I requested to have my service transferred to another apartment via onlineThey did not transfer my service

On the 2nd of November 2018, that morning I paid my *** with my debit card which was $215.48, plus charge for paying with a debit card, making it $On the 4th of November Ky Utilities took another payment using my checking account which was $330.24, and I always use my debit card and haven't used paying with my checking for a very long timeMy bill was paid after making a payment on 11/2/of I've talked with my bank and they said I would have to file a dispute and I have and also talked with Kentucky Utilities and they are saying that it would take days to return my money and I'm on a set income and some of my bills have not been paid and could be be turned offThey took all my money out of my account leaving me with no money at all to pay my other billsThis also caused the bank to charge me a overdraft bill of $32.00, and KU took another $for something else and this is causing me alot of problems

Bill was in my name and x-wife and has been for yrsI had tried to correct that several yrs ago to no avail was told didn't need to change
On May 3rd the electric was cut off withtout notice and was told it was because of x-wife ( which lives out of state) wanted it shut off even though my name was on it alsoI am the one that have been paying the billI asked why I didn't get notice, I was told "we don't have to anymore" I switched the account to my name only and was not able to get service until the next afternoonIt should have been a simpler process and notice givenWhat would happen if a person was on oxygen and needed it? I am complaining due to the service provided by Kentucky UtilitiesI was late on My payment by mistake I thought I had scheduled it to be paid before I left for vacation and I failed to do so in the chaos of getting everything ready for vacationI was gone for a little over a week and when I returned had not realized the payment had not been made yet until I came home at lunch and my electric was off first off I was only days past due not excessive in my opinion most things days is your grace period and at that point you have a late fee not have service terminatedI have been a customer of KU since and have never had my service disconnected so it isn't like this is a thing with meTo add to this I have to pay a $fee to have them flip a switch back onThen to add on even more they now want a security deposit from me in the amount $due to disconnection again it was only days late and I was out of the country it was a simple overs

I am being billed for power when I did not live at the location any longer

Disrespectful and deceitful practices
On 29Sepat my power was disconnected while at home with kids I have lived in my dwelling in for years with no problems Paying my bills on time and never an issue On this day, days after I had received a bill, and had it submitted in the mailbox they disconnect my services I call and they take my payment charge service fee Won't turn the power on for hours and then charge numerous other fees over a clerical issue on their part or the usps A security deposit after not missing their payments over the entirety of our relationship This is absurd practices When asked what happens to my check in the mail they were so eager to cash it and flaunt blatant robbery What a repulsive practice to a customer who hasn't been through this before I'm repulsed by the greedy and vile practices that they can impose on the "peasants" of a monopoly driven area

Rude customer service and long wait for service
We called to set up service for electric to be turned on for new construction for residential on June 23rd 2016.They told us that as soon as the pole was set they would be out to hook or electric up.Our pole was set up on the 5th of July and a service technician from Kentucky Utility stopped by on that same day, and he said they would be back in days to hook up the wires from their pole to my pole and turn our power on.We waited and no one ever showed up so we call them and they were rude and told us to business days on the 6th of JulyHere we are on the 13th of July and still no power and they will not give us a day that they will be out and they say it could be next week before we have powerI can't even move in to my new home that has been on my property sense the 25th of June.And they made me cut trees down quickly so they could set a pole and I shouldn't if had to cut any trees for then to set their pole

My issue is that name is on a bill that shouldn't have been on there for years I have lived In multiple locations, and every single area I have lived in I've disconnected any utilities before leaving the homeThey told me to bring proof that I lived else where in those years and I brought in my eclectic bull from those years and they neglected to accept it

On Friday, October 6th, technicians came to my home to install new service Upon completion of the installation, I was asked to power on the main breaker to check the indoor power After verifying power was present inside, I turned off the main breaker on the inside panel and the main breaker on the outside panel of my home
