determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Someone was home and even took off the next day from work to receive the delivery and nobody still showed up, my assumption would be that this Florist is located in Queen Creek and the recipient lives in Buckeye that's an hour and ten minutes away from each other so I believe they didn't want to drive all that way to deliver the flowers and when I called they lied and said they delivered the flowers. The florist company could have called me or left a tag on the door to let the recipient know they tried to deliver.

The absolute WORST consumer experience I have ever had. I ordered flowers for my wife for Mothers Day that were going to be a gift from our 3 children. They called me the day after I ordered the flowers and told me the tulips I wanted they could not provide, but they would make a nice arrangement for my wife. Then on Mothers Day - NOTHING. No Flowers Arrived at all.

I called 3 times on Mothers Day when it became clear that the flowers were not coming, and each call was received by a different third party operator, and each operator told me that the flower shop would call me first thing in the morning to rectify the matter. The next day - No Call At All.

I then called 3 more times that day, and again was told by different operators that they would leave a message for the shop to call, and again No Call At All.

I finally sent an email to the shop indicating that I would seek legal action if I did not get a response and refund. They emailed back the FOLLOWING day and simply said, "we will send refund, we didn't work yesterday". No apologies for not sending the flowers. No "how can we make this up to you". No regret at all for ruining my children's gift to their mom on Mothers Day. AND - they didn't refund me that day.

I emailed again the day after that stating I had not received my refund, and again they emailed and simply said "we will refund"..and AGAIN, no refund.

Finally when I threatened once more on the next FOLLOWING day that I will seek legal action if I do not get my refund, they finally refunded my money without any further communication. This is by far the WORST form of customer service and customer care that I have ever seen or experienced. I would NEVER EVER treat a consumer or client with as much disregard and disrespect as this shop has shown me.

A friend of mine ordered a floral arrangement for me. It was not delivered when they said it would be. I finally got it the next afternoon. My friend paid $40.00 for what was suppose to be a floral basket. What I got was a small glass vase with three branches of a small lavender daisy type flower. There's about 4 or 5 blooms per branch. There's seven little tiny pink carnations and three little stiff kind of fern. This thing probably cost $15.00 at a grocery store. In the same delivery I got what was suppose to be a fall arrangement, from my cousins. What I actually got was a small vase with five hydrangia blossoms and a couple of little fern things. Based on the other one I would say they paid around $60.00 for this. And to add to it, I tried to call them at a local phone number only to find out the calls gets routed to the Philippines or some place out of the country. When I asked to be connected to Catherine's Floral, I was told they couldn't do it but they would take a message. This is one big rip off.

I would give this business zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mothers Day. They delivered the flowers fine, but then later that day they delivered a second identical arrangement. My Mom told them there had been a mistake with the second arrangement but they told her to,just keep them and there would be no charge. When I got my credit card statement they double billed me. I called them and requested to speak to the owner. I was told she was out of town but that she would call me. I never got a call back so I called again and was told the same thing and again left my name and number and again no call back. My Mom then tried to call and was told the same thing and never got a call back. We waited a few weeks and today my Mom called again. She was told owner was out of town and put on hold. she waited 35 minutes and hung up and then tried calling them again and was put on hold again. So, she went down there in person and immediately after walking in store was told by clerk that she was going to call the police on my Mom (my mom is 79 years old). The clerk then told my Mom she was a liar, that I had never tried to call them and that there was no double billing (even though I have my [redacted] card statement as proof). So, I will now contest the second billing via [redacted]. I am appalled by what happened today to my Mom and would recommend to anyone ordering from them to be careful to not get double billed.Desired Settlement: refund

I have already responded to her son . She is the recipient, not the sender, we never received any payment from her, she has filed a complaint about credit card issues that do not concern her.and there for there should be no response, and just for the record, since when can a business owner not be out of town, I don't care if it's 1 day or 3 months.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with these people. I ordered a mother's day bouquet from them. They ended up delivering two bouquets to her and when we notified them that they made a mistake they told us to keep the second bouquet and there would be no charge. But then when I got my credit card statement they had double billed me. I called them twice, and both times was told the owner was out of town, and that she would call me, but no one ever called me back. My Mom also attempted to call, with the same results. We waited a few weeks and yesterday my Mom tried to call again. She was told the owner was out of town and put on hold for 35 minutes. Finally she hung up and called again and again was put on hold. So, she decided to go down there. When she walked into the establishment the clerk told her that if she didn't leave she was going to call the police as my Mom (who is 79 years old) was "harassing" them on the phone. She then called my Mom a liar and said that I never called them, and also that I lied about being double billed. I have the credit card statement to prove it. I am absolutely appalled at how my Mom was treated yesterday.

