have fulfillment delays due to the ongoing health crisis. Also, we just started working with a new forwarder and we are still trying to reorganize our fulfillment process. However, rest assured that your item is already being prepared for dispatch by our Warehouse Team and the tracking should update soon." I was given a *** tracking link that said "Estimated Delivery Date: Pending." I waited over a week and reached back out to support on 4/30. I again asked if there was any additional information because the *** tracking link still said "Estimated Delivery Date: Pending." I asked if my order had even been processed yet and if not, I wanted a refund. The representative responded: "Our Warehouse Team actually dispatched this last April 6 but as they said, to ***'s lack of manpower, a lot of dispatched items are not yet being delivered and their corresponding tracking is not being updated on their database." I checked in again and on May 3rd was told: "This should be in transit and delivered by next week." I called *** inquiring about the package and they said that the tracking label was created, but that they never received the package for shipping. I was continually stonewalled as the representative blamed ***. At this point I just want a refund and they refuse to acknowledge that

Greetings!We really have delays due to COVID-19.We explained it to the customer and our last correspondence was on MAY19.We handed over the package to *** and we already explained it to the customer that it's really because shipping companies these days are not working in full capacity.Our Warehouse explained that this was indeed dispatched already and the reason why the tracking is not updating is because of that reason above.Rest assured that the order was already fulfilled and will be delivered. Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel the order because we can only cancel an order within 24 hours after it was purchased.Also, the parcel has been dispatched.To clear things out, we are not affiliated with "Barking Mama" and we do donate parts of our earnings to animal shelters and to https://www.mspca.org We will send a follow-up to the customer, and will monitor the tracking until the customer receives it.

I am rejecting this response because:

The company told me that the package was reshipped on 5/24, but USPS reports that they still have not received the package from the shipping partner

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company. The price was higher than one might expect but since it was allegedly to rescue cats I paid it. The charge was put through by CatPack on the day I made the purchase. That was a month ago and I have never seen my sweatshirt despite having paid for it. Multiple calls have gone unanswered. I fear this is some kind of a scam company. I have emailed them and their replies are nonsense. It would seem that this is not a company in America but their address of record is in Illinois. A word of caution to others...never, ever purchase anything from CatPack Shop. They are frauds. I had to give them one star rating but they deserve a zero!

I ordered 2 shirts from company. A week after no response, I reached out to inquire on the status. At that time, I got a response that they were having inventory issues, due to the current situation with Covid-19 and the economy. They advised that they would follow up in the coming days with my information for shipping.

More time had passed, and I went to their website. From there I saw a phone number and did a google search. It is from that google search that I realized the phone number was linked to another company, now closed, that had multiple Revdex.com complains with the same issue and never had resolution.

This company is a total sham and no longer responds. They claim they are helping animals in shelters though proceeds, but all is fake.

Placed an order on March 15th. Was told " 1. Shipping: All domestic orders (U.S.) may take up to 7 days for domestic shipping and handling" . I have still not received merchandise (April 24th) I no longer need the merchandise and have been requesting a refund and they refuse to refund the order claiming it has already shipped (since March 30th)... It has neither shipped or arrived, and I want a refund.
