Have been waiting for 10 months to receive my order but no word from them ! Received only part of my order . I’ve tried repeatedly to contact the company but to no avail

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] The seller sent the item in a damaged box to start with There is no way the packer did not know it was damaged Therefore, from the outset he/she knew there would be a problem This is a high ticket item I attempted contact IMMEDIATELY upon receipt I was totally ignored I have to wonder whether being ignored was because they thought I would just go away and chalk it up to a bad internet experience All I am asking for is a return Since the company sells this item on amazon, I wonder if they would send damaged items to amazon buyers I think not since amazon has a policy of being on the side of the buyer first, sellers second On their website there is a statement of NO HASSLE RETURNS.their words, not mine All I am asking for is a return and refund This is nonnegotiable