Review: I ordered flowers, balloons, a teddy bear and chocolates on Monday July 13th to be delivered on Tuesday July 14 and they were not delivered, I called and spoke to the manager and she told me someone came out but nobody answered the manager said she would have someone deliver them on Wednesday the 15th Wednesday came and still no delivery so I called back and told her I want a refund she told me someone came out and nobody was home again and she can't refund me the money but give me a $*00 store credit I told her the person missed work to receive the delivery and was home all day and just to cancel my order since the persons birthday already passed she told me she couldn't cancel and they will be delivered Thursday the 16th. Almost everything was delivered but the box of chocolates and the delivery wasn't what I ordered, I paid $140 for the exquisite bouquet of a mixture of flowers and she got a small vase of dead roses , the balloons were almost deflated, the teddy bear was there just no box of chocolates.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund put back on my card.

Don't assume you know what happens we deliver from west to east and fro cave creek to az city..if you don't answer your door in the summer it will not be left and besides you call another state. To order flowers and then do sent it to me.and I can't get the order en less I go to your zip code. So keep your opt to your self. .

This was HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE service!!! My husband ordered flowers and paid an extra fee to have them deliver the same day, which was a Friday and they NEVER showed up. My husband called and they said they would be delivered that following Monday, they NEVER showed up. He called AGAIN and they had no idea why the flowers were NOT delivered. He paid $83 for flowers that NEVER got delivered to me! He called once more, they STILL had no idea why the flowers were never delivered!

I was pretty disappointed in this Florist. My granddaughter is new to Casa Grande and had to have emergency surgery. I went on the website but called the florist direct so I could establish a florist and express what I had in mind for a get well bouquet. The lady was really nice and we discussed the arrangement and it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. The same evening, I got a call on my answering machine from someone but couldn't understand the message and neither could my husband. It was late so the next day I called the number on my caller ID. I talked to Laura and she said there had been a problem with the computer and my credit card only showed the last 4 digets or something so I gave her all my information again and we discussed the flower arrangement again. I wanted something very cheerful and a cute container. She suggested a smiley face and I agreed. I asked if they would still be delivered today. She said no problem. They were on their way to pick up supplies and would get them out as soon as she got back. My granddaughter was in a great deal of pain and I wanted the flowers so she could see them and know we were thinking about her. About 6:00 pm I called my daughter to see if the flowers had arrived and she said no. I called the number back and got Laura's answering machine. I left a message that since they were not delivered as promised to just cancel the order and refund my money. I was just going to have my daughter go get some flowers from us. Sometime between 10:00 and 11:00 my daughter walked out to get something out of her car and there were flowers sitting there. Nobody rang the doorbell and had it not been for her going out to the car, no one would have even known they were there. They weren't there at 9:00 when she was outside taking the dogs for a walk. They were pink roses in a pink vase with a pink index card with my message. They were nice but not what I really ordered and I don't think the quality of what I paid for them. I think she forgot and just went and purchased some flowers and made a quick arrangement. I realize sometimes things get messed up and things happen, but the proper thing to do would have been to call me and tell me she forgot and was sorry, but would get a nice arrangement and to her first thing in the morning. I would have understood. It is just poor customer service to make a mistake and not admit it and contact the customer and give them the option of going ahead with the delivery the next day or give the option to cancel. I guess customer is a thing of the past sad to say. Having been in customer service for 30 years during my career I can't understand businesses today. Everything seems to be a hassle for customers nowdays.

Review: I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday online on January 20th , 2016. The order processed and charged my card. I received a confirmation # 142. I attempted to call the store at 9:00 am, and received a message that the phone was disconnected . I then found an email on the website. I emailed Catherine @ [email protected]. She responded that the lines were being worked on . I waited all day and emailed her several times more inquiring about the delivery, no response . I went to the store and it's closed with a sign up stating the landlord has taken back ithe store in November. I have paid 97.00 for flowers and received no refund or fliowere . There website is active and still taking orders with a closed store .Desired Settlement: I want a refund and complaint filed against this business . My mom is terminally ill and will not make another birthday , I am devidtsted that I will not have the opportunity to send her flowers again . I waited all day for a response and I've could've sent them from somewhere else . It's really terrible that a business could do this to customers . I don't want someone else to be in my position where they take your money and promise something when it's a closed business

Review: I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 05/8/15 to be delivered on Mother's Day. Still no flowers and it is 05/12/15. The website where I ordered the flowers, was Catherines's Floral own website, not another online ordering service. The site stated that they would guarantee Mother's Day delivery. I Called 8 times and never got through to Catherine's Floral, I get redirected to an FTD operator who says someone will be calling me, no one has called me. I emailed the business directly only t received 5 very rude and poorly written excuses with the promise of a refund and even delivering flowers free of charge (I still have the emails) and no refund or flowers. Last night I received an email saying that they needed my credit card info for a refund, gave them the info and still no refund. There are several customers who were left in the cold on Mother's Day from this business, for the business owner to have the gall to say that we, her customers are to blame because we waited until Friday to place our order is outrageous. It does not matter when we place an order or what we order, what matters is someone keeping their word and delivering what they promise. Stereotypical flowers were not my mother's only gift, they were something her Grandson's (ages 6 and 15) decided on last minute, they thought they would make her happier instead of candy and dinner. Cathy B[redacted] you are a poor excuse of a human being, ripping off your community and ruining someone's day. I hope you can sleep well at night knowing an entire community wishes you'd fall off the planet.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $39.95 plus tax and an apology to myself and her community.

In February 2015 I ordered flowers and a box of chocolate for my mother through their website for my mothers birthday. First they charged me twice and the second charge was more then my order was. Then they delivered the flowers but not the chocolates that I paid for. I called to fix the problem and the guy that answered the phone was not very helpful. The owner did call me back and fixed the problem. I decided to give the florist another chance for Mother's Day. Well they once again screwed up. They never delivered the flowers I ordered. Thanks for ruining my moms special day! Never again will I use this company!

Review: I ordered a flower arrangement for a loved one in Scottsdale, AZ from my home state in Reno,NV from [redacted] Florist. They place the order and then a preferred provider list handles your arrangement. I didn't get the business information until the next day. It was getting late in the day and I was supposed to get an email of the flower arrangement I paid 173 dollars for. No picture came so I called [redacted] Florist business office and was told the name of this business and her number. I called her and she refused to take a picture and email it to me. I told her I want to see what the arrangement looks like so I can make sure it's what I ordered and it's exactly what I wanted to order for my loved one. Instead [redacted] gave me nothing but additude and grief. She was unprofessional and abrasive along with being unbelievably ignorant to what I was asking for. She told me she didn't look at the requests in the order from. It told her to look at the sku number on the [redacted] florist site that provided her with a picture of what I ordered. She refused to tell me if she made it like the order requests. She wouldn't even tell me if she prepared long stem roses like I ordered or if they were short stem. She's absolutely awful. After a few hours I didn't get any confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I made 4 attempts to call her and ask if she had delivered the flowers but she would pick up her phone and hang up as if to avoid her phone going to voice mail. Then I started to look online to see what other people felt about her business and that's when I found out she was a fraud. There is not one single positive review for her business online at all that I seen anywhere. Every single review is a 1. She double charges people, delivers poor quality product, never delivers what the customer actually ordered and never communicates with the customer. She just takes your credit card number and runs and says f you. Then she gets on these review sites and acts like your are some kind of fake reviewer. She states that all these reviews are from her "competitors". She's seriously insane. I never got delivery confirmation and I still don't know what those flowers looked like if they did arrive at the address I sent them to. She has ruined something beautiful that I wanted to do for a loved one. My desired outcome is to give her the Revdex.com rating she truly deserves and that is an F. Why she has an A- is beyond me. She had 4 diffirent business locations several diffirent websites offering diffirent services. She's an absolute scam artist. I don't even care about getting my money back. I want her shut down and she rightfully deserves. She is in no position to be in any line of customer service. She's a flat out scam artist and a fraud. All she does is takes people's money and runs. She ruines everything. You can't call your loved ones and ask if the flowers were crap because they're never going to tell you that. This con artist needs to go. All you have to do is simply do some light investigation work and see what a bull [redacted] and scammer she is.Desired Settlement: I want information on resources I can contact to investigate this business and see to it that people have known knowledge that this business is a fraud and you will have a bad experience every time.

First let's start off, read your bank statement, I did NOT charge your card nor did I collect any money from you! 2nd you were told by [redacted] florist that it's not a part of a service to take pictures and send it. 3 after making yourself look bad and that is putting it politely they gave you your money back! Because [redacted] went to bat for you while I asked her to simply see you for what you are. You make up lies and excuses every time a customer gives a review of their experience. I didn't expect anything less from you. I already told you, you are not going to do business ever again when I go through the proper channels. Everything you do online is being document. How good do you think [redacted] is going to feel knowing you put up a private voicemail from her to you online for everyone to see.... Really? Are you that clueless. You never take into accounts people's feelings nor do you know how to run a business based on customer satisfaction. I'll be the first to tell you the customer is not always right. Sometimes they are just an ae. But I'm not an ae nor am I crazy. I am someone who has had a very negative experience with you and your business. All you had to do was try to fix it and instead you ignored it, just like you ignored everyone else who called looking for some answers. You're pathetic, I really do feel sorry for you. You can't keep up in this industry you need to get out. How many more customers who get suckered by you are you going to let down? Never deliver flowers to or over charge them. Oh I'm sorry I forgot to play your little game. Yes, Revdex.com I got my money back from [redacted] Florist right away. What you don't see is its not about the money. If you were in any other line of work that did not attach to a customers emotions you would be just another fraud but you include yourself into this very personal industry and you ruin it every time. How do you sleep at night.... Lol. So sad. I'm glad you feel like you've some say in this but you brought it on yourself. Listen to your customers. They want you to pick up the phone and answer for the things that you and your business does wrong. Ignoring it will never make it any better. Trust me. Stop grazing over the details and look at this for what it is. You failed and have failed to do that with so many people. Not one person would have ever wrote a bad review if you had just taken ownership of what you did and the mistakes that happened. Just be honest and admit when you're wrong. Then you wouldn't have so many all bad reviews written about you.
